VolunteerPositionsinBeijingOlympicandParalympicGamesPositionsforvolunteersinthe2008OlympicGamesarerelatedto:translationandinterpretation,protocolandreception,contestorganization,facilitiesmanagement,environment,marketdevelopment,technology,foodandbeverage,spectatorservices,medicalservices,anti-dopingexamination,venuepersonnelmanagement,security,newsoperationsupport,venuephotographservice,logisticanddistribution,transportation,venueadministration,accreditationandticketing.Seethefollowingbriefintroductionofcertainpositionsindifferentareas.1.TranslationandInterpretationProvidetranslationorinterpretationservicesforathletes,accompanyingofficials,OlympicandParalympicofficials.2.ProtocolandReceptionVolunteerswillberesponsibletoreceivemembersoftheInternationalOlympicCommittee,membersoftheNationalOlympicCommittee,representativesofinternationalorganizations,representativesofthemedia,commercialsponsorsandotherparticipantsandprovideinformationregardingtransportation,gamesarrangements,tourismandscenicspots,entertainmentandshopping.3.ContestOrganizationProvideservicesforgamespreparationsandoperationsinallthevenuesandtrainingsites,suchaspreparationofgame-useequipment,calculationofgametimeandscores.4.FacilitiesManagementReceiveandrecordcallsfrommaintenancehot-line,informfacilitymanagersorassistantmanagersofmaintenanceneedsandrequests.5.EnvironmentAssistenvironmentmanagerinsupervisionandinspectionofcleannessofvenueandperformanceofrefusemanagingcontractors.Verifystatisticsrelatingtocategories,quantitiesandcategorizeddealingsofrefuseprovidedbycontractors.Assistenvironmentmanagerincoordinationwithrelateddepartmentstoapplyenvironmentprotectionpublicationsandenvironmentmanagementoperations.6.MarketDevelopmentAssistmarketdevelopmentmanagerinGamesmarketdevelopment;supervisesponsors’performancesaccordingtosponsorshipagreementandprotectcontractualrightsofsponsors.7.TechnologyAssistinmanagementanddailyoperationsofvenuetechnologysystems(includingcomputernetwork,wirelesscommunication,broadcastingandvideosystems).ProvidetechnologicalsupporttotheGames.8.FoodandBeverageFollowingdiningpoliciesissuedbytheOrganizingCommittee,assistfoodandbeveragemanagerinoperationsandmanagementandsatisfyneedsofdifferentgroups.9.SpectatorServicesResponsibleforticketcheckingondifferentgroupsofspectatorsinrespectivevenues.Servethespectatorsandmaintainordersofcome-and-goandkeepgoodorderduringcontests.10.MedicalServicesProvideon-timeandeffectiveonsitemedicalservices,urgentmedicalaidsandtransferringservice,andpublichealthservicesforathletes,spectators,volunteersandotherworkingstaffduringthetwoGames.11.Anti-DopingExaminationsAssistAnti-DopingExaminationStationmanagerinconductinganti-dopingtests;enterdataintorelatedforms;guideandsupervisecollection,sealingandstorageofsamplesofexaminedathletes;informexaminedathletes;inspectandaccompanyathletestoreporttothestation.12.VenuePersonnelManagementAssistvenuepersonnelmanagerinprovidinghumanresourcesupportstovenueteams,organizinggeneralandprofessionaltrainingandadministeringperformanceexaminations.13.SecurityAssistsecuritydirectorinvenue(insideandneighboringareas)security.14.NewsOperationAssistinGamesnewspublicationandmediaoperation;providefacilitiesandservicesforjournalists,BOBandrebroadcasttelevisions.15.VenuePhotographServicesProvidedirectservicesforphotographersatdesignatedpositionsaroundcontestsites,inphotographicareawithinnewscenters,andatvenuestands;coordinatedisk/filmsendingserviceswithinvenues.16.LogisticsandDistributionAssisttheassistantvenuelogisticsandassetsmanagerinreceivingassets,establishinginventoryandtrackassets.Renewdataofvenueassets.Coordinatevenueassetdistributionandreturn.17.TransportationAssistinprovidingtransportationservicesforathletes,officials,judges,andjournalists.18.VenueAdministrationAssistdirectorofvenuecommunicationcenteranddirectorofoperationcenterindailyofficemanagement,liaisonandadministration;conductnecessarycoordinationandsupervisionamongandonoperationofrespectivedepartments.19.AccreditationAssistvenueaccreditationmanagerinproducingandissuingregistrationcards(identificationdocuments)toqualifiedathletes,accompanyingofficials,sportsofficials,VIPsfromChinaandabroad,journalistsandstaffmemberswhoprovideGames-timeservices.Solveproblemsoccurringduringaccreditationprocessandusing.20.TicketingProvideconsultingservicessuchasinformationofcontests:roundsandtimes,andticketselling.北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)志愿服務(wù)有哪些崗位奧運(yùn)會(huì)和殘奧會(huì)賽會(huì)志愿者服務(wù)崗位主要涉及語言服務(wù)、禮賓、競賽組織、場館設(shè)施管理、環(huán)境、市場開發(fā)、技術(shù)、餐飲、觀眾服務(wù)、醫(yī)療服務(wù)、興奮劑檢查、場館人事、安保、新聞運(yùn)行、場館攝影、物流、交通、場館管理、注冊、票務(wù)等領(lǐng)域。下面,就部分領(lǐng)域的崗位職責(zé)做簡要介紹。1.語言服務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)為運(yùn)動(dòng)員、隨行官員、奧運(yùn)會(huì)及殘奧會(huì)官方成員提供語言翻譯服務(wù)。2.禮賓負(fù)責(zé)接待國際奧委會(huì)委員、各國奧委會(huì)委員、國際組織代表、媒體代表、贊助商和其他奧運(yùn)會(huì)、殘奧會(huì)成員,為他們提供關(guān)于交通、比賽安排、旅游景點(diǎn)和休閑購物等方面的信息。3.競賽組織在奧運(yùn)會(huì)和殘奧會(huì)所有的比賽和訓(xùn)練場所,為競賽的準(zhǔn)備和運(yùn)行提供服務(wù),如比賽設(shè)備的準(zhǔn)備、比賽用時(shí)和結(jié)果的統(tǒng)計(jì)等。4.場館設(shè)施管理負(fù)責(zé)接聽、記錄場館維修服務(wù)熱線,向場館設(shè)施管理經(jīng)理或副經(jīng)理通知維修需求。5.環(huán)境負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助環(huán)境經(jīng)理對場館內(nèi)清潔與廢棄物管理合同商的工作情況進(jìn)行監(jiān)督、檢查;對合同商提供的有關(guān)場館內(nèi)廢棄物產(chǎn)生類別、數(shù)量及分類處理的統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行審核;負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助環(huán)境經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)部門進(jìn)行賽時(shí)環(huán)境宣傳和環(huán)境管理體系的運(yùn)行工作。6.市場開發(fā)負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助市場開發(fā)經(jīng)理做好賽事市場開發(fā)工作,按照贊助協(xié)議監(jiān)督贊助商履行義務(wù),保障贊助商的正當(dāng)權(quán)益。7.技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)助進(jìn)行場館技術(shù)系統(tǒng)(包括計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、無線通信、廣播音響系統(tǒng)等)的管理及日常運(yùn)營服務(wù),為賽事提供技術(shù)支持。8.餐飲按照組委會(huì)餐飲政策,協(xié)助餐飲經(jīng)理做好餐飲服務(wù)管理工作,滿足各類客戶群的餐飲需求。9.觀眾服務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)入場館的各個(gè)客戶群的檢票、驗(yàn)證工作,為觀眾提供服務(wù),維護(hù)場館內(nèi)各個(gè)客戶群流動(dòng)秩序和觀賽秩序。10.醫(yī)療服務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)為運(yùn)動(dòng)員
