摘要：隨著全球政治、環(huán)境、社會和技術(shù)的不斷變化，企業(yè)面臨著越來越復雜的風險和機遇。在這種情況下，企業(yè)通過透明、高效、真實的信息披露來增強其社會責任形象，提高其市場競爭力。然而，在醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)上市公司中，社會責任信息披露存在巨大的問題。本文旨在研究醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)上市公司社會責任信息披露問題，并提出相應的解決方案。研究采用文獻分析和實證研究方法，在分析醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)社會責任信息披露的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題的基礎上，提出了加強問責機制、完善信息披露標準和規(guī)范和建立獨立第三方評估機構(gòu)的建議。研究表明，醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)上市公司應該加強社會責任信息披露，為其可持續(xù)發(fā)展注入新的動力。

Abstract：Withtheconstantchangesofglobalpolitics,environment,society,andtechnology,enterprisesarefacingincreasinglycomplexrisksandopportunities.Inthiscontext,enterprisesenhancetheirsocialresponsibilityimageandimprovetheirmarketcompetitivenessthroughtransparent,efficient,andtruthfulinformationdisclosure.However,therearesignificantproblemsinsocialresponsibilityinformationdisclosureinlistedcompaniesinthepharmaceuticalmanufacturingindustry.Thisarticleaimstostudytheproblemsofsocialresponsibilityinformationdisclosureinlistedcompaniesinthepharmaceuticalmanufacturingindustryandproposescorrespondingsolutions.Theresearchadoptsliteratureanalysisandempiricalresearchmethods.Basedontheanalysisofthecurrentsituationandproblemsofsocialresponsibilityinformationdisclosureinthepharmaceuticalmanufacturingindustry,thestudyproposessuggestionsforstrengtheningaccountabilitymechanisms,improvinginformationdisclosurestandardsandregulations,andestablishingindependentthird-partyassessmentagencies.Thestudyshowsthatlistedcompaniesinthepharmaceuticalmanufacturingindustryshouldstrengthensocialresponsibilityinformationdisclosureandinjectnewimpetusintotheirsustainabledevelopment.
