66/66版本修訂歷史記錄RevisionHistory起草：審核：批準(zhǔn)：______________日期：日期：日期：______________目的Objective規(guī)范新物料開(kāi)發(fā)治理流程，確保新物料滿足產(chǎn)品性能、功能的需求。Toregulatethe<ManagementProcedureforNewMaterialExploitation>toensurethenewmaterialcanmeettheproductfunctionandperformancerequirements.適用范圍ApplicableScope此程序適用于本公司所有新物料的開(kāi)發(fā)工作。Thismanagementprocedureisapplicabletoallthenewmaterialexploitationinthecompany.職責(zé)Responsibilities研發(fā)部：負(fù)責(zé)向采購(gòu)提供所需物料的詳細(xì)技術(shù)參數(shù)要求；同時(shí)，在選用新物料時(shí)，盡量滿足環(huán)保要求及可持續(xù)利用；在了解市場(chǎng)情況下,提供聯(lián)系方式、地址、參考價(jià)格等信息；當(dāng)采購(gòu)遇到困難時(shí)，研發(fā)人員協(xié)助采購(gòu)選擇代用品；所采購(gòu)物料回來(lái)后確認(rèn)物料功能、性能并協(xié)助CE完成測(cè)試認(rèn)證工作。TheR&Ddepartment:shallprovidethedetailedtechnologyspecificationofrequiredmaterialtothepurchasingdepartment.Thenewmaterialshouldbeare-cyclematerialandenvironmentalmaterial;shallprovidetheinformationsuchasthecont華為XXpersonandaddress,referenceprice,etc;theR&Dengineersshouldassistthepurchasingdepartmenttochoosethesubstitutedmaterialwhenthematerialpurchasingisdifficult;confirmthepurchasedmaterialfunctionandperformance,andhelpCEtocompletethetestcertificate.采購(gòu)部：負(fù)責(zé)完成研發(fā)所需新物料的采購(gòu)工作；及時(shí)向研發(fā)提供物料的市場(chǎng)情況，包括貨期、參考價(jià)格、技術(shù)支持、服務(wù)等；負(fù)責(zé)向供應(yīng)商索取和督促提供新物料的承認(rèn)書(shū)，跟蹤物料的承認(rèn)過(guò)程，并將我司差不多承認(rèn)的新物料承認(rèn)書(shū)轉(zhuǎn)交給供應(yīng)商。Thepurchasingdepartment:shallresponsibleforthepurchasingworkofthenewmaterialsthatrequiredbytheR&Drequirement,andshouldprovidethemarketinformationtotheR&Ddepartment,suchasthefutures,referenceprice,technologysupport,service華為XX..shallfollowandgetthenewmaterialacknowledgement/specificationfromthesupplier,andsendtheapprovednewmaterialacknowledgementtosupplier.工程部：完成新物料的測(cè)試認(rèn)證工作，并提供完整詳細(xì)的測(cè)試報(bào)告；對(duì)測(cè)試報(bào)告進(jìn)行審核和批準(zhǔn)；協(xié)助采購(gòu)部完善新物料承認(rèn)書(shū)必須包含的內(nèi)容。Theengineeringdepartment:shallresponsibleforthetestandcertificationofthenewmaterials,andshouldprovidethecompletedtestreport.Thereportshallbecheckedandapprovedbytheengineeringdepartment.Theengineeringdepartmentshouldassistthepurchasingdepartmenttocompleteandupdatethe<Productspecificationforapproval>ofthenewmaterialthatnecessarycontents.品質(zhì)部：負(fù)責(zé)確認(rèn)新物料承認(rèn)書(shū)的格式及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）的符合性；實(shí)施新物料（非PCB板類）可靠性實(shí)驗(yàn)（高、低溫實(shí)驗(yàn)）并提供實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)；負(fù)責(zé)所有新物料ROHS檢測(cè)。Thequalitydepartment:shallresponsiblefortheconfirmationoftheformatandconformedstandard(Environmentalprotectionstandard)ofthe<Productspecificationforapproval>thatisthenewmaterials,andtheimplementofthereliabilitytest(includethehighandlowtemperaturetest)forthenewmaterial(nonPCBmaterial),alsotheRoHSinspectionandtestforallthenewmaterials.銷售部：負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)客戶要求事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行確認(rèn)并代表客戶承認(rèn)。