FDI對中國企業(yè)嵌入全球價值鏈穩(wěn)定性的影響研究摘要:
本文旨在研究外商直接投資(FDI)對中國企業(yè)嵌入全球價值鏈的穩(wěn)定性的影響。通過對國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行歸納和綜述,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)FDI對中國企業(yè)的嵌入全球價值鏈有著重要的促進(jìn)作用,但其也面臨一些挑戰(zhàn),如新型保護主義、外貿(mào)摩擦等,這對于中國企業(yè)的嵌入全球價值鏈穩(wěn)定性的影響也不容忽視。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文通過理論分析和實證研究得出,應(yīng)加強政策制定和貿(mào)易保護,維護企業(yè)的穩(wěn)定運營,以應(yīng)對全球化挑戰(zhàn)和優(yōu)化發(fā)展模式,提高企業(yè)在全球價值鏈上的地位和競爭力。

Abstract:
Thispaperaimstoexploretheimpactofforeigndirectinvestment(FDI)onthestabilityofChineseenterprisesembeddedintheglobalvaluechain.Throughsummarizingandreviewingdomesticandforeignliterature,thispaperfoundthatFDIplaysanimportantroleinpromotingtheembeddingofChineseenterprisesintheglobalvaluechain,butitalsofacessomechallenges,suchasnewprotectionism,foreigntradefriction,etc.,whichcannotbeignoredforthestabilityofChineseenterprisesembeddedintheglobalvaluechain.Basedonthis,throughtheoreticalanalysisandempiricalresearch,thispaperconcludesthatpolicy-makingandtradeprotectionshouldbestrengthenedtomaintainthestableoperationofenterprises,copewithglobalizationchallenges,optimizedevelopmentpatterns,andimprovethestatusandcompetitivenessofenterprisesintheglobalvaluechain.
