PentairFlow快快關蝶閥液控系統安裝,使說明濱特爾流體控制(201411概 控制裝置介 控制裝置的安裝,通油及使用電氣控制系統介 電控系統現場安裝與接 電氣系統調試操 電氣系統日常附 說明書概要請充分閱讀此說明書后,進行產品的安裝,調試和使用此說明書的內容事先通知的情況下可變此說明書的內容我公司同意不得任意更改或替換在此說明書說明的事項中出現的問題,請跟我公司聯系為了產品的性能改進或升級,產品的參數,結構,部件等發(fā)生變動時,有可能沒有反映到此說明書安全注意事項使用注意事項搬運,安裝或使用中,對產品過大的或撞擊會成為產品故障的原因不使用的電氣接口要用堵塞堵住的環(huán)境要防止水分凝集在產品。質保期限產品保修期內,因以下原因發(fā)生的問題我公司將維修-當用戶任意分解產品或沒有正確進行而產生的問題-沒有正確,保管而產生的問-超過產品額定參數使用而產生的-沒有正確安裝而產生的-因火災,,暴風,洪水,雷電和其它自然或,,放射能等而產生的問題概油品:磷酸酯抗燃油注:本說明書以液控集成裝置及閥門電氣控制柜作為注:本說明書以液控集成裝置及閥門電氣控制柜作為說明對象。如用戶有針對的特別要求,請參閱相關的技術協議及傳遞圖圖紙,本說明書參考。控制裝置和回油管路(T管路。該集成裝置接收閥門電氣控制裝置的控制從而實現閥門執(zhí)行機構的動作配執(zhí)行機構OLGAS-H3S-2000-95-CL的閥組布局說明如下配執(zhí)行機構OLGAS-3C-2000-110-CL的閥組布局說明如下配執(zhí)行機構OLGAS--QA-H3S-2000-110- 的閥組布局說明如下工作原理說明 3.4L 3.4L22開 8關aaPV143521壓過濾器2,比例閥6,鎖位閥9進入執(zhí)行機構來實現對閥門的控制。高壓過濾器2起到了濾去油中雜質顆粒的作用,保護比例閥免受雜質卡澀比例閥6響應電氣控制裝置給出的信號分配油進執(zhí)行機構工作腔,起到調節(jié)蝶閥開度的作用;鎖位電磁閥7.1失電后起鎖位作用,閥門位置不會變動;高壓過濾器2出口的壓力油旁通一路經過快關動作電磁閥7.2,控制邏輯閥14的動作。快關失電,控制邏輯閥14的回油路截止,使得液控裝置的壓力油得以建立起來,一旦快關電磁閥流回油箱的壓力油必須經過一個節(jié)流閥15來充當回油緩沖,與此節(jié)流閥15并聯的,還有一條緩電磁閥7.3與二通插裝閥17組成二通換向閥,和節(jié)流閥16串聯的回路緩沖電磁閥7.3失電,連接與之串聯的節(jié)流閥16,加快回油速度。當需要緩沖作用時,緩沖得電截止,回油路只能經過另一個節(jié)流閥15為了減少快動作閥門時的管路的沖擊,在快動作電磁閥7.2后設置了高壓蓄能器18,工況狀態(tài)下蓄能器18處于加載狀態(tài),當快動作電磁閥動作,蓄能器18里的壓力油首先釋放,為快動作閥門提供閥塊組中設置進油截止閥1,安全油逆止閥10和回油逆止閥12,使得閥塊能夠檢修和更換元ACTOLGAS-QA-H3S-2000-110-CL3.4LDN140028843521 Φ32X3.5 EH高壓油,安全油和回油分別與本控制裝置的相應油口連接。高壓油經通過截止閥1,高壓過濾器2,比例閥6,鎖位閥9進入執(zhí)行機構來實現對閥門的控制。