職責(zé)描述:

1、負(fù)責(zé)藥品生產(chǎn)全過程相關(guān)的質(zhì)量分析及質(zhì)量限制，滿意運(yùn)營(yíng)要求;

2、負(fù)責(zé)部門檢驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)完整性合規(guī);

3、負(fù)責(zé)部門團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)及骨干培育，營(yíng)建部門和諧工作氛圍;

4、負(fù)責(zé)獲得產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量限制信息等項(xiàng)目性工作;

5、依據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外行業(yè)相關(guān)要求，生產(chǎn)工藝改進(jìn)要求，組織實(shí)施新方法的試驗(yàn)性試驗(yàn)探討;

任職要求:

1、本科以上，藥物分析、生物化學(xué)及相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè);

2、5年以上有制藥企業(yè)試驗(yàn)室管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3、具有很強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行力與過程管控;

4、熟識(shí)質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件，熟識(shí)大分子蛋白質(zhì)量分析方法;

5、熟識(shí)gmp法規(guī)及國(guó)內(nèi)外藥典檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);

6、有責(zé)任心、敬業(yè)精神及良好的人際溝通實(shí)力。

1.responsibleforthecontroloftraining/inspection/test/examinationonpowerplantasperinternationalstandardsandclient’srequirement;

2.responsiblefortheexecutionofthepowerplantprojects,including(butnotlimited)coordinatingtheinquiryandquotation,testprogrampreparation,assigningprojectengineer/inspectortocarryoutthetestandinspection,report;etc.;

3.responsibleforprojectmanagement,paymentandcostcontrolonproject;

4.expeditetheprojectwithinthescheduleasrequiredbytheclient.

5.implementqualitysysteminaccordancewiththecompanyqualitypolicy;

6.setupallnecessaryprocessesandensuresmoothoperationinthedepartment;

7.reviewprojectsandissuepositivetechnicalreports;

8.supervisestaffsinmanagingprojectsandtasks;

9.coordinatewithotherdepartmentsandbranchestomakesurethe“one-stop-shop”servicehasbeenprovidedtothecustomers;

10.communicatewithkeyaccounts.developagoodwork/cooperationrelationshipwiththeclients;

11.handle/solvethecomplaintscomingfromcustomersorheadquarter;

1.bachelordegreeorabove;majorinelectrical,mechanicalorotherrelatedsubject;

2.atleast5yearsworkingexperienceindesignortestfieldwithreliableworkingperformance.betterbefamiliarwithpowerplantequipmentsorptdequipmentslikepowerswitchgear,controlgear,transformer,gis,etc.
