重慶科技有限公司生產(chǎn)過程管理程序ProductionManagementProcedure文件編號(hào)No:VW-SP-008版本號(hào)VersionNo:A/0Page第17頁(yè)共17頁(yè)科技機(jī)密文件,未經(jīng)許可,不得轉(zhuǎn)載及復(fù)印等擴(kuò)散版本修訂歷史記錄版本號(hào)修訂內(nèi)容修訂者修訂時(shí)間A/0第一次下發(fā)余洋2015.3.4文件涉及部門評(píng)審會(huì)簽欄□生產(chǎn)部□品質(zhì)部□工程部□研發(fā)部□采購(gòu)部□銷售部□客服部□人力行政□計(jì)劃部□財(cái)務(wù)部□文控中心□倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)部□國(guó)際貿(mào)易文件簽核欄擬制審核(ISO)審核批準(zhǔn)姓名職務(wù)簽名日期1.目的Objective規(guī)范生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作程序,提高生產(chǎn)效率,使產(chǎn)品安全、合法以及質(zhì)量隨時(shí)隨地得到有效控制,保證產(chǎn)品準(zhǔn)時(shí)出貨。Toregulatetheproductionoperationprocedureandimproveproductionefficiencytoensuretheproductssafety,legalityandqualitycanbecontrolledefficientlyandtoensuretheproductscanbedeliveredontime.2.適用范圍ApplicableScope適用于本公司生產(chǎn)部來料投入至成品入庫(kù)全過程。Beappliedtotheproductionprocessfrompreparingthematerialstowarehousingthefinishedproducts.職責(zé)Responsibilities3.1.計(jì)劃部負(fù)責(zé)制定《生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃》,下發(fā)《生產(chǎn)任務(wù)單》給生產(chǎn)部。PMCisresponsibleformakingthe<productionplan>anddistributing<productiontasknotice>toproductiondepartment.3.2.生產(chǎn)部每日實(shí)行自檢、互檢制度,負(fù)責(zé)制程生產(chǎn)的實(shí)施與控制。Productiondepartmentshallimplementself-inspectionandmutualinspectioneverydayandimplementandcontroltheproductionprocess.3.3.品質(zhì)部負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品合法性的確認(rèn)、質(zhì)量和安全等整個(gè)生產(chǎn)過程品質(zhì)的監(jiān)控與跟蹤。Qualitydepartmentshallconfirmtheproductlegality,andmonitorandfollowtheproductqualityandsafetyintheproductionprocess.3.4.工程部負(fù)責(zé)全過程的相關(guān)工藝及工裝治具的管理、相關(guān)儀器的設(shè)備校準(zhǔn)等。Engineeringdepartmentshallmanagetherelatedproductionprocessandtoolsusedintheproduction,andcalibratetherelatedequipments.3.5.倉(cāng)庫(kù)負(fù)責(zé)全過程的材料(包括輔料、工具)發(fā)放及成品保管。Thewarehouseshallprovideallmaterialsusedintheproduction,includingauxiliarymaterialsandtoolsandkeepthefinishedproducts.3.6.文控中心負(fù)責(zé)及時(shí)發(fā)放及通知相關(guān)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝文件。DCCshalldistributetherelatedproductproductionprocessdocumentstimely.3.7.人事行政部負(fù)責(zé)人員的招聘與培訓(xùn)安排。Personneladministrationdepartmentisresponsibleforpersonnelrecruitmentandtrainingarrangement.程序內(nèi)容ProcedureContents4.1.生產(chǎn)前準(zhǔn)備productionpreparation.4.1.1.計(jì)劃部下《生產(chǎn)任務(wù)單》到生產(chǎn)部,生產(chǎn)主管或部長(zhǎng)根據(jù)當(dāng)時(shí)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行適當(dāng)安排,生產(chǎn)拉長(zhǎng)接到生產(chǎn)任務(wù)單時(shí),及時(shí)進(jìn)行相關(guān)資源計(jì)劃,例如人員培訓(xùn)、人員安排調(diào)配等事項(xiàng)。ThePMCshallsendthe<productiontasknotice>toproductiondepartment,productiondirectororproductiondepartmentchiefshallarrangetheproductionbasedonthecurrentproductionconditions.Theproductionlineleadershallplantherelatedresources,suchastheemployeetraining,theemployeearrangement,etc.afterreceivedtheproductionorder.4.1.2.生產(chǎn)文員將文控中心所發(fā)放的相關(guān)產(chǎn)品工藝文件(包括:作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、工藝流程圖等)進(jìn)行登記、保管,同時(shí)通知生產(chǎn)線拉長(zhǎng).Productionclerkshallregisterandkeeptherelatedproductionprocessdocuments(includingSOP,processflowchartandsoon)distributedbytheDCCandinformtheproductionlineleader.4.1.3.生產(chǎn)拉長(zhǎng)根據(jù)計(jì)劃開工日期安排領(lǐng)料員及時(shí)根據(jù):整機(jī)系列:計(jì)劃物控提供領(lǐng)料單,生產(chǎn)物料員根據(jù)《生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)料單》進(jìn)行訂單套料領(lǐng)取。由計(jì)劃物控根據(jù)最新制單、計(jì)劃主管或部長(zhǎng)審核批準(zhǔn)后方可生效。