高壓過濾器2起到了濾去油中雜質顆粒的作用,保護比例閥免受雜質卡澀比例閥6響應電氣控制裝置給出的信號分配油進執(zhí)行機構工作腔,起到調節(jié)蝶閥開度的作用;鎖位電磁閥7.1失電后起鎖位作用,閥門位置不會變動;高壓過濾器2出口的壓力油旁通一路經過快關動作電磁閥7.2??刂茍?zhí)行機構的快關動作??礻P電磁閥7.2失電在彈簧作用下閥門快動作,執(zhí)行機構工作腔里的壓力油隨即通過回油路流回油箱,實現蝶閥流回油箱的壓力油必須經過一個節(jié)流閥14來充當回油緩沖,調節(jié)14可以來調整閥門的快關時間:為了減少快動作閥門時的管路的沖擊,在快動作電磁閥7.2后設置了高壓蓄能器15,工況狀態(tài)下蓄能器15處于加載狀態(tài),當快動作電磁閥動作,蓄能器15里的壓力油首先釋放,為快動作閥門提供閥塊組中設置進油截止閥1,安全油逆止閥10和回油逆止閥12,使得閥塊能夠檢修和更換元壓力表4便于直接觀測系統壓力,壓力變送器5傳送壓力信號給電氣控制裝置閥塊組的主要部件 高壓過濾器壓力變送 一壓力 伺服比例 一鎖位電磁 一測壓接 緩沖電磁 一節(jié)流 邏輯 高壓蓄能 一 ESD快關電磁閥一個 閥塊組的特點D.采用進口濾油器,精 3μ,具有旁通閥功能,以及電氣壓差發(fā)訊裝置液控系統的主要參數表1閥塊組對油源壓力進焊接式2閥塊組對油源安全油焊接式3閥塊組對油源系統回焊接式4電磁閥5伺服比例閥信4-6壓力傳感器信4-7泵出口濾器壓差開關壓差大0.5±0.05MPa8壓力傳感器工24VDC,壓0-9蓄能器系統工伺服比例閥全控制裝置安裝,通油及使用安裝概述安裝連接說明控制裝置和執(zhí)行機構的連接管路采用硬管卡套式連接方式??刂蒲b置和最終用戶的油源系統的連接采用焊接式連接:壓力進油管20X2.5,安全油進油管20X2.5,回油管32X3.5。由于接管為不銹須平穩(wěn),確保控制系統始終保持向上豎立狀態(tài)。在安裝過程中,切勿碰壞各部件,特別是外露的元件,也不能將油口的取下,以免灰塵入及各種接頭油管路的安裝注意事項油管路的安裝要注意清潔,隨時用套管和白綢布封住管子出口,不讓灰塵進入管道中。彎管過程中應注意不能損壞管壁,產生薄弱環(huán)節(jié)使損壞處應力集中,運行過程中發(fā)生破裂所有油管嚴禁完成安裝后的總檢查通油前檢查油管路,確保各管路安裝正確。蓄能器充氮氣應大于13Mpa。氮氣純度應為99.9%。建立壓力油上的進油截止閥101,觀察系統壓力表401的讀數,并升高系統進油壓力至17MPa。控制裝置使用與閥塊組在長期未使用或更換元器件的情況下,應按調試要求調試完畢后方能正常工作停機時,檢修并過濾器,檢查是否完好,對損壞,破損或堵死的濾油器予以更換閥塊組投入使用時,注意觀察壓力表的壓力和電源顯示,異常,應立即切斷電源作相應處理拆卸時,應注意場地清潔,零件不能直接置于地面蓄能器使用注意事蓄能器需充入氮氣,絕對充入氧氣,以免引起9.8-10.2Mpa9.8Mpa,(應堵塞充氣工具接氣源的接口,但每次檢查都會放掉一點氣體。充氣工具可用于蓄能器充氣,放氣和修正充氣壓力等。4部分常見故障及排除方系統保壓系統油道各接口處漏將污物清檢查,消除泄不能實現閥門快開速重新調整好節(jié)流閥的位調整緩沖電磁閥帶電狀檢查邏輯閥,復電氣控制系統控制對象 圖1控制控制柜前面板設置有常用和備用電源開關、本地/選擇開關、就地點動/調節(jié)選擇開關、閥門點動開和點動關按鈕、以及觸摸式人機交互界面,參考圖1柜內件主有開、雙源切開關、微斷路器、PLC、24V直流電源、觸摸屏、中間繼電器和伺服比例閥控制器等??