allscrewpitcherror,etc),andrealizetheclosedlooppositioncontrolfunctions,higherprecision.Andthiswholeclosed-loopcontrolareaccomplishedbyservodrive,withoutincreasingtheburdenandsupervisorycontrollerinitsgrowingindustryautomationequipmentanddeveloped,andstartusingthiskindofservosystem.Insomeofthepositioningaccuracyandthedynamicresponseofthedemandishigher,themechtronieproductincommunicationThissystemhasovercomethedefectsoftheclosed-loopsystemandthepositionloop,samplingcandirectlyfrominfinalpositiononthemechanicalcomponents(suchasgratings'feedback,magneticgateruler,revolvingencoder,etc),andthemotorspeedloopatonlyasencoder,thefeedbackcaneliminateallthegapexistinginmachinery,andtheservosystem,butalsocanappearonthemechanicaltransmissionerrorcompensation,achieverealclosed-loopfunction,achievethehighpositioncontrol.Andthiswholeclosed-loopcontrolareaccomplishedbydrive,withoutincreasingtheburdenofsupervisorycontroller.Owingtotheclosed-loopacservosystemcangethighprecision,anddoesnotneedtoincreasethecomplexityofsupervisorycontrolsystem.Soitiswidelyusedinncmachinetools,precisionCNCequipmentdesign,etc.Thissystemhasovercomethedefectofhalfaclosed-loopcontrolsystem,servodrivecandirectsamplinginfinalmechanicalpartpositionfeedbackelement(suchasgratingfeet,magneticgridfeet,revolvingencoder,etc.),asthepositionloop,andthemotorspeedfeedbackatonlyascoder.Suchservosystemcaneliminatethemechanicaltransmissionofgeargap,gap(e.g.,etc),ballscrewclearancecompensationofmechanicaltransmissionmanufacturingerror(suchasballscrewpitcherror,etc),andrealizetheclosedlooppositioncontrolfunctions,higherprecision.Andthiswholeclosed-loopcontrolareaccomplishedbyservodrive,withoutincreasingtheburdenandsupervisorycontrollermoreindustryInthenumericalcontrollathe,especiallyincomputerncmachinetools,becauseithasclosedservodrivesystemworkreliably,highprecisionandstronganti-interference,relativetotheopen-loopservodrivesystemismorecommonlyused.Butduetotheincreasedclosedservodrivesystem,feedback,comparativepositiondetection,andstepintotheopenloopsystem,itsstructureismorecomplex,debuggingisrelativelymoredifficult.Aclosed-loopservodrivesystem,theactuatorAlongwiththedevelopmentofnumericalcontroltechnology,therequirementofactuatorsaresummedupandincreasinglyhigh,basicallyhavethefollowing:(1)tominimizetherotationalinertiaofthemotor,inordertoimprovethesystemoffastdynamicresponse,(2)improvemotoroverloadabilitytoadaptoftenappeartheimpactofthephenomenon,(3)improvespeedandstabilityoperationofmotor,toensuretheuniformityofspeedservosystemaccuracy.Duetotheparticularityofmechanicalprocessing,generalmotorscannotmeetthencmachinetoolsforservocontrolrequirements.Atpresent,inthencThemachineiswidelyusedinthedcservomotorandacservomotor.1dcservomotorThedcservomotorwasusedinmachinetoolservosystemisakindofactuators.Intheservosystemusedinthedcservomotorservomotorfordcmotors,suchaslowinertiaandwidespeedmotor,etc.Althoughtheseservomotor,havethefeaturesofdifferentstructure,butitsworkingprincipleanddcmotoraresimilar.(1)lowinertiadcservomotor.Mainwhetherslotdcservomotorarmatureandothertypesofmotor.Noslotsdcservomotorarmaturetheworkingprincipleandstructureofthesamedcmotor,thedifferenceandfeaturesare:thearmaturecoreissmoothwithouttrough,thearmaturewindingcircleswithepoxyresincuringandbinderinthearmaturecoreonthesurface,thelengthanddiameterofthearmaturefivetimesmorethanintheair-gapsizethantheaveragedcmotoris10timesgreaterthan.Itsoutputpowerindozensofwattsto10kW.Mainlyusedforfastmovement,powersystem.(2)widespeeddctorquemotor.Withthemotortorquemethodtoimprovetoimprovethedynamicperformance.Itsstructureandgeneraldcmotor,usuallybysimilarseparate-excitedhim.Almostallbinedwitharmaturecontrol.Ithasthefollowingfeatures:(3)dcservomotorcontrolprincipleofpulsewidth.Thedcservomotorspeedadjustmentmethodismainlytoadjustthearmaturevoltage.Currentlythemostwidelyusedmethodsaretransistorspulsewidthomdulatros-dcmotorspeed(PWM-M).Ithasthefastresponse,highefficiency,widerangeofspeedandnoisepollutionissmall,simpleandreliable.Pulsewidthmodulator,usingthebasicworkingprincipleofswitchpowertransistor,dcvoltagemustbeconvertedintothefrequencyvoltage,addtothedcmotorarmature.Througheachpulsewidthcontrol,wavethearmaturevoltagechangeofaverage,adjustthespeedofthemotor.Figure5-9-MsystemofPWMisworkingprinciplediagram.Figure5-9willsettheswitch(a)toclose,disconnectKcycle,start-upandshut-downcycleisT.Inaperiodoftime,thetimeforτ,disconnectforT-respectively.IfthepowersupplyvoltageUplusisconstant,addtotheelectricpowerofthearmaturevoltagewaveformisasquarecolumn,itsheightforU,Widthforτ,asshowninfigure5-9(b).Itistheaverage(5-2Typeinthedelta=τ/T,calledconductionrate.WhenTunchanged,aslongasthecontinuouschange,canmakethearmaturevoltageaverage(namelydccomponent)from0toU,andcontinuouschangescontinuallychangingmotorspeed.TheactualsystemwithhighPWM-MtriodeswitchK.2acservomotorAcservomotordriveisthelatestdevelopmentofnewservosystem,themachineisdrivensystemforanewtrend.ThedcmotordrivesystemZhengLiuZibrushandoftenrepair,motorandusingenvironmentsizeres
