DesignApproach 在慈溪近海的區(qū)域,河流沖刷出來的帶有三角洲地帶特色的紋理是當地獨具特色的地理特征,同時它也是慈溪地區(qū)淺灘歷史演變的記憶,受到這個圖案的啟發(fā)，我們將設計出具有特色的陸地逐漸向水面過渡的城市形態(tài),營造出不一樣的居住環(huán)境.

IntheinshoreareaofCixi,theterrainformisfeaturedbytexturewhichwashedoutbytheriverinthedeltaregion.Also,itwitnessesthebeachevolutionhistoryinCixi.Inspiredbythepattern,ourdesignaimstoformauniquelivingenvironmentbycreatinganurbanprofilethatsubtletransformfromlandtowater.城市三角洲UrbanDelta衛(wèi)星圖揭示出慈溪海邊的淺灘上帶有三角洲地帶河流沖刷土地的特征.ThesatellitemapshowthatthesedimentinCixihavedeltacharacte.城市三角洲UrbanDelta利用南北延伸的河道創(chuàng)造出三角洲的形態(tài)Creatdeltapatternbynorth-southdirectionriver.帶有三角洲特色的水體貫穿于整個基地，創(chuàng)造出眾多的臨水面.Thewatersystemwithdeltacharactercreatemanywaterfrontage.從基地南面延伸及加強中央景觀走廊到基地，同時具有延伸向將來的機遇Extendandreinforcethecentrallandscapecorridorfromthesouthtothesite,andtowardsthefuture參照基地圍墾的歷史，城市的海岸線不斷向大海移動；建立“越海之城”的設計概念，緊密融合城市發(fā)展和水體之間的關系Referencetothesitereclamationhistorythatthecitycoastallinemovingtowardstheseaovertime,toestablishtheconceptofCityReachingtheBaywhichwouldintegrateurbandevelopmentwiththewater城市軸線UrbanAxis參照現狀海塘的線性，規(guī)劃連接東西向的彎折的街道；并沿彎折的越海大道設置3個城市連接體，連接基地到南面；連接城市發(fā)展片區(qū)到中央景觀軸線Referencetotheexistingseawallconfigurationtocreateaserialof“seawall”bendingstreets;andcreate3urbanconnectorslinkingtheurbandevelopmenttothecentralaxisandtothesouth慈溪圍墾演變圖Reclaimedlandinnovation城市軸線UrbanAxis城市延續(xù)性UrbanContinuity延伸南面的水系到基地，同時也是延續(xù)當地城市肌理Continuethewaterandstreetsfromthesouthtothesiteandhaveopportunityforextendingbeyond根據當地傳統(tǒng)的城市肌理,讓建筑沿河道布置,增加南北區(qū)塊的聯系性.Setupthebuildingsalongwithcanal,thatcanmakeconnectionwithnorth-southblock,accordingtothelocalcontexture.當地居住形態(tài)Localsettelmenttypology道路系統(tǒng)與周邊路網連接,創(chuàng)造良好的連接性,同時,道路的走向也是對海塘形態(tài)的呼應.Theroadsystemwillbeaccessiblebyconnationwiththesurroundingroadnetwork,meantime,thedirectionofroadwillrespondtheseawall'sroute.城市延續(xù)性UrbanContinuity基于原有的運河的居住的形態(tài)，建立建筑與水之間多樣性的界面,設計規(guī)劃六個不同的水空間類型：島，運河，海港，濕地，半島和湖；并與不同的城市功能相整合Interpretthenaturaldeltasettlementtocreateauniqueurbanformwhichestablishapatternoflandtowater.Propose6differentwaterspaces:island,canal,harbor,wetland,peninsularandlake;andintegratewithdifferenturbanfunction城市水生活UrbanWaterLife杭州灣大大橋是世世界上最最大跨海海大橋,同時它也也是是杭杭州灣新新城誕生生的契因因,在城市軸軸線的末末端,我們特意意將建筑筑和景觀觀視線向向杭州灣灣大橋,以展現這這個壯觀觀的景色色.HangzhouBayBridgeisthelargestcross-seabridgeintheworld.HangzhouBayNewCityisoriginatedfromthebridge.Attheendofthecityaxis,weintentionallymakethearchitecturefacedtotheHangzhouBayBridgetoshowthesplendidscene.