電源系列、板卡系列、所有執(zhí)行ECN物料,均由計(jì)劃物控進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)處理后,生產(chǎn)物料員直接按生產(chǎn)任務(wù)單上提供的相關(guān)任務(wù)單號(hào),由生產(chǎn)部條形碼打印員直接進(jìn)入K3系統(tǒng)打單領(lǐng)料。生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)料員憑《生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)料單》直接到相關(guān)倉(cāng)管員處進(jìn)行物料領(lǐng)取,物料領(lǐng)到產(chǎn)線后,按套料物料類型放到指定的區(qū)域(如包材放置區(qū);LCD屏放置區(qū);組裝物料區(qū)等),并作好防護(hù),防碰撞,防ESD和標(biāo)示等處理具體按《搬運(yùn)作業(yè)實(shí)施細(xì)則》。Wholemachineseries:Theproductionlineleadershallarrangethematerialhandlertogetthesetsofmaterialsaccordingtothe<materialsrequisitionnote>providedbyPMCbasedontheproductionplan.The<materialsrequisitionnote>canbetakenintoeffectafterapprovedbyPMCdirectorordepartmentchief.Forthepowersupply,PCBandallECNmaterial,aftersystemprocessedbyPMCcontrol,productionmaterialpersonnelshallusedtherelatedtasknumberprovidedinthe<productiontasknote>toaskthebarcodeprintertoprintthenoteinK3systemandgetthematerial.Productionmaterialhandlershallgetthematerialfromtherelatedwarehousekeeperbasedonthe<materialrequisitionnote>,thematerialsshallbeplacedinthedesignatedareaoftheproductionlinebyitstype(e.g.packingmaterialarea,LCDscreenarea,assemblymaterialarea)andbeprotectedwell,referto<handlingoperationsrules>4.1.4.生產(chǎn)線拉長(zhǎng)向文員領(lǐng)取全套作業(yè)文件:作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、BOM、相關(guān)檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或規(guī)范、委外加工工藝要求、工程變更通知(如果有)。Productionlineleadershallgainthetotalworkdocumentsfromtheclerk,includingtheworkinstruction,BOM,relatedinspectionstandardsorregulations,outsourcingprocesstechnologyrequirements,EngineeringChangeNotice(ifthereareany).4.1.5.老產(chǎn)品由生產(chǎn)線拉長(zhǎng)依相應(yīng)的作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、相關(guān)檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或規(guī)范對(duì)作業(yè)人員進(jìn)行講解培訓(xùn)后,直接上線作業(yè)。其培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容必需包含所生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的注意事項(xiàng)、品質(zhì)、安全等方面。Fortheoldproduct,theproductionlineleaderwilltraintheoperatorswiththerelatedSOPandrelatedinspectionstandardsorregulations,andtheoperatorsshallstartworking.Thetrainingcontentsmustincludetheproducingproductprecautions,quality,safety,andsoon.4.1.6.新產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)前由工程部IE給相關(guān)拉長(zhǎng)、領(lǐng)班、物料員、作業(yè)員等培訓(xùn)作業(yè)方法與注意事項(xiàng),同時(shí)生產(chǎn)部拉長(zhǎng)需提前一小時(shí)通知相關(guān)部門主管及相關(guān)項(xiàng)目工程師到達(dá)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)協(xié)助指導(dǎo)作業(yè)Forthenewproduct,theIEoftheengineeringdepartmentshalltraintherelatedproductionlineleader,leader,thematerialmanagementpersonnelandtheoperatorsoftheworkmethodsandprecautions.Theproductionlineleadershallinformtherelateddepartmentchiefsandrelatedprojectengineersonehourinadvancetocometotheproductionsitetoassist.4.1.7.生產(chǎn)線主管部長(zhǎng)根據(jù)計(jì)劃員提供的日《生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃》進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)安排,拉長(zhǎng)負(fù)責(zé)將排定的產(chǎn)線狀況分配落實(shí)。Productionlinedirectorshallarrangetheproductionaccordingtothedaily<productionplan>providedbytheplanner,andtheproductionlineleadershallarrangetheproductionlinedistribution.4.1.8.工程部TE人員根據(jù)日《生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃》及工程IE提供的相對(duì)應(yīng)SOP對(duì)所生產(chǎn)的機(jī)型進(jìn)行排線(工治具的擺放、調(diào)試、點(diǎn)檢等),生產(chǎn)線根據(jù)生產(chǎn)情況安排相關(guān)人員協(xié)助。