英文論文內(nèi)容摘要,論文內(nèi)容摘要與提綱LouiseErdrichisoneofthemostprolificandimportantwritersofcontemporaryNativeAmericanliterature.In2020,hernewnovelTheRoundHousewaspublishedtotheintensiveattentionfromcriticsandgeneralreadershipalike.ThenovelwontheNationalBookAward.TheRoundHouseiscenteredonarapecase,tellingastoryofstrivingtosurvivewhilepursuingjusticethroughthejungleofdiscriminationanddespair.ErdrichdrawsfromOjibwemyths,storytellingtechniqueandskillfullymergewithwesternmainstreamculturetoexplorethemessuchassubversiontocolonialdiscourse,thelossandreconstructionofethnicidentity.Inthisthesis,postcolonialtheoryisappliedtoanalyzethelossandreconstructionofethnicidentityofthenativepeopleandLouiseErdrichsstrategiestoresistwhitecolonialdiscourse.TotheNativesstrugglingbetweentwoculturesandtraditions,thelossofidentityisinevitable,yetitispossibleandnecessaryforthemtoreconstructtheirethnicidentity.Throughthenovel,Erdrichshowshowdifferentcharactersmakeeffortstoreconstructethnicidentity,representthenationalself-esteemandsubvertthewhitehegemony.Throughanalyzingthetextandthestrategiesoftheauthor,thethesissuggeststhewaytoreconstructethnicidentity-surpasstheethnicboundary,recuperatetraditionalculture,embracehybridity,mixwithadvancedcultureofthemainstreamsocietyandmakechangesaccordinglytogainabettergroundforsurvivalandthriving.Thethesisfirstintroducestheresearchbackground,theorganization,andthesignificanceofaninterpretationofTheRoundHousefromtheperspectiveofpostcolonialismandtheobjectofthethesis.ThenitpresentsthecriticalreviewsonLouiseErdrichsworksfromthreeperspectives.Besides,itprovidesabriefintroductiontothedevelopmentandmainframeofpostcolonialism,amongwhichEdwardSaidsnotionofotherness,GayatriSpivaksnotionofsubalternandHomiBhabhasnotionofhybridityarethekeytermsemployedinthethesis.Thecentralpartofthethesisisdevotedtoanalyzingthelossandreconstructionofethnicidentityembodiedinthelivesofdifferentcharacters.Intheconclusionpart,thethesisrevealsthatforpeoplelivingbetweentwocultures,neitherretreatingtothetraditionnoryieldingtothewhitesocietyisagoodchoice.Inthemulticulturalworld,thenativepeopleshouldunitethecommunitypowertoembracehybridityandrecuperatebrillianttraditionalculture.Onlyinthisway,cantheysurviveandreconstructtheirethnicidentitysuccessfully.AbstractWithintheframeworkoffeminismandarchetypalcriticism,thisthesis,bytakingThePassionofNewEveasitsdiscourse,analyzesanddiscussesAngelaCartersapplicationofdemythologizingasafeministstrategy.Byrewritingandsubvertingthosefemalearchetypes,Carteraimstobreakthefettersandshacklesofpatriarchy,exploringthewaytowomensliberationaswellasthereconciliationbetweentwogenders.Believingthathumansocietyhasbeenestablishedonpatriarchy,feministsendeavortochangewomenssubordinatestatusandachievegenderequality.Archetypalcriticism,asoneofthemostinfluentialbranchesinliterarycriticism,regardsmythastheoriginofliterature.Myths,especiallytheBible,coveralltheformsandmotifsknownasarchetypesinliterature.Asadevotedpioneerandadvocatoroffeminism,Carterrealizesthatthosefemalearchetypesareusuallystereotypedanddogmatic,whichisactuallyinventedbypatriarchyfortheoppressionandexploitationofwomen.Basedonintensivereadingandexhaustivetextualanalysis,thisthesisillustratesCartersdemythologizingofthreefemalearchetypesinThePassionofNewEve,whichareTemptress,,,MotherGoddessesandEverespectively.Firstly,thesufferingsthatLeilahencounterinthenovelrevealthatTemptressesareinfactvictimsofpatriarchyinsteadoforiginsofdisloyaltyanddisasters.Whileseenbymenasobjectsoftheirsexualdesires,theyalsoriskself-objectification,whichresultsinthedeprivationofsubjectivityasindependenthumanbeings.Secondly,MotherinBeulahisjustanartificialmyth,汪consolatorytoolfabricatedbypatriarchy,behindtheglorificationofwhicharepatriarchalvaluesandcodes.Thirdly,thetransformativejourneyEveexperiencedfromachauvinisttoarealwomandemonstratesthatfemininity,ratherthananinherentquality,istheresultofsocialinfluenceandpersistentimitations.Throughthedemythologizingofthosefemalearchetypes,CarteroverthrowsthepatriarchalhegemonyaswellasUtopianmatriarchaldreams,offeringandrogynyasapotentialsolutiontothecurrentsexualconflicts.Inheropinion,therealreconciliationbetweentwogendersshouldbebasedonmutualrespectandunderstanding,whichisconfirmedbytheunionbetweenthenewEveandTristessainThePassionofNewEve.AbstractCipoemsareagreattreasureofChineseclassicliteraryandoccupyauniqueplaceinliteraryhistory.Translationsofcipoemsareabundant,amongwhichXuYuanchongs100TangandSongCiPoemsismorecomprehensive,foritcoversthetwodynastiesinwhichcipoemsdevelopedgreatly.Centeringontheactualizationoftheaestheticmotivations,thisthesisexaminesthetranslationofcipoemsbyXuYuanchongfromthesemioticperspective.Semioticsisanindependentdiscipline,andwiththedevelopmentofinterdisplineiystudy,itisappliedtotranslation,butlimitedinresearch.Asholisticandeffectiveasitmightbe,semioticsisbelievedtobethemostcomprehensivesystemtoanalyzesigns,especiallyinpoetrytranslation.Thethesiswillapplythismethodologyandstudyaestheticmotivationunderlyingtranslationsofthe100cipoemsatthreelevels:phonologicalmotivation,syntacticmotivationandsemanticmotivation.Througharoughanalysisoftiie100cipoems,semioticssfunctionasaneffectivemethodologyhasbeenlargelyfulfilled.Inthestudyofsemanticmotivation,semioticsistakenasapowerfulanalytictool.Andinthestudyofphonologicalmotivationandsyntacticmotivation,thesemioticrationaleandtheoreticalperspectiveisapplied.Phonologicalmotivation,syntacticmotivationandsemanticmotivationareallrealizedtoalargeextentinXuYuanchongstranslation,sohistranslationissuccessfulintheactualizationofaestheticmotivationonthewhole.Thedegreeoftherealizationofsyntacticmotivationisthehighestamongthethreewhilethedegreeofphonologicalmotivationisthelowest.TheresearchresultshowsthatXuYuanchonghasstrictlyfollowedhistranslationtheoryofbeautyinsense,insoundandinforminhistranslationpractice.ABSTRACTThistranslationreportactsasasummaryformyC-EtranslationprojectofTrademarkLawofP.R.China,anditsemphasesisonhowtotranslateintoEnglishtheChineseDestructureswithconditionalimplications.Thisprojectisasimulationpracticeforthepurposeofstrengtheningmytranslationability.TheTrademarkLawofP.R.ChinacontainslotsofDestructureswithconditionalimplicationswhichshouldbetranslatedintoconditionalclausesduetolinguisticdifferencesbetweenChineseandEnglish.Thegreatchangeposegreatdifficultytotranslation.Thefirstdifficultyliesinthediversifiedandcomplexstructureswithintricatelogicalrelations.ThesecondstemsfromDe,,structuresvacancyofconjunctionswhichshouldnotmissintheircorrespondingEnglishtranslationsandthechoiceoftheconjunctionisaffectedbythecomplexityofstructure.ThisprojectadoptsVermeersSkoposTheorytothetranslationof6Destructureswithconditionalimplications.ThetargetreadersofthetranslationareEnglish-speakingpeopleeagertogetacquaintedwiththetrademarklawofChina,andthepurposeoftranslationistoprovidethemwithacompleteandreadableEnglishversion.Theauthoradoptsthemethodofsyntacticlinearityforthephrasalverb+De,structures,themethodsofrestructuringanddisconnectingforsimpleclausesandcomplexclauses+6Destructures.TheconjunctioniforwhereischosenaccordingtotherulesoflegalEnglish.ThetranslatoradoptsdifferenttranslationmethodsinthisreporthopingthatthedifficultiesoftranslatingDestructureswithconditionalimplicationscouldbesolvedandatthesametime,couldprovidesomeenlightenmentforothertranslatorsconfrontedwithsimilardifficulties.AbstractDorisLessingisaprolificwriter,whoseliteraturecontainsnumerousthemes,withtheGoldenNotebooklaureateherastheNobelPrizewinner,aseaofcriticsbothathomeandabroadhavebeenengagedinresearchesonthismasterpiece.Thesecommentsaremainlyconductedfromtwoperspectives,i.e.explorationonitsmultiplesthemesaswellasitssplitforms.Asfortheformer,partsofscholarsclaimedthatitisafeministnovelinwhichLessingwroteasthespeakeroffreewomen.Lessing,however,hasbeensostronglyagainstthissurficialunderstandingthatshemadeclearherintentioninwritingthisnovelinthepreface,itexpressedadisorderandsplitnatureofthattimeviarecordingtheprotagonistAnnasexperiencesinvariousfivenotebooks.Womenachievedtheirfreedomnotbecauseoftheirtriumphsovermen,butbecauseoftheirsuccessfulmaintenanceofpowerrelationsbetweentheirmalecounterpartsandthemselves.Inordertogivefurtherelaborationontheabovethematicunderstanding,thisthesisisgoingtoanalyzetheprotagonistAnnaviaapplyingFoucaultspowertheoryfromthreeaspects,i.e.hercollapseandrebuildofpoliticalfaith,herdesperationandreliefonmarriageandtruelove,aswellashersplitandintegrationofinnermind.Itspurposeistopointoutthetraditionalmale/femaledichotomycouldnotprovidethereasonwhynumerousso-calledfreewomenareunabletoharborfreeatall.However,inturningtoFoucaultspowertheory,wecouldputwomensoppressionintolargersocialrealm,whatdeprivedwomensfreedomistheirsubjectiontodisciplinarypowerinsociety,whichworksnotsimplyfromtop-downorder,butexertsitsinfluenceoneachind
