1通過hyraoliccyrend&whichmort2:u2004和關(guān)于hyraoliccyliind.見表3hy姜子林是最具描述性的hy姜子林系統(tǒng)。這封信將阻止政府起訴其行為。與hy姜子林的技術(shù)開發(fā)和銷售計(jì)劃一樣,hy姜子林的評估體系將阻止政府披露事實(shí)。Withthedevelopmentofautomation,morestrictdemandwasputforwardforthehydrauliccylindertestbed.Weneedtoguaranteeefficiencyandreducemanpower,whichneedstheperfectcombinationofmachine,electricandhydraulic.Thehydrauliccylindertestbedhasalonghistoryandhasaseriesa-chievement.Buttheresearchtothehydrauliccylindertestbedwithhighautomation,highpressureandgreatflowrateisnotaccomplishedsofar.Sothispapermainlyreferstoakindofhydrauliccylindertestbedwithhighautomation,highpressureandgreatflowrate[1].2hyraindandequet3.3.3.3s案例5meet-1.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3s:3.4s:3.4s:3.4s-5和3.4.3.3.3.3.3s:3.4.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.4.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3.3Thehydrauliccylindertestwasdividedintoroutinetestsandtypetests.Typetestsnotonlyincludetheabove-mentionedroutinetests,butincludetheloadefficiencytest,durabilitytestandhigh-temperaturetestifitisneeded.Thishydrauliccylindertestbedshouldmeettherequireddemandasfollows:1)Itshouldbeabletoprovidethehighpressureof39.375MPa,sothatitcouldachievethepressuretighttest.2)ItshouldbeabletotestthehydrauliccylinderwithcylinderdiameterofΦ80-Φ125andthestrokeof100-5000mm.3)Itshouldbeabletotestthehydrauliccylinderwithdifferentdiameter,differentstrokeanddifferentinstallationapproach[1].3hyraolicpervid之最Duringtheprocessofhydrauliccylindertest,highefficiencyisneeded,whichrequirethattheoperationspeedofthepistonofthehydrauliccylindercouldreachatleast,whenthepistonrunswithoutloading.Andthetestbedcouldtestthehydrauliccylinderwiththediameterof.Therefore,theflowrateofthetesthydraulicpumpcanbeexpressedasfollows:Where,disthediameteroftesthydrauliccylinder.Thehighestpressureofthesystemshouldmeettherequirementofthehydrauliccylinder’spressure-tighttest,whichcanprovidethe1.25timesnominalpressurefortheworkingchamberofthetestinghydrauliccylinder.Sothepressurethathydraulicpumpprovidescouldbeevaluatedasfollows:Where,pisthegreatestpressurethathydraulicpumpcouldprovide;pButintheactualproduction,thecommonhydraulicvalvesthatcansupportsuchhighpressureaswellassuchgreatflowrateisveryexpensive.Sincetheleakageofthesevalvesisverystrict,akindofsystemwhichcouldsatisfythehighpressureandgreatflowratewasdesignedforthehydrauliccylindertestbed,asshowninFig.1.Intheprocessofleakagetest,thenominalpressurewasrequiredtoloadthetesthydrauliccylinder.Thishydrauliccylindertestbedadoptedthesettlementmethod,inwhichtheloadinghydrauliccylinderwillexertthepressuretothepistonrodofthetesthydrauliccylinderandthepressureoftheannularsealspaceoftesthydrauliccylindercouldreachtothenominalpressure31.5MPa.Ifthedisplacementofthepistondoesnotcatchthesettingdisplacement,thehydrauliccylinderisqualified.Therefore,theflowrateoftheloadinghydraulicpumpcouldbeexpressedasfollows:Where,FFromtheequation(4),itcouldbeconfirmedthattheflowrateoftheloadinghydrauliccylindercouldreachgreatvalueandtwopumpsinparallelarerequiredtosupplythehydraulicfluidforthissystem.ThehydraulicsystemisshowninFig.1.Sincethesystemoftheloadinghydrauliccylinderandthesystemofthetesthydrauliccylindershouldhavetheirowndirectionalcontrolvalve,thethree-positionfour-waymodulearedesignedforthesesystemsbasedoncartridgevalves,asmodule5andmodule6showninFig.1.Thesemodulescouldnotonlyachievethethree-positionfour-waythereversing,butalsohavethesamefunctionassafetyvalveduetothepressurecartridgevalvesincludeinthesemodules.Ofcourse,inthesystemofloadinghydrauliccylinderandthesystemoftesthydrauliccylinder,themotorscannotstartandstopundertheconditionsofhydraulicsystem,therefore,thehydraulicsystemisrequiredtohavetheload-offfunction.AsshowninFig.1,module2andmodule3aretheload-offfunctionmodulewhichiscomposedofcartridgevalvesthatcouldachievetheload-offfunctionandmagneticexchangevalve.Whenthesystemworks,thesystemcouldprovidehydraulicfluidtohydrauliccylinderwhenthemagneticexchangevalveissuppliedwithelectricenergy,andthehydrauliccylindercannotobtainthehydraulicfluidwhenthemagneticexchangevalveislackofelectricenergy,therefore,thesystemisatunloadstatus.Themodule1inthesystemofloadinghydrauliccylinderinFig.1playsaportionofpressureregulationfunction,whichisconsistofapressurecartridgevalveandaproportionalreliefvalve.Duringtheleakagetest,theinputpressureofthehydrauliccylinderisregulatedbyadjustingtheelectriccurrentthatisinputfortheelectricmagnetoftheproportionalreliefvalve,whichcouldchangetheloadingforceofhydrauliccylinderappliedtothetesthydrauliccylinder,sothatthepressureofthetesthydrauliccylindercouldsealthechamber.Theregulationofthepressuremodule4inthesystemoftesthydrauliccylinderhasthesameworkingprinciple.Inthishydraulicsystemofthehydrauliccylindertestbed,somemotorsandhydraulicpumpsareneeded,becauseboththeloadinghydrauliccylindersystemandthetesthydrauliccylindersystemallneedthehydraulicsourcetosupportthepressure.Sincetheloadinghydrauliccylindersystemandthetesthydrauliccylindersystemwillnotworkatthesametime,onehydraulicsourcecouldbeusedforthesetwosystemsandthetwo-positionthree-waymoduleandcartridgevalvescouldprovidethehydraulicsourcetosupportthesetwosystems.Thetwobranchofthehydraulicsystemcouldadjusttheirpressurewiththecommonelectromagneticreliefvalve1,andtheadjustablehydraulicsystemisshowninFig.2.Accordingtothemodule1inFig.2,twocartridgevalvesandtwofour-wayelectromagneticdirectionalvalvescouldbeusedtomakeupthetwo-positionthree-waymodule,andthedirectionofthehydraulicoilcouldbecontrolledbyusingthismodule.Whenthereisnoelectriccurrentfortheelectricmagnet1YA,thesehydraulicpumpswillprovidehydraulicoiltothesystemofthetesthydrauliccylinder,andoncethesystemofloadinghydrauliccylinderneedstowork,theelectriccurrentisgiventotheelectricmagnet1YAthroughthehydrauliccircuitandthesystemofloadinghydrauliccylindercouldbeadjusted.Inthiskindofhydraulicsystem,thecommonhydraulicpumpcouldprovidepressuretothetesthydrauliccylinderandloadinghydrauliccylinder,whichwillsavecost.ThehydraulicpumpshouldnotonlyprovidethehighpressureofpActually,intheprogressoftheworkingofthehydrauliccylindertestbed,suchexpensivepumpusedinthishydraulicsystemiskindofwaste,anditwillincreasethecostandreleaseheat,eventuallyitwillmakeallthemachinerylooksoheavy.Whenthetestbedworkswithitsmaximumflowrate,theoutputpressureofthehydraulicpumpcannotexceed10MPa.WhenthesystemworksatthemaximumpressurepThemotorpowerinhighpressuresystemwithsmallflowrateinthehydraulicsystemofthehydrauliccylindertestbedcouldbedescribedasfollows[2]:Themotorpowerinlowsystemwithgreatflowrateinthehydraulicsystemofthehydrauliccylindertestbedcanbedescribedasfollows[2]:Where,NAsdescribedinFig.3,whenthesystemneedshighpressure,thegreatflowrateisnotneeded.Atthesametime,theelectriccurrentcouldbeprovidedtotheelectricmagnet2YA,theflowrateinthelowpressuresystemwithgreatflowrateisattheload-offsituation.Thehighpressureoiltothesetwochambersofthehydrauliccylindercouldbechangedbyon-offoftheelectriccurrentfortheelectricmagnet8YAandelectricmagnet9YA.Throughthecurrentadjustmentoftheelectricmagnet10YAonthehighpressureproportionalreliefvalve17,thepressureinthehighpressuresystemcouldbechanged.Whenthetesthydrauliccylinderneedstorunfast,thereisnohighpressureneededinthetestbedsystem.Atthesametime,thereisnoelectriccurrentfortheelectricmagnet8YAandelectricmagnet9YAonthehighpressureselectorvalve15,whenthehighpressureselectorvalveisatthemiddleplace,theflowrateofthehighpressuresystemdecompresses.Thereisahighpressurehydrauliclock14inthehighpressuresystem,whichcouldensurethechambersofthetesthydrauliccylinder,sothattheleakagetestcouldworknormally.4u3000e-whivi需要互聯(lián)網(wǎng)平臺上的hyratcherizacti-routge&arm等pcr擴(kuò)增Accordingtotheteststandard,asetofhyd
