非常榮幸的我有這個(gè)時(shí)機(jī)參加貴校的英語(yǔ)教師競(jìng)聘演講,首先感謝各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)老師對(duì)我的信任和支持。
我是20_____年畢業(yè)于_____大學(xué)外語(yǔ)學(xué)院師范英語(yǔ)專業(yè),四年的大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)讓我掌握了扎實(shí)的語(yǔ)言功底。作為年輕教師,我從不敢懈怠,堅(jiān)持利用業(yè)余時(shí)間學(xué)習(xí),提高自身業(yè)務(wù)水平。通過一年的教學(xué)工作,我的教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)水平得到了很大的提升。今天,我競(jìng)聘的是理科英語(yǔ)教師,之所以競(jìng)聘這個(gè)崗位,基于以下三點(diǎn)原因:
一我有扎實(shí)的專業(yè)知識(shí)我深知英語(yǔ)學(xué)科在學(xué)?;緦W(xué)科教學(xué)中的地位和作用,明確英語(yǔ)教師的職責(zé)和任務(wù),也明白英語(yǔ)教師所應(yīng)必備的素質(zhì)和要求,所以,自工作以來(lái),我始終不忘學(xué)習(xí),勤鉆研,善思考,多研究,不斷豐富提高自己。
二了解并熱愛我的學(xué)生這一屆高一學(xué)生從入學(xué)開始就擔(dān)任一二班的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作。在一年的教學(xué)實(shí)踐中,我揣摩著,嘗試著,與他們真誠(chéng)溝通交流著,已經(jīng)非常熟悉每個(gè)學(xué)生的性格特點(diǎn)和學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀,這為教學(xué)工作的進(jìn)一步開展,奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的根底。
三我有較好的年齡優(yōu)勢(shì)我正當(dāng)青春年華,精力旺盛,敬業(yè)精神高,能夠全身心地投入到自己熱愛的教學(xué)工作中去。這一點(diǎn)也深受學(xué)生喜愛。
假設(shè)我能夠通過競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗,我打算從以下幾個(gè)方面改良自己的教學(xué)工作,提高自己的教學(xué)水平。
一加強(qiáng)個(gè)人修養(yǎng),練好基本功。進(jìn)一步樹立自己強(qiáng)烈的事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感,加強(qiáng)自己的工作能力,努力調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,力爭(zhēng)在教學(xué)中表達(dá)實(shí)力,在工組中保持動(dòng)力,在創(chuàng)新中增加壓力,在與學(xué)生同事的交往中表達(dá)凝聚力。
二更加科學(xué)規(guī)范的做好日常教學(xué)工作,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,在順應(yīng)課改潮流的前提下,認(rèn)真落實(shí)各項(xiàng)教學(xué)常規(guī)工作,確保教學(xué)質(zhì)量穩(wěn)中有升。