城市視線線UrbanView02總體設計計OverallDesign總平面圖圖MasterPlan全城鳥瞰瞰圖Bird’sView中央軸線線區(qū)Centralaxis港口商業(yè)業(yè)區(qū)Centralaxis濱水商業(yè)業(yè)中心WaterfrontCommercialCenter中央軸線線濕地公公園CentralAxisWetlandPark島嶼別墅墅區(qū)IslandVillaArea花園辦公公區(qū)GardenOfficeArea市場開發(fā)發(fā)定位MarketingPosition_慈溪/寧波地區(qū)區(qū)高端企企業(yè)及時時尚生活活匯集的的工作與與居住區(qū)區(qū)。_上海都會會區(qū)輻射射發(fā)展的的郊區(qū)休休閑第二二居所。。_環(huán)杭州灣灣地區(qū)投投資與多多功能產產業(yè)服務務的高端端基地。。_Thecentreforworkandlivingofhigh-endcooperationandfashionlifeinCixi/Ningbo._AtthedevelopmentcircleofShanghai’sruralresortdestination._High-endbaseforinvestmentandmulti-functionalserviceinHangzhouBayRim.功能定位位FunctionPosition_以高檔時時尚生活活居住區(qū)區(qū)為主，，同時結結合當地地獨特海海塘人文文歷史，，發(fā)展以以文化創(chuàng)創(chuàng)意為主主軸的城城市發(fā)展展主題，，使得杭杭州灣新新城片區(qū)區(qū)的整體體城市功功能更為為完善。_Theoverallfunctionalpositionwillbebasedonahigh-endlivingandalifeoffashionwithuniqueseawallculturalhistory.ThethemedevelopmentforthecitywillbeculturalinnovationwhichwillmaketheoverallHangzhouNewCity’sfunctionimproved.功能分區(qū)區(qū)FunctionZoning規(guī)劃用地地布局LandUseDistribution道路等級級RoadHierarchy_在規(guī)劃策策略上，，是避免免穿越性性大量過過境交通通的發(fā)生生，針對對不同城城市地塊塊的開發(fā)發(fā)強度，，配置適適當車道道數量以以控制區(qū)區(qū)內平均均車速，，維持人人行道合合理寬度度以塑造造舒適步步行環(huán)境境，容納納足夠的的景觀、、照明、、街樹、、街道家家具及生生態(tài)等設設施。。。_Intermsofplanningstrategy,largevolumeofcross-boundarytrafficshouldbeavoided.Fordifferentcitydevelopmentintensity,propervehiclelaneshouldbeplanningforareaspeedcontrol,andkeepproperpedestrianwidthtobuildcomfortablewalkingenvironment,andprovideadequateplaceforlandscape,lighting,streettrees,streetfurnitureandeco-facilities,etc.道路斷斷面RoadSection_56米道路路為余余慈快快速連連接線線道及及余慈慈大道道，為為南北北向主主要干干道。。道路路中央央將設設置14米寬景景觀綠綠帶及及生態(tài)態(tài)過濾濾池，，除可可創(chuàng)造造城市市綠色色隧道道的意意象，，并并提供供居民民游憩憩休閑閑之用用。_56m-wideroadisthemainroadforYuciexpresswaylinkstheXiandaoandtheYuciAvenueanditisthemainroadforsouth-north.A14m-widelandscapegreenbeltwitheco-swalewillbebuiltatthecentreoftheroadtocreateagreentunnelforthecityandtoproviderestingplaceforthecitizens.道路斷斷面RoadSection道路斷斷面RoadSection_十一塘塘大道道維持持原規(guī)規(guī)劃道道路紅紅線80米，為為東西西向區(qū)區(qū)域道道主干干道。。十一一塘大大道可可為北北側濱濱海景景觀大大道，，透過過道路路斷面面、景景觀坡坡地與與河堤堤整體體設計計，塑塑造造出具具濱海海生態(tài)態(tài)景觀觀的道道路風風貌。。道路路南側側的坡坡地除除可出出獨特特的地地形景景觀，，也同同時形形成自自然緩緩沖帶帶，降降低車車輛對對居住住區(qū)的的噪音音沖擊擊。_Theold80mredlinehasbeenkeptattheShiyitangAvenueastheeast-westmainroad.Throughtheroadsection,landscapeslopeandtheoveralldesignfortheriverbank,theShiyitangAvenuecanbethelandscapeavenueforthenorthwaterfrontanditcancreateeco-waterfrontandlandscapefeaturesforthestreet.Forthesouthernslope,notonlyspecialterrainlandscapecanbemade,butalsothenaturalbufferbeltcanbebuiltforreducingthenoiseimpactfromthevehiclestothelivingcommunities._十塘大大道維維持原原規(guī)劃劃道路路紅線線80米，為為東西西向區(qū)區(qū)域道道主干干道
