摘要:

本研究旨在探究國際化程度對創(chuàng)新績效的影響,并進一步探究該關(guān)系是否受到創(chuàng)新能力和創(chuàng)新氛圍的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究采用問卷調(diào)查法,選取中國的制造業(yè)企業(yè)為研究對象,共收集到有效問卷360份。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),國際化程度與創(chuàng)新績效存在顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系;同時,創(chuàng)新能力和創(chuàng)新氛圍在國際化程度與創(chuàng)新績效之間起到了部分中介作用,并且調(diào)節(jié)作用也存在于其中。本研究的結(jié)論可以為企業(yè)制定國際化策略和提高創(chuàng)新績效提供參考。

Introduction:

Inthecurrenteraofglobalization,internationalizationisbecominganimportantstrategyforcompaniestoexpandtheirmarketshareandimprovetheircompetitiveness.Atthesametime,innovationisacriticalfactorforcompaniestoachievesustainabledevelopment.Thisstudyaimstoexaminetherelationshipbetweeninternationalizationandinnovationperformance,aswellasthemediatingandmoderatingeffectsofinnovationcapabilityandinnovationclimate.

Methodology:

ThisstudyadoptedaquestionnairesurveymethodtocollectdatafrommanufacturingcompaniesinChina.Atotalof360validquestionnaireswerecollectedandanalyzedusingstructuralequationmodeling.

Results:

Theresultsshowedthatinternationalizationhasasignificantpositiveeffectoninnovationperformance.Moreover,innovationcapabilityandinnovationclimatepartiallymediatetherelationshipbetweeninternationalizationandinnovationperformance,andalsomoderatetherelationship.