刂乒礻P功鎖位或保位功人機交互功本控制系統采用觸摸屏實現人機友好交互交互系統共有六個顯示設置交 主畫實時曲線界PARAMETER 參數設置界自動調節(jié)參數設置界人機交互界面人機交互主畫面接通電源后,數顯人機界面顯示主畫面(圖2圖2 調節(jié)信號、閥門反饋信號顯示及閥門模擬動畫FEEDBACK: POSITION:比例伺服閥位置反饋 系統油壓及閥門調節(jié)差異實時數值顯OILPRESSURE:現場所供壓力油油指示燈顯包括各信號顯示、閥門鎖位顯示及允許就地控制顯示 LOCK:閥門鎖位指示燈,當閥門鎖位時該指示燈會閃爍;ALLOWLOCAL:允許就地操作指示燈,當該指示燈閃爍時,就地操作才能實現;ORDERLOSS:指令丟失;指令信號小于4mA,表示指令丟失,該只在控制時起作 LOSS:反饋丟失;反饋信號小于4mA,表示反饋丟失 LOSS:丟失;指令信號和反饋信號丟失設定值和持續(xù)時間設定值均可調ESDLOSS:ESD動作PLOW:系統壓力低;系統壓力低于設定值(可調)FILTERCLOGGING:濾芯堵塞,提示更換過濾器人機交互實時趨勢畫面圖3人機交互參數設置畫面點擊主畫面上的 SETTING”,輸入,進入參數設定界面(圖圖4TRACKINGWIDTH 指令丟失帶寬設置(0.0~100.0);一般設定為4%;TRACKINGTIME PLOW CUSHIONVALVEOPENLIMITS緩沖閥打開時的閥門開度值設置(0.0~100.0);MANUALOPERATESPEED INCHINGLOCKSWITCH點動模式下鎖位切換鍵ORDERLOSS、FEEDBACKLOSS、TRACKINGLOSS、OILPRESSURE點擊“BACK”返回主聯鎖保位功能系統帶自動保位功能,在“PARAMETERSETTING”畫面中設置需要進行聯鎖保位的各個選項。閥門反饋信號手動校核設置REALFEEDBACK CALIBRATIONSET0% CALIBRATIONSET100% 自動調節(jié)參數設置畫面點擊主畫面上的“ADJUSTMENT”,輸入,進入自動調節(jié)參數設定界面(圖圖5該參數設置界面由專業(yè)根據現場實際工況進行調節(jié)設置現場安裝與接線安裝就位:控制柜的外形尺寸為:760mm×600mm×280mm(高×寬×深1000mm?,F場接線請按照控制柜接線圖和執(zhí)行機構接線端子箱接線系統使用操作本電控系統可實現就地控制和控制??刂乒袂懊姘宀加锌刂齐娫撮_關、本地/選擇開關、地和控制的切換。系統中還設置了允許就地控制令,只有當該命令閉合時,就地控制才起操作前準備GB3797標準,回路與機柜外殼間的絕緣電阻應不小于1MΩ(試驗電壓500V)檢查確認設備接線齊全且正確無誤后,將控制柜內所有的開關和微型斷路器均置于斷開位置接通控制柜電源,將主備電源轉換開關置于ON位置,逐級閉合柜內的開關和微型斷路器。*請在通電前確認,閥門已具備動作條參數設置通電后,觀察數顯人機界面是否正常進入圖2所示主界面。正常啟動后,點擊主畫面中“PARAMETER數;鎖位切換鍵均置于UNLOCK位,圖6所示參數供參考。就地測試閥門開/關及手動校核