Thesalesdepartment:shallresponsiblefortheconfirmationofthecustomerrequirements,andtheacceptanceonbehalfofthecustomer.相關(guān)部門：負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)新物料承認(rèn)的結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)估、確認(rèn)。Otherrelateddepartments:shallresponsiblefortheevaluationandvalidationofthenewmaterial.項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理：負(fù)責(zé)結(jié)構(gòu)及包裝材料類新物料承認(rèn)書(shū)的審批Theprojectmanager:shallresponsiblefortheconfirmationofthe<Productspecificationforapproval>thatisthestructureandpackagenewmaterials.總工程師：負(fù)責(zé)電子材料類新物料承認(rèn)書(shū)的審批，或代替項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理審批新物料承認(rèn)書(shū)。Thegeneralengineer:shallresponsiblefortheapprovalofthe<Productspecificationforapproval>thatistheelectronicnewmaterials,ortheconfirmationinsteadoftheprojectmanager.專用名詞講明TermsandDefinitions:電子材料：晶體管、IC類、電感、電阻、電容等元器件、包括線材、產(chǎn)品的電器配件（遙控器、耳機(jī)、車充等）等Electronicmaterials:thetransistors,IC,inductance,resistance,capacitor,cableandwire,andtheelectronicpart(Remotecontrol,earphone,chargerforthecaretc.)etc..包裝材料：內(nèi)外包裝箱、產(chǎn)品的彩盒、產(chǎn)品標(biāo)簽標(biāo)貼、講明書(shū)等Packagematerials:insideandoutsidepackingbox,colorbox,productlabelandmanualbooks,etc..塑膠、五金類材料：產(chǎn)品塑料外殼，產(chǎn)品裝配用五金器件等Plasticandmetalpartmaterials:plasticpart,metalpart,etc.PCB板類材料：用于安裝電子元器件的基板PCBmaterials:theboardusedtoinstalltheelectroniccomponents.程序內(nèi)容ProcedureContents新物料編碼的增加Addthenewmaterialcode工程部依照產(chǎn)品初始材料清單結(jié)合K3系統(tǒng)整理出該產(chǎn)品的新物料清單，填寫(xiě)《內(nèi)部聯(lián)絡(luò)單》并由工程師確認(rèn)，工程部主管批準(zhǔn)即可在K3系統(tǒng)中增加新物料的編碼，同時(shí)注明相關(guān)新物料為未承認(rèn)狀態(tài)（研發(fā)確認(rèn)欄為“N”），未承認(rèn)物料在下次生產(chǎn)時(shí)須承認(rèn)才能生產(chǎn)。TheengineeringdepartmentshallcompletethenewmateriallistaccordingtotheinitialmateriallistandK3system.inordertoaddthematerialcodeintheK3system,the<internalcommunicationnotice>shallbecompletedandconfirmedbytheengineer,andthenapprovedbytheengineeringdepartmentdirector.Alsoshallidentifythenewmaterialstatuswithno-acceptanceintheK3system(identifythe“N”intheR&Dconfirmingcolumn),andtheno-acceptancematerialcannotbeusedintheproduction.所有PCB的物料編碼在PCB資料發(fā)出后,工程部即可增加該物料的編碼。ThePCBmaterialcodeshallbeaddedbytheengineeringdepartmentafterthePCBdocumentsareapprovedandsentout.新物料需求Thenewmaterialrequirement電子料、包裝材料的需求由產(chǎn)品研發(fā)人員依照項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)和產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)的需求，填寫(xiě)《新物料需求表》,并經(jīng)部門主管簽字確認(rèn)，主管副總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后提交給打算部簽收并交采購(gòu)部采購(gòu)。TheelectronicandpackagematerialrequirementshallbeproposedbytheR&Dengineersaccordingtotherequirementsofexploitationprojectandproductimprovement.Theengineersshouldfillinthe<newmaterialdemandlist>,andthelistshallbeconfