第6頁共6頁ResponsePlanofPark園區(qū)企業(yè)疫情突發(fā)處置預(yù)案（正式版）ResponsePlanofNovelCoronavirusinCHJPark尊敬的業(yè)主DearCustomer：為做好全國新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎防控工作，切實維護人民群眾身體健康和生命安全，根據(jù)《傳染病防治法》、國家衛(wèi)健委《新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎防控方案(第二版)》，提高開發(fā)區(qū)預(yù)防和控制新型冠狀病毒感染性肺炎疫情的能力和水平，規(guī)范開發(fā)區(qū)防控疫情的應(yīng)急處置工作，特制訂本工作方案。本方案適用于指導(dǎo)企業(yè)內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)疑似或確診病例時，企業(yè)應(yīng)急處理方式，避免疫情進一步擴散：Inordertoimplementthepreventionandcontrolmeasurestoagainstthenovelcoronavirusinfectionsnationwideandprotectthehealthandthelifeofpeople,accordingtothe“PreventionandControlLawofInfectiousDiseases”andtheNationalHealthmission's“PneumonitisPreventionandControlPlanfornCoVInfections(SecondEdition)”,toimprovethecapabilityoftheParkManagementtopreventandcontroltheepidemicsituationofnCoV,standardizetheresponseplanoftheparktopreventandcontrolthesituation,weformulatethisplan.Thisplanisapplicabletoguidethepany’semergencyresponsemethodwhenthereisasuspectedorconfirmedcaseintheParkandtopreventthefurtherspreadoftheepidemic:一、園區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)員工有疑似或確診病例的處置預(yù)案ActionplanforsuspectedorconfirmedcaseofinCHJpark.企業(yè)員工獲知疑似或確診病毒感染的情況下，應(yīng)及時告知所在企業(yè)，企業(yè)在獲知信息后應(yīng)第一時間告知政府相關(guān)部門及物業(yè)公司，以便開展相關(guān)區(qū)域后續(xù)疫情防控工作；Whenemployeesareawareofasuspectedorconfirmedvirusinfection,theyshouldpromptlyinformthepanywheretheyarelocated.Afterreceivingtheinformation,thepanyshouldimmediatelynotifyrelevantgovernmentdepartmentsandpropertymanagementinordertocarryoutfollow-upepidemicpreventionandcontrolinrelevantareas;如在工作時間內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)，企業(yè)應(yīng)在內(nèi)部設(shè)立臨時隔離區(qū)域，并將疑似或確診病毒感染送達隔離區(qū)域，并通過物業(yè)公司指定的臨時隔離通道離開園區(qū)；Ifsuspectedorconfirmedcasesfoundduringworkinghours,thepanyshouldsetupatemporaryisolationareainternally,delivertheemployeetotheisolationareaandleavetheparkthroughthetemporaryisolationchanneldesignatedbythepropertymanagement;及時核實病患信息，跟進病患病情發(fā)展并及時向政府相關(guān)部門及物業(yè)公司傳遞最新信息；Verifysuspectedorconfirmedemployee’sstatusinatimelymanner,followupontheemployee’sconditionanddeliverthelatestinformationtorelevantgovernmentdepartmentsandpropertymanagementintime;配合政府相關(guān)部門及物業(yè)公司排摸病患可能的行動路徑和密切接觸人員，做好相關(guān)人員的隔離工作，避免疫情進一步擴散；Cooperatewithrelevantgovernmentdepartmentsandpropertymanagementtoidentifypossibleactionpathsandpersonnelinclosecontactwithsuspectedorconfirmedemployees,isolaterelatedpersonneltoavoidfurtherspreadofepidemic.企業(yè)自行對病患工作過的區(qū)域進行深度消毒，保障企業(yè)其余員工的健康；物業(yè)公司將負責(zé)對公共區(qū)域進行深度消毒，確保園區(qū)其余企業(yè)員工的健康。Thepanywillcarryoutanin-depthdisinfectionoftheareawherethesuspectedorconfirmedemployeeshaveworkedtoprotectthehealthoftheremainingemployeesofthepany.Thepropertymanagementwillberesponsibleforin-depthdisinfectionofthepublicareatoensurethehealthoftheremainingemployeesofthepark.企業(yè)應(yīng)積極跟進相關(guān)人員后續(xù)醫(yī)療診斷情況，并與物業(yè)緊密聯(lián)系，每日填報《新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情期間人員情況報告表》報送物業(yè)，在沒有排除病情的情況下，拒絕相關(guān)人員再次進入工作場所。Thepanyshallactivelytofollowupthemedicaldiagnosisofsuspectedorconfirmedemployeesandkeepclosecontactwiththepropertymanagement,fillinthe“ReportofpersonnelstatusduringthenCoVPeriod”andsubmittothepropertymanagement.Iftheconditionofsuspectedorconfirmedemployeesisnotruledout,thisemployeeshallberejectedtoenterCHJParkagain.二、園區(qū)內(nèi)企業(yè)員工與疑似或確診病例有密切接觸的處置預(yù)案Actionplanintheparkwhohasclosecontactwithsuspectedorconfirmedemployees在獲知信息后第一時間報告政府相關(guān)部門及物業(yè)公司；Reporttherelevantgovernmentdepartmentsandpropertymanagementassoonaspossibleafterreceivingtheinformation;對所有跟疑似感染病人可能有接觸的員工，企業(yè)應(yīng)引導(dǎo)員工按政府規(guī)定設(shè)置14天的居家健康觀察期。觀察期從和病人接觸的最后一天算起。一旦出現(xiàn)任何癥狀，特別是發(fā)熱、呼吸道癥狀如咳嗽、呼吸短促或腹瀉，馬上就醫(yī)！Forallemployeeswhomayincontactwiththesuspectedorconfirmedemployee,thepanyshouldguidetheiremployeestoseta14daysself-quarantineperiodathomeinaccordancewithgovernmentrequirement.Theself-quarantineperiodstartsfromthelastdayofcontactwiththesuspectedorconfirmedemployee.Seekmedicalsupportassoonasyouexperienceanysymptoms,especiallyfever,respiratorysymptomssuchascough,shortnessofbreath,ordiarrhea.企業(yè)發(fā)現(xiàn)有密切接觸者發(fā)熱、咳嗽、乏力人員的疑似病例后，應(yīng)積極跟進相關(guān)人員后續(xù)醫(yī)療診斷情況，并每日填寫《企業(yè)員工健康狀況信息登記表》報物業(yè)，對沒有排除病情的情況下，拒絕相關(guān)人員再次進入工作場所。Whenthepanyfindsasuspectedcaseoffever,cough,orfatigueinclosecontacts,thepanyshouldactivelyfollowupthemedicaldiagnosisofthisemployee,fillinthe‘Registrationformforhealthinformationofemployees’dailytore
