within

the

who

works

overtime

follows

not

to

submit

written

letter(s)to

Company

terms

Upon

termination

of

theemployment

relationship,

all

leave

shall

paid

by

cash

in

amount

download

information

effective

from

time

to

time

during

valid

term

of

the

Associate

or

the

Marketing

Manager

from

the

Company;

or

tothe

client

if

the

topic

is

the

all

other

tangible

items

the

Employee’s

possession

controlbelonging

containing

any

confidential

information

the

materially

severely

violates

suchCompany

Rules,

the

Company

shall

be

entitled

to

suspend

or

immediately

terminatethis

without

any

severance

failure

TERMINATION

合同終止The

Company

may

terminate

this

Agreement

without

prior

notice

under

any

of

thefollowing

circumstances

when

the

Employee,

(i)

is

found

guilty

on

a

criminal

liabilitysuit;

(ii)

commits

a

serious

malpractice

or

negligence

which

results

in

a

significanteconomic

loss

of

the

Company.公司下列情況下無需提前通知員工即可與員工終止勞動合同:(1)員工被判決承擔刑事責(zé)任;(2)員工有重大過失或失職行為,營私舞弊、使公司蒙受顯著經(jīng)濟利益損失。17.2 The

Company

may

terminate

this

Agreement

after

giving

a

thirty

day

priorwritten

notice

or

by

paying

one

month

salary

in

lieu

of

notice

under

any

of

thefollowing

circumstances

30日而支付一個月工資取代提前通知期,通知員工解除本協(xié)議。(i)

due

to

illness

or

non-work-related

injuries,

the

Employee

is

unable

to

performhis/her

original

work

or

is

unable

to

perform

alternative

duties

as

arranged

by

theCompany,

when

the

medical

treatment

period

ends;由于疾病或非因工受傷,醫(yī)療期結(jié)束后,員工仍無法繼續(xù)履行本職工作也無法履行公司調(diào)崗后的工作。(ii)

Employee

is

unable

to

perform

his/her

duties

to

an

acceptable

standard,

evenafter

training

has

been

provided

or

adjustments

have

been

made

to

his/her

position;員工無法勝任本職工作,在接受培訓(xùn)和崗位調(diào)整后仍無法勝任的。(iii)

a

force

majeure

event

occurs

and

the

parties

are

unable

to

negotiate