TheTEoftheengineeringdepartmentshallarrangetheproductionlineforthemachine(includingthetoolsplacing,debugging,pointinspection,etc.)accordingtothedaily<productionplan>andthecorrespondingSOPprovidedbytheIE,therelatedpersonnelshallbearrangedtoassistaccordingtotheproductionstatus.4.1.9.產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)前1小時(shí),拉長(zhǎng)需安排生產(chǎn)物料員按生產(chǎn)線當(dāng)天的需求量,將標(biāo)示正確的套料備送到生產(chǎn)線相對(duì)應(yīng)的工站(以BOM為核對(duì)依據(jù)),在儲(chǔ)存運(yùn)輸途中必須采取物料安全防護(hù)措施,以避免生產(chǎn)材料受損或受污染。Onehourbeforetheproduction,thelineleadershallarrangetheproductionmaterialmanagementpersonneltosendthecorrectmaterialstothecorrespondingworkstationintheproductionline(refertotheBOM)accordingtotherequirementoftheproductionlineonthatday,thematerialsafetyprotectionactionsmustbetakeninthestoragetransportationavoiddamageorpollution.4.1.10.因物料緊缺、品質(zhì)異常、設(shè)備故障、人員缺乏等原因影響計(jì)劃進(jìn)度時(shí),拉長(zhǎng)必須將停線時(shí)間、人數(shù)、原因、臨時(shí)對(duì)策等填寫在《異常工時(shí)單》上,上交部門主管判定責(zé)任歸屬,后交于品質(zhì)IPQC確認(rèn)情況是否屬實(shí),具體按異常工時(shí)處理,同時(shí)通知計(jì)劃部,依據(jù)《應(yīng)急準(zhǔn)備及響應(yīng)管理程序》進(jìn)行。Iftheproductionscheduleisdelayedbythematerialshortage,qualitynonconformities,equipmentfailureoremployeeshortage,etc.,theproductionlineleadermustfillthedowntime,numberofpeoplereasonsandtemporarymeasureinthe<productionworktimewasterecords>andsubmitittothedepartmentdirectortojudgetheresponsibilityattributionofresponsibilityandthensubmitittoIPQCtoconfirmifthecircumstanceistrue,andinformPMC,referto<contingencyplanmanagementprocedure>.4.2.生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制。ProductionSiteControl4.2.1.拉長(zhǎng)和領(lǐng)班、物料員應(yīng)提前10分鐘到達(dá)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),提前準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)上班之前工作、做好員工早會(huì)內(nèi)容。Theproductionlineleader,foreperson,materialmanagementpersonnelshallarriveattheproductionsitetenminutesaheadtopreparetheproductionandmorningmeeting4.2.2.員工上午需至少提前10分鐘到達(dá)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)(參加日生產(chǎn)早例會(huì))、下午至少提前5分鐘到達(dá)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),做好上班前的相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備工作。Thepersonnelshallarriveattheproductionsiteaheadatleasttenminutesaheadinthemorningtojointhedailyproductionmorningmeeting,andarrivefiveminutesaheadintheafternoontopreparetheproduction.4.2.2.1.個(gè)人的清潔衛(wèi)生及本工作崗位之6S工作。檢查現(xiàn)場(chǎng)是否存在亂放的對(duì)產(chǎn)品有害之化學(xué)藥品、有無污染生產(chǎn)環(huán)境的污水、泄漏的機(jī)油、洗板水、導(dǎo)致蟲害存在的異、雜物、垃圾及RoHS區(qū)分等;產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)垃圾必須及時(shí)清理。生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的生產(chǎn)垃圾其清理工作由產(chǎn)線備料員負(fù)責(zé),產(chǎn)線拉長(zhǎng)、領(lǐng)班起監(jiān)督管理職責(zé)。The6Sofpersonalsanitationandworkposition:checktheproductionfieldifhaveharmfulchemicalmaterial,thepollutedwater,leakedoil,waterforcleaningsheet,othergarbageandRoHSdiscriminate,etc.theproductiongarbagemustbecleaneduptimelybyproductionlinematerialpreparer,andproductionlineleader,forepersonisresponsibleformonitorandmanagement.4.2.2.2.提前檢測(cè)防靜電環(huán)和人體綜合電阻測(cè)試,確保防靜電環(huán)和人體綜合電阻測(cè)試為正常。發(fā)現(xiàn)不良,及時(shí)向拉長(zhǎng)或領(lǐng)班更換,直至OK為止,測(cè)試OK后在《人體綜合電阻與靜電環(huán)檢測(cè)記錄》上畫“√”,具體方法參照《防靜電環(huán)檢測(cè)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書》和《防靜電工鞋檢測(cè)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書》,生產(chǎn)線拉長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行監(jiān)督。