PropertyInformation

PartyAagreestoleasethefollowingpropertytoPartyB:

LeaseTerm

Theleasetermwillbeginon[Startdateoflease]andendon[Enddateoflease].PartyBshallvacateandreturnthepropertytoPartyAby[Enddateoflease].

Rent

Themonthlyrentforthepropertyis[Rentamount]permonth,payableonthe[Duedate]ofeachmonth.

Ifrentisnotreceivedwithin[Graceperiod]daysoftheduedate,alatefeeof[Latefeeamount]willbecharged.

Anyremainingunpaidrentafter[Numberofdays]dayswillbeconsideredabreachofleaseandmayresultineviction.

PartyBshallalsoberesponsibleforallutilitybillsrelatedtotheproperty,includingwater,gas,andelectricity.

SecurityDeposit

PartyBshallprovideasecuritydepositof[Depositamount]assecurityagainstanydamagestothepropertyoranyunpaidrent.ThisamountshallbereturnedtoPartyBattheendoftheleaseterm,providedtherearenodamagestothepropertyorunpaidrent.

UseofProperty

PartyBshallusethepropertysolelyforthepurposesof[Intendeduseofproperty],andanychangestotheusemustbeapprovedbyPartyAinwriting.

PartyBshallnotmakeanyalterationstothepropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyA.

PartyBshallkeepthepropertycleanandwell-maintained,andshallberesponsibleforanydamagescausedbytheirnegligence.

PartyBshallnotsubleasethepropertyorallowanythirdpartiestooccupythepropertywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyA.

TerminationofLease

EitherPartymayterminatetheleasebygivingtheotherParty[Noticeperiod]days’writtennoticepriortotheendoftheleaseterm.

EitherPartymayterminatetheleaseimmediatelyintheeventofabreachofthislease,includingnon-paymentofrent.

PartyBshallvacatethepropertyuponterminationoftheleaseandshallreturnthepropertytoPartyAinthesameconditionasitwasreceived,lessnormalwearandtear.

Miscellaneous

ThisleasecontainstheentireagreementbetweenthePartiesandsupersedesallpriornegotiations,understandings,andagreements,whetherwrittenororal.

ThisleaseshallbebindinguponandinuretothebenefitofthePartiesandtheirrespectiveheirs,legalrepresentatives,successors,andassigns.

AnymodificationtothisleasemustbeinwritingandsignedbybothParties.

Thisleaseshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[State,Province,orCountry].

Anydisputesarisingfromthisleaseshallberesolvedthrougharbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesofthe[Arbitrationorganization]orin[City],[State],[Country].

Thisleasemaybeexecutedincounterparts,eachofwhichshallbedeemedanoriginal,butallofwhichtogethershallcon
