摘要:隨著中國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的加速,高水平理工科教育的發(fā)展已成為國家重點(diǎn)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域之一,而研究生的培養(yǎng)成為高水平理工科建設(shè)的核心。本文從高水平理工科建設(shè)下研究生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)需求出發(fā),探究了研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的模式和途徑,并對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了綜述和比較。本文認(rèn)為,研究生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)需要采用全方位、多維度和個性化的方法和策略,以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的探究精神、創(chuàng)新思維和跨學(xué)科的能力。本文還提出了相應(yīng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用措施和對未來研究的展望。

Abstract:WiththeaccelerationofChina'smodernizationconstruction,thedevelopmentofhigh-levelscienceandengineeringeducationhasbecomeoneofthekeydevelopmentareasofthecountry,andthecultivationofgraduatestudentshasbecomethecoreofhigh-levelscienceandengineeringconstruction.Basedontheneedsofcultivatinggraduatestudents'innovativeabilityundertheconstructionofhigh-levelscienceandengineeringeducation,thispaperexploresthemodelsandwaysofcultivatinggraduatestudents'innovativeability,andsummarizesandcomparesrelevantresearchathomeandabroad.Thispaperbelievesthatthecultivationofgraduatestudents'innovativeabilityrequirescomprehensive,multi-dimensionalandpersonalizedmethodsandstrategiestocultivatestudents'exploratoryspirit,innovativethinkingandinterdisciplinaryability.Thispaperalsoproposescorrespondingpracticalapplicationmeasuresandprospectsforfutureresearch.

Inthecontextofglobaltechnologicaldevelopment,high-levelscienceandengineeringeducationhasbecomemorecriticalthanever.Graduateeducationinscienceandengineeringisafundamentalmeansofcultivatinghigh-leveltalentsthatwilldriveinnovationanddevelopmentinvariousfields.However,theinnovationandinnovationabilityofgraduatestudentsinscienceandengineeringaregreatlyrestrictedbytraditionaleducationmethodsandmodes.Therefore,exploringeffectivemethodsandstrategiestocultivatetheinnovativeabilityofgraduatestudentsinscienceandengineeringisofgreatsignificance.

TheCurrentStatusofInnovativeAbilityCultivationofGraduateStudents

Inrecentyears,withtheemphasisonthecultivationofinnovationandentrepreneurshipinuniversities,graduateeducationinscienceandengineeringhasgraduallyincreaseditsfocusoninnovationandinnovationability.However,therearestillsomeobstaclesinthecultivationofinnovativeability,includingthefollowing:

1.Thesinglemodeoflearningandeducationcannotstimulatestudents'innovationpotentialfully.

2.Thetraditionaldisciplinarystructurelimitsthestudents'interdisciplinaryinnovationability.

3.Thelackofpersonalizededucationleadstothehomogenizationofstudents'innovationability.

Therefore,itisnecessarytoexploreanadvancedcultivationmodeofinnovativeabilitythatcaneffectivelystimulatestudents'innovationpotentialandimprovetheirinnovativeability.