TesttheESDdevicesinadvancetoensuretheESDdevicesareright.IftheESDdeviceisbad,reportittothelinerleaderorforepersontoexchangeuntilit’sok,Whenthetestisok,pleaserecord“√”inthe<ESDtestrecords>.Thetestmethodswillfollowtheregulationsinthe<antistaticringtestinstruction>and<antistaticshoestestinstruction>,andtheproductionlineleaderwillmonitorthetestprocess.4.2.2.3.員工到崗位后先檢查當(dāng)日生產(chǎn)機(jī)型所用儀器、工具、物料、SOP等是否到位,是否與所生產(chǎn)機(jī)型相符合,然后開始按領(lǐng)班指導(dǎo)或IESOP作業(yè)。Thepersonnelontheworkshallchecktheinstruments,tools,materialsandSOPfirstly,andmakesurethoseareavailableandcompliedwiththeproductiontype.ThentheworkcouldstartaccordingtotheforepersoninstructionandIESOP.4.2.3.工程TE負(fù)責(zé)每天檢測(cè)車間流水生產(chǎn)線和儀器設(shè)備的接地狀況,填寫《接地檢查記錄表》,工程部定期檢測(cè)車間的防靜電情況,具體按《ESD測(cè)試規(guī)程》執(zhí)行。TEshallinspectthegroundingconditionsoftheproductionlinesandinstrumentsandequipments,andfillthe<groundinginspectionrecords>.Theengineeringdepartmentshallinspecttheantistaticconditionsregularly,referto<ESDtestregulations>.4.2.4.生產(chǎn)線拉長(zhǎng)或領(lǐng)班每天應(yīng)監(jiān)督員工做好6S工作及過程作業(yè),IPQC及相關(guān)部門巡線人員進(jìn)行監(jiān)督Productionlineleaderorforepersonshallmonitortheemployeetoimplementthe6Sworkandprocess,theIPQCandrelateddepartmentlineinspectorshallmonitortheprocess.4.2.5.生產(chǎn)線拉長(zhǎng)或領(lǐng)班監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)員工對(duì)線上物料、半成品、成品、不良品等用《產(chǎn)品標(biāo)示單》做好標(biāo)示并擺放在相應(yīng)的標(biāo)示區(qū)域。其物料擺放嚴(yán)格配備適用放置盒,其在靜電、大小、是否適用于此物料裝置等;具體參照《產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識(shí)與可追溯性管理程序》。Productionlineleaderorforepersonshallmonitoranddirectpersonneltoidentifythematerial,semi-finishedproduct,finishedproduct,defectiveproductontheproductionlinewiththe<ProductIdentificationSheet>andplacetheminthecorrespondingarea.Thematerialmustbeprovidedwiththesuitableplacingbox,itsstaticelectricityandsizearesuitableforthematerial,referto<productidentificationandtraceabilitymanagementprocedure>.生產(chǎn)拉長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)班和主管依據(jù)《生產(chǎn)部員工績(jī)效考核規(guī)范》進(jìn)行公平、公正、公開的員工考核,不斷激勵(lì)員工,實(shí)施人性化管理。Productionlineleader,forepersonanddirectorshalltesttheemployeesfairly,justlyandopenlyaccordingtothe<productionoperatorperformanceevaluationregulations>tocontinuouslyencourageemployeesandimplementhumanizedmanagement.產(chǎn)線物料管理按照《生產(chǎn)物料管理規(guī)范》進(jìn)行,需回收再利用的周轉(zhuǎn)箱,物料員需及時(shí)清理到倉(cāng)庫(kù)指定位置擺放。themanagementformaterialontheproductionlineshallbeimplementedaccordingto<productionmaterialmanagementregulations>,,thematerialmanagementpersonnelshallcleanuptherecycleturnoverboxandplaceitinthedesignatedplaceinthewarehouse.凈化車間防塵、防靜電控制按照《凈化車間管理規(guī)定》執(zhí)行。Theantistaticanddustproofinthecleaningworkshopshallfollowtheregulationsinthe<cleaningworkshopmanagementregulations>.生產(chǎn)作業(yè)員每天上班作業(yè)之前應(yīng)根據(jù)《設(shè)備日常保養(yǎng)記錄》內(nèi)容對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行清潔維護(hù)及保養(yǎng)。Productionoperatorshallcleanandmaintaintheequipmentaccordingtothe<equipmentdailymaintenancerecords>beforethebeginningofproductioneveryday.工程設(shè)備點(diǎn)檢員每天上午上班前及產(chǎn)品型號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換時(shí),根據(jù)相關(guān)SOP要求對(duì)烙鐵溫度、電批扭力等進(jìn)行電壓溫度及扭力進(jìn)行檢測(cè)確認(rèn),并將檢測(cè)結(jié)果記錄于《烙鐵溫度校正表》、《電動(dòng)鏍絲批扭力校正表》上。TheengineeringequipmentinspectorshallcheckthevoltagetemperatureoftheironandtorqueoftheelectricscrewdriveraccordingtotherequirementsoftherelatedSOPbeforetheworkinthemorningorwhenconvertingtheproductmode,theinspectionresultshallberecordedin<Irontemperaturereport>and<electricscrewdrivertorquereport>.4.3.生產(chǎn)過程控制。Productionprocesscontrol4.3.1.