電子封裝技術專業(yè)本科培養(yǎng)計劃UndergraduateProgramforSpecialtyinElectronicsPackagingTechnology一、培養(yǎng)目標.EducationalObjectives本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)具備材料科學與工程學科、電子制造學科以及信息學科有關的基礎理論知識與應用能力，能夠從事電子制造與電子材料等應用領域的科學研究、教學、技術開發(fā)、設計制造、試驗研究、企業(yè)管理和經(jīng)營等方面工作，適應市場經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的富有創(chuàng)新精神的高素質(zhì)復合型人才。特別針對電子制造業(yè)培養(yǎng)急需的專門人才。This program prepares students athorough knowledge inmaterial science andengineering,electronicsmanufacturingtechnologyandinformationsciences.Withskillsofcombiningelectronicsmaterialsandmanufacturing,studentswillbecompetenttodoresearch,development,teachingandmanagementjobs.二、基本規(guī)格要求.SkillsProfile本專業(yè)主要學習材料工程及電子制造科學與技術兩個領域的基礎理論和應用技術，畢業(yè)生應獲得如下幾個方面的知識和能力：具有較為扎實的自然科學基礎，較好的人文、藝術和社會科學基礎及素質(zhì)；系統(tǒng)掌握微電子與材料工程領域的寬廣的理論基礎知識和應用技術，主要包括力學、機械學、電工與電子技術、固體電子學、材料學、材料加工工程等；系統(tǒng)學習電子制造專業(yè)領域的理論基礎知識和應用技術，主要包括電子制造技術基礎、半導體工藝技術、電子封裝與組裝技術、電子工藝材料與設備、電子產(chǎn)品可靠性等；具有電子制造專業(yè)所需的編程、分析、實驗、測試、文獻檢索等基本技能；熟悉本專業(yè)領域各個方向的專業(yè)技術，了解學科的前沿及發(fā)展趨勢；具有較好的外語能力、自學能力、富有創(chuàng)新精神，具備較高綜合素質(zhì)。Asastudentofthisprogram,youwillgain：1.Solidgroundinginbothnaturalsciencesandhumanities&arts；2.Excellentbasictraininginelectronics，materialsengineering；3.Skillsofelectronicsmanufacturing,semiconductorprocessing,electronicpackagingandassemblingtechnology,electronicmaterialsandequipments,andelectronicproductsreliability；4.
