摘要
鋼鐵材料在各行各業(yè)中應(yīng)用廣泛,而超高強(qiáng)度馬氏體不銹鋼則是鋼材中具有很高性能的一種。然而,這種材料的耐腐蝕性還不夠好,所以需要研究其鈍化和點(diǎn)蝕行為,以提高其耐腐蝕性。本文以超高強(qiáng)度馬氏體不銹鋼為研究對象,通過電化學(xué)方法、掃描電鏡和表面分析等手段,對其鈍化和點(diǎn)蝕行為進(jìn)行了深入的研究。結(jié)果表明,該材料的鈍化行為受到pH值、Cl-離子濃度、溫度等因素的影響,其中pH值是影響最大的因素。此外,點(diǎn)蝕行為也受到這些因素的影響,同時還與材料表面粗糙度、晶體取向等因素有關(guān)。通過深入研究馬氏體不銹鋼的鈍化和點(diǎn)蝕行為,可以為該材料的應(yīng)用和改進(jìn)提供理論依據(jù)和實(shí)驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)。

Abstract
Steelmaterialsarewidelyusedinvariousindustries,andultra-high-strengthmartensiticstainlesssteelisahigh-performancesteelmaterial.However,thecorrosionresistanceofthismaterialisnotgoodenough,soitisnecessarytostudyitspassivationandpittingbehaviortoimproveitscorrosionresistance.Inthispaper,ultra-high-strengthmartensiticstainlesssteelwastakenastheresearchobject,anditspassivationandpittingbehaviorwerestudiedindepthbyelectrochemicalmethods,scanningelectronmicroscopy,andsurfaceanalysis.TheresultsshowedthatthepassivationbehaviorofthematerialwasaffectedbyfactorssuchaspHvalue,Cl-ionconcentration,andtemperature,amongwhichthepHvaluewasthemostimportantfactor.Inaddition,pittingbehaviorwasalsoaffectedbythesefactors,andwasalsorelatedtofactorssuchassurfaceroughnessandcrystalorientation.Bystudyingthepassivationandpittingbehaviorofmartensiticstainlesssteelindepth,theoreticalbasisandexperimentalguidancecanbeprovidedforitsapplicationandimprovement.