生產(chǎn)過程中為了產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)得到有效控制和數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性以及防止產(chǎn)品丟失,過程中領(lǐng)班拉長(zhǎng)需要作好各段數(shù)據(jù)交接記錄(如PCBA調(diào)試轉(zhuǎn)板轉(zhuǎn)組裝,組裝轉(zhuǎn)老化,老化轉(zhuǎn)包裝,維修等)需用《生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)交接記錄表》;生產(chǎn)中采用流程卡作業(yè):筆記本類產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)對(duì)每臺(tái)機(jī)掛專用<產(chǎn)品流程卡>全過程工序管理;對(duì)于非筆記本類產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn),僅不良品使用紅色《產(chǎn)品流程卡》記錄生產(chǎn)不良信息。驅(qū)動(dòng)板系列產(chǎn)品,生產(chǎn)前由工程部工程師先排線,然后校驗(yàn)VCOM參數(shù)等,校驗(yàn)OK后,由領(lǐng)班拉長(zhǎng)掛上正確的作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書并跟蹤指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)作業(yè);整機(jī)老產(chǎn)品,生產(chǎn)部根據(jù)相關(guān)生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品型號(hào),由領(lǐng)班拉長(zhǎng)掛上正確的作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書,然后進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)確認(rèn)生產(chǎn),對(duì)于首批新產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)通知工程IE在線現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指導(dǎo)并跟蹤作業(yè),相關(guān)試產(chǎn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,由領(lǐng)班拉長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行記入《新產(chǎn)品試產(chǎn)跟蹤表》并進(jìn)行跟蹤改善。Inordertocontroleffectivelytheproductquality,ensuretheveracityofthedata,andpreventtheproductfromlosing,theforepersonandtheproductionlineleadershallusethe<productiondatatransferringrecord>torecorddatatransferring,suchasfromthePCBAdebugboardtoassembly、fromassemblytoaging、agingtopackaging、maintain,etc.theproductionshallbeoperatedbytheflowchartcard:thelaptopkindofproductsproductionshallbemanagedaccordingtospecial<productflowchartcard>;fornon-laptopkindproducts,onlythedefectiveproductcouldusethered<productflowchartcard>torecordthenonconformityinformation.Forthedriveseriesproducts,theengineerinengineeringdepartmentshallarrangethelinefirst,andthenchecktheVCOMparametersbeforetheproduction,ifthecheckresultisok,theforepersonshallhangtherightworkinstructionandguidetheproductionoperation;Fortheoldproducts,theforepersonshallhangtherightworkinstructionandguidetheproductionoperationaccordingtotherelatedproductiontype.Forthenewproductfirstproduction,TheIEshouldonspotfortheinstruction.Problemsfoundintherelatedtrialproductionshallberecordedin<newproducttrialproductiontracetable>bytheforepersonandimproved.4.3.2.為保證制程品質(zhì),生產(chǎn)線在產(chǎn)品首批生產(chǎn)及每天首次及ECN變更生產(chǎn)時(shí),必須準(zhǔn)時(shí)(前5個(gè)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)出時(shí))將前生產(chǎn)5個(gè)產(chǎn)品連同《首件檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告》送IPQC檢驗(yàn),IPQC將首件樣品對(duì)照首件檢驗(yàn)表和ECN變更要求進(jìn)行檢查確認(rèn),如果合格將首件樣品放于生產(chǎn)線正常生產(chǎn)下線;如果檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)不合格,則說明制程、設(shè)計(jì)、物料等環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)生異常,需要進(jìn)行糾正及預(yù)防措施,直到異常解決且制定出切實(shí)有效的方案對(duì)策,品質(zhì)部門評(píng)估可接受時(shí)方可再投產(chǎn),且生產(chǎn)線需重新做好《首件檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告》,重新將改善后的前5臺(tái)產(chǎn)品送檢,待品質(zhì)再次確認(rèn)。Inordertoensuretheproductionprocessquality,whenthefirstbatchproductionandthefirstproductioneverydayandchangingECNproduction,theproductionlineshallsendthefirst5productswiththe<firstsampleinspectionreport>toIPQCtoinspectwhenthefirst5productscompleted.TheIPQCwillinspectandconfirmthefirstsamplecontrastwiththe<firstsampleinspectionreport>andtherequirementofthechangingECN,ifconforming,thefirstsampleshallbeputinproductionlineandproducednormally,ifnonconforming,specifytheabnormalityoftheproductionprocess,designandmaterial,therelatedcorrectiveandpreventiveactionsshallbeimplementeduntiltheabnormalitybesolvedandtheeffectivesolutionbeformulated.Theproductscanbeproducedagainafterevaluatedasconformingbythequalitydepartment,andtheproductionlineneedtore-make<firstsampleinspectionreport>andre-sendtheimprovedfirst5productstoinspect,andthequalitydepartmentshallcheckitagain.4.3.3.生產(chǎn)過程中,生產(chǎn)作業(yè)員認(rèn)真依據(jù)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書作業(yè),過程中應(yīng)實(shí)行自檢、互檢制度,其規(guī)范正確作業(yè)順序內(nèi)容為:檢查上一道作業(yè)工序——作業(yè)本工位作業(yè)內(nèi)容——檢查本工位作業(yè)內(nèi)容是否與SOP相符;且在工序傳遞過程中要遵循輕拿輕放的原則,做好安全、防污等防護(hù)措施,確保不讓不良品流入下一工序。發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量或安全性不符合允收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí),作業(yè)員需認(rèn)真填寫《生產(chǎn)檢測(cè)報(bào)表》,并將不良品掛上相對(duì)應(yīng)的《產(chǎn)品流程卡》寫明不良現(xiàn)象后將不良品放置在不良品盒內(nèi),進(jìn)行隔離放置(對(duì)于筆記本發(fā)現(xiàn)的不良則直接在產(chǎn)品流程卡上填上不良內(nèi)容,同前述要求作業(yè))。不良品由拉長(zhǎng)指定人員定期交至維修處。由工程部負(fù)責(zé)維修處理的,需做好交接登記記錄。Intheproductionprocess,theproductionoperatorsshalloperateaccordingtotheworkinstructionandimplementselfinspectionandmutualinspection,thestandardsequence:inspectlastworkingprocedure—theworkcontentsofthestation—checkiftheworkcontentstallywithSOP,andhandletheproductcarefullyinthepassprocess,adoptpreventivemeasurestoensurethenonconformingproductcannotputintothenextprocess.Whentheproductqualityorthesafetyisnotconforming,the<productioninspectionreport>shallbefilled,theoperatorshallhangthecorresponding<productflowchartcard>onthenonconformingproductandwritetheundesirablephenomena,andputthenonconformingproductinthedesignatedboxtoisolateit(thelaptopnon-conformityshallbewrittenintheproductflowchartcarddirectlyandoperatedasaforementioned).Thenonconformingproductsshallbesenttorepairplaceregularlybythepersondesignatedbytheproductionlineleader.Thatneedtoberepairedbytheengineeringdepartmentshallcompletetheregisterrecord.4.3.4.生產(chǎn)線拉長(zhǎng)、領(lǐng)班將作業(yè)員檢查出的不良品及時(shí)標(biāo)識(shí)、記錄、隔離處理。不良品需2H/次送維修處理,特殊情況除外。維修后的產(chǎn)品需從維修品投入口下線,具體參照《不合格品管理程序》。Thenonconformitiesfoundbytheoperatorsshallbeidentified,recordedandisolatedbytheproductionlineleaderandforeperson.Thenonconformitiesshallbesenttoberepairedeverytwohours,exceptthespecialcases.Therepairedproductshalloffthelinefrominputportoftherepairproducts,referto<<nonconformingproductcontrolprocedure>.4.3.5.維修人員依照《維修作業(yè)規(guī)范》,當(dāng)天維修狀況維修人員必須認(rèn)真的填寫在當(dāng)日的《維修報(bào)表》上,并在《產(chǎn)品流程卡》上填寫維修結(jié)果,以便外觀檢驗(yàn)人員好針對(duì)維修過的位置做重點(diǎn)檢查。在維修過程中,如發(fā)現(xiàn)此不良原因?qū)偃藶樽鳂I(yè)不良、產(chǎn)品本身設(shè)計(jì)問題、存在品質(zhì)隱患、物料原材料不良超標(biāo)(貴重物料1‰(如:LCD屏、集成電路等),結(jié)構(gòu)和包材料3%),應(yīng)及時(shí)反饋到維修組長(zhǎng)處,維修組長(zhǎng)根據(jù)情況確認(rèn)后,進(jìn)一步反饋到生產(chǎn)主管或部長(zhǎng)處,然后由相關(guān)管理人員知會(huì)到工程、品質(zhì)、研發(fā)等相關(guān)部門。Therepairpersonnelshallworkbasedonrepairinstruction,andfillthe<repairreport>tosummarizethedailyrepairconditions.Therepairresultshallbefilledin<productflowchartcard>sothattheinspectorscanchecktherepairedpositionsspecially.Intherepairprocess,iftheproductfailurearecausedbyman-made,productdesignproblem,qualityhiddentrouble,rawmaterialbadnessoverproof(preciousmaterial1‰(suchasLCDscreen,integratedcircuit,etc.),structurematerialandpackingmaterial3%),thenitshallbereporttomaintenanceleadertoconfirmtimely,afterconfirmation,reporttotheproductionchief,thentherelatedmanagersshallinformtherelateddepartments.4.3.6.IPQC每2小時(shí)需巡檢和查看作業(yè)員的質(zhì)量記錄一次。具體依據(jù)《IPQC作業(yè)規(guī)范》執(zhí)行。如果因重大問題或者帶有質(zhì)量隱患造成生產(chǎn)無法進(jìn)行時(shí),品質(zhì)部需立即召開品質(zhì)會(huì)議請(qǐng)相關(guān)部門一起來解決。如需停線時(shí)由品質(zhì)IPQC填寫《停線通知單》,交部門主管或部長(zhǎng)審核經(jīng)主管副總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后交生產(chǎn)部,生產(chǎn)部收到《停線通知單》應(yīng)立即執(zhí)行停線,計(jì)劃部計(jì)劃員視交貨期限將生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃做出相應(yīng)調(diào)整,并將其結(jié)果記錄在《停線通知單》中。其具體依據(jù)《IPQC作業(yè)規(guī)范》文件執(zhí)行。IPQCshallmonitortheoperatorqualityrecordsanddotheinspectionevery2hours,referto<IPQCworkregulations>.Iftheproductionisstoppedbytheseriousproblemorqualitytrouble,,qualitydepartmentshallimmediatelyholdqualitymeetingtosolvetheproblemswithrelateddepartments.Iftheproductionlinewillbestopped,the<productionlinestopnotice>shallbefilledbyIPQCandsenttoproductiondepartmentafterreviewedbydepartmentdirectorandapprovedbythedeputygeneralmanager.Theproductiondepartmentshallstopproductionlinewhengetthe<productionlinestopnotice>.ThePMCshallre-arrangetheproductionplanaccordingtothedeliveryrequirements,andrecordtheresultsinthe<productionlinestopnotice>.Referto<IPQCworkregulations>.4.3.7.產(chǎn)品老化測(cè)試:根據(jù)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度和拉長(zhǎng)安排,老化室作業(yè)人員接到生產(chǎn)線待老化產(chǎn)品時(shí),應(yīng)依照《老化室操作規(guī)程》和SOP作業(yè)要求進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品老化測(cè)試,過程中每1小時(shí)檢查一次并記入老化報(bào)表,如發(fā)現(xiàn)不良將不良機(jī)臺(tái)作好不良標(biāo)示并取下放入專門不良品放置盒,由領(lǐng)班拉長(zhǎng)安排交接分析處理。產(chǎn)品老化結(jié)束后,老化室作業(yè)人員將產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)交給相關(guān)生產(chǎn)線,并與生產(chǎn)線拉長(zhǎng)/領(lǐng)班/物料員做好交接手續(xù)。Productagingtest:theagingoperatorshalldotheproductagingtestaccordingtothe<agingoperationregulations>basedontheproductionprogressandtheproductionlinelleaderarrangement.Checkonceperhourandrecorditinagingreport,ifthedefectiveproductisfound,markthedefectivenessandputintothedefectiveproductbox,itshallbeanalyzedandhandledbytheforeperson.Whentheagingprocessisfinished,theoperatorshouldforwardtheproducttotherelatedproductline,anddothetransferringprocedurewithproductionlineleader/foreperson/materialpersonnel.4.3.8.生產(chǎn)過程中品質(zhì)部DQA按照《年度信賴性實(shí)驗(yàn)計(jì)劃》對(duì)所生產(chǎn)型號(hào)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行可靠性實(shí)驗(yàn)。DQAshallimplementreliabilitytesttotheproducedproductaccordingto<___yearreliabilitytestplan>duringtheproductionprocess.4.3.9.生產(chǎn)線拉長(zhǎng)、領(lǐng)班、IPQC應(yīng)隨時(shí)監(jiān)控和檢查生產(chǎn)狀況,保證生產(chǎn)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,發(fā)現(xiàn)異常(材料、半成品、設(shè)備)時(shí)拉長(zhǎng)應(yīng)及時(shí)的給予糾正和預(yù)防,如拉長(zhǎng)5分鐘內(nèi)不能解決的須交由工程部PE處理,同時(shí)知會(huì)部門主管,PE須在半小時(shí)內(nèi)給予解決,如超過半小時(shí)未出處理結(jié)果,部門主管需將異常知會(huì)到相關(guān)責(zé)任部門,如1小時(shí)內(nèi)異常仍沒有有效的解決方案時(shí),工程部主管或部長(zhǎng)必須召集相關(guān)部門人員現(xiàn)場(chǎng)協(xié)商解決,生產(chǎn)主管/部長(zhǎng)需不定時(shí)對(duì)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)巡視,并檢查生產(chǎn)狀況、糾正與預(yù)防措施的實(shí)施情況。Theproductionlineleader,forepersonandIPQCshallmonitorandchecktheproductionprocesstoensuretherelatedrequirementshavebeenmet.Thenonconformities(material,semi-finishedproducts,equipments)shallbecorrectedandpreventedtimelybytheproductionlineleader,ifthelineleadercannotsolvetheproblemwithinfiveminutes,thenitshallbehandledbyPEandthedepartmentdirectorshallbeinformed,iftheproblemisnotsolvedoverhalfhour,thedepartmentchiefshallinformtherelateddepartmentsresponsibleofthisnonconformity;iftherestillisnoeffectivesolutionwithinonehour,theengineeringdepartmentchiefshallorganizetherelateddepartmentresponsibletosolve,productiondirector/departmentchiefshallmonitortheproductionsiteandchecktheproductionandimplementationofthecorrectiveandpreventiveactionsirregularly.4.3.10.產(chǎn)品老化測(cè)試OK后流入下一工序測(cè)試包裝段,拉長(zhǎng)、領(lǐng)班根據(jù)SOP安排測(cè)試包裝,IPQC及工程IE人員跟線確認(rèn),對(duì)于包裝附件特殊物料(如數(shù)據(jù)線,遙控器等)需要全檢或抽檢的(會(huì)根據(jù)工程/品質(zhì)工藝要求進(jìn)行檢查),并將檢驗(yàn)信息記錄在《整機(jī)包裝(附件)物料檢驗(yàn)記錄表》,良品進(jìn)行包裝,不良品按<不合格品管理程序>要求執(zhí)行。Iftheagingtestisok,theproductshallenternexttestpackingtest,theproductionlineleaderandforepersonshallarrangepackingtestaccordingtoSOPandIPQCandIEshallfollowandconfirm.Thepackingspecialmaterialsneedtobefullyinspectedorsamplinginspected(likedatawire,remotecontrollerandsoon)shallbeinspectedaccordingtotheengineering/qualitytechnicalrequirement,andthetestrecordshouldbefilledinthe<completedproductpacking(accessory)materialinspectionrecord>.Theconformityproductshallbepacked,andthenon-conformityproductshallbeimplementedaccordingto<nonconformingproductcontrolprocedure>.包裝前5臺(tái)產(chǎn)出送IPQC首件檢查確認(rèn),取得IPQC檢查合格后,開始正常測(cè)試包裝,產(chǎn)出的產(chǎn)品按SOP要求擺放站板要求堆放指定的待檢區(qū),并安排指定人員填寫《成品送檢通知單》,經(jīng)生產(chǎn)拉長(zhǎng)審核,《成品送檢通知單》送于FQC處。FQC進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),具體操作按照《FQC作業(yè)規(guī)范》和《成品檢驗(yàn)管理程序》作業(yè),由于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)問題需要返工時(shí),參照《FQC作業(yè)規(guī)范》和工程產(chǎn)品返工流程作業(yè)。Thefirst5packagingproductsshouldbeconfirmedbytheIPQC,theIPQCinspectionisok,thenormaltestandpackingshallbestarted,theproducedproductsshallbeplacedinthedesignatedplaceaccordingtoSOPrequirements,anddesignatedpersonnelshallfillthe<finishedproductsinspectionsubmissionnotice>,anditshallshallbesenttoFQCafterreviewedbytheproductionlineleader.FQCshallinspectaccordingto<FQCworkinstruction>and<finished-productinspectioncontrolprocedure.Theproductsneedtobere-workedshallbeoperatedaccordingto<FQCworkinstructionandengineeringproductsre-workprocedure.4.3.11.產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)合格后,由包裝作業(yè)員將合格品由待轉(zhuǎn)區(qū)移到成品合格區(qū),生產(chǎn)物料員需FQC已檢驗(yàn)合格的產(chǎn)品,及時(shí)進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)打《K3產(chǎn)品入庫(kù)單》交品質(zhì)FQC簽名確認(rèn),及時(shí)辦理入庫(kù)手續(xù)。入庫(kù)過程中的搬運(yùn)作業(yè)輕拿輕放,產(chǎn)品用拉紳膜作好保護(hù)防止運(yùn)輸中碰撞,掉落等問題發(fā)生。入庫(kù)單據(jù)共分白、紅、黃、綠4聯(lián),白聯(lián)生產(chǎn)留底,倉(cāng)庫(kù)將紅聯(lián)上交財(cái)務(wù),綠聯(lián)留底,黃聯(lián)交倉(cāng)庫(kù)統(tǒng)計(jì)員處。Iftheproductisqualified,thepackagingoperatorshalltransfertheproducttothefinishedproductarea.Thematerialmanagementpersonnelshalltimelymake<K3productwarehousingnotice>forthequalifiedproductsandprintittosubmittoFQCtosignandconfirm,dothewarehousingprocedure.Theproductsneedtobehandledcarefullyduringthetransferring.theproductshouldbeprotectbythewrappingfilm.Thestoragelisthasfourcopies,theircolorsarewhite,red,yellowandgreen,thewhiteoneisforproductiondepartment,theredoneisforfinancedepartment,thegreenoneisforPMC,andtheyellowoneisforwarehousestatistician.4.3.12.生產(chǎn)中和產(chǎn)品入庫(kù)后,為了確保品質(zhì)的可追溯性,由領(lǐng)班或拉長(zhǎng)對(duì)生產(chǎn)的每批次產(chǎn)品填寫《生產(chǎn)部()生產(chǎn)履歷表》和<封箱記錄表>,分別將該批次產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)SN及變更記錄以及封箱次數(shù)等信息記錄對(duì)應(yīng)報(bào)表中。Inordertoensurequalitytraceability,forepersonorproductionlineleadershallfill<productiondepartment()productiontable>and<packagingrecordtable>withtheproducti
