positionsummary:tomanageanddevelopsupplierstoprovidequalityproducts,inthecategoryofapplicatorrawmaterialsandfinishedgoods,toachievequalityandoperationalexcellenceforprocurementinasiapacificregion.toownsupplierperformanceintermsofquality,andotherrelatedmetrics.

responsibilities:

conductqualityinspectionofapplicatorrawmaterialsandfinishedgoodsmadeinasiapacificregion.ensureallgoodsmeetingagreedspecificationandqualityplanbetweenswandsuppliers,beforebeingshippedtousorotherregions,rejectnon-conformityproducts.

assistsupplierstosetupasolidqualitycontrolsystem,withemphasisonincomingrawmaterial/componentinspection,andinprocessqualitycontrol,outgoingqualitycontrol.sowemayreduce/eliminateourownoutgoingqcinspectionmentionedabove.

tracksupplierpqrperformanceonregularbasis,assistthesuppliersonproblemsolvingprocesstofindtherootcauseandimplementcorrectiveactions,soastoeliminatetheproblempermanently.

performqualityaudit,measureandtracksupplierqualityperformance,workwithcolleaguesandsupplierstoinitiateandimplementsupplierdevelopmentplan.

keepacompleteupdatedfileofalltestingmethods,andspecificationatappooffice.maytranslatethosedocumentsfromenglishtochinese.

requirements

abachelordegree,preferablyinindustrialormechanicalengineering.

fluentinwritingandoralenglish.

atleast3~5yearsofworkingexperienceinqualitycontrolsystem,especiallyexperienceofestablishing&trainingofmanufacturingqualitycontrolsystem.trainingin6-sigmablackbeltandstatisticaldataanalysis,ispreferred.

experienceinusingproblemsolvingtoolssuchas8d,rcca

goodmaterialknowledgeininspectionprocedures;

requireupto50%anized,analytical&payattentiontodetails.
