目的：本研究通過基于PPARγ/RXRα探究化積健脾湯對單純性肥胖的治療作用及其作用機制，為臨床肥胖治療提供新的治療思路。

方法：將60只SPF級別C57BL/6小鼠隨機分為正常組、模型組、化積健脾湯高、中、低劑量組，給其不同劑量的化積健脾湯灌胃，測定小鼠腹部脂肪組織重量，血脂紊亂指標，檢測PPARγ和RXRα基因的表達。

結果：化積健脾湯能夠降低小鼠腹部脂肪組織重量，并使小鼠血脂指標恢復正常水平。同時，PPARγ和RXRα基因的表達也有所調(diào)節(jié)。此外，通過分析化積健脾湯中各種成分的藥理作用，認為歸、茯苓等成分對治療肥胖起到重要作用。

Abstract：

Objective:ThisstudyaimstoexplorethetherapeuticeffectandmechanismofactionofHuaJiJianPiTangonsimpleobesitybasedonPPARγ/RXRα,andprovidenewideasforclinicalobesitytreatment.

Methods:60SPFlevelC57BL/6micewererandomlydividedintoanormalgroup,amodelgroup,andhigh,medium,andlow-dosegroupsofHuaJiJianPiTang,andgivendifferentdosesofHuaJiJianPiTangbygavage.Theweightofmouseabdominalfattissue,bloodlipiddisorderindex,andtheexpressionofPPARγandRXRαgenesweremeasured.
