一、好處:

1.對老師的好處:a.督促老師必需把握學(xué)情,并依據(jù)學(xué)情設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)案,這樣學(xué)案才能保證使用效果。b.拓寬了老師的教學(xué)思路,為新學(xué)期教學(xué)方法的調(diào)整做了鋪墊,由于老師依據(jù)假期自主學(xué)習(xí)比拼的狀況能夠發(fā)覺同學(xué)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和學(xué)習(xí)上遇到的障礙。廢除了以往假期作業(yè)的盲目性和同學(xué)的應(yīng)付狀況。c.開學(xué)后節(jié)約了不少珍貴的課時(shí)。便利了老師有正對性的進(jìn)行大膽取舍。

2.對同學(xué)的好處:a.同學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)潛能得到了極大的開發(fā),有些學(xué)習(xí)相對較弱的同學(xué)利用假期時(shí)間,依據(jù)學(xué)案內(nèi)容,對基礎(chǔ)學(xué)問特殊是詞匯進(jìn)行了一個(gè)大補(bǔ)習(xí),快速的趕上期其他同學(xué)。每個(gè)班都有這樣的同學(xué),比如六班的張猛同學(xué),經(jīng)過假期,詞匯扎實(shí)了很多,樂觀性上來了,成果明顯有了進(jìn)步。當(dāng)然閱讀和理解的差距趕上來還需要些時(shí)日。b.各班都涌現(xiàn)了自主學(xué)習(xí)的樂觀分子,他們遇到問題,先樂觀想方法自己查閱資料,仍無法解決的主動(dòng)向老師求教。這次比拼難度不小,但我們最高分94,90分以上的同學(xué)不下10人,這還是比較抱負(fù)的。c.同學(xué)自主學(xué)習(xí)、自我管理的力量得到了有效提升。

3.加強(qiáng)了老師與家長之間的溝通。本次假期自主學(xué)習(xí)成果比較抱負(fù),這要得益于放假前老師們的仔細(xì)備課、同學(xué)家長會(huì)上對家長和同學(xué)進(jìn)行的方法指導(dǎo),使我們老師的設(shè)計(jì)初衷能夠零距離傳達(dá)到家長。假期中仍有家長與老師溝通孩子的學(xué)習(xí)狀況,特別支持老師的工作,關(guān)注同學(xué)的成果。二、與預(yù)期結(jié)果的不同:

1.尖子生的成果比預(yù)想的要突出。但班級平均分與預(yù)想有差距。由于,班級平均分必需有全部同學(xué)樂觀參加假期自主學(xué)習(xí)做保障。這次重點(diǎn)班、文科班總體表現(xiàn)很好,3、4班有超過三分之一的同學(xué)假期自主學(xué)習(xí)基本沒有落實(shí),成果很不抱負(fù),四非常左右的同學(xué)還有二十幾名。

2.比拼試題中含有聽力,一個(gè)假期沒有聽了,仍有同學(xué)表現(xiàn)精彩,超出預(yù)想。但大部分同學(xué)聽力明顯較放假前有了退步。開學(xué)后要立刻試聽練耳。

3.各班有效落實(shí)自主學(xué)習(xí)的同學(xué)數(shù)量有了明顯提升。第一次自主學(xué)習(xí)時(shí),參加的同學(xué)還是許多的。但到了其次次,參加數(shù)量明顯有了下降,原來想這次會(huì)不會(huì)連續(xù)下降呢?但觀看結(jié)果,發(fā)覺本次仔細(xì)參加的同學(xué)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高過其次次的,甚至超過了第一次仔細(xì)參加的同學(xué)。四、發(fā)覺了什么問題?

1.各班都有沒仔細(xì)落實(shí)的同學(xué),比如這次六班的劉星宇、李鴻基、楊一凡、劉昊和羅一京幾位同學(xué)假期自主學(xué)習(xí)落實(shí)得就不是很好,從本次的測試中他們的成果分別是58,62,75和59,和67,六班的平均分是78分,他們在成果上的確是班里的最終幾名。對于這部分同學(xué),真剛要落實(shí)的不是學(xué)問而是態(tài)度。2.一般班同學(xué)自主學(xué)習(xí)落實(shí)效果不抱負(fù)。女生能有2/3做了,男生仔細(xì)做的同學(xué)也就是1/2。自主學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)目前沒有在這些同學(xué)身上實(shí)現(xiàn)。五、今后在自主學(xué)習(xí)的設(shè)計(jì)中需要有什么改進(jìn)?

1.可以在重點(diǎn)題目后加入解析。

2.對于學(xué)困生的任務(wù)再進(jìn)行分層優(yōu)化,便于他們的操作。3.適當(dāng)增加小組合作的實(shí)踐操作性任務(wù),提升同學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)愛好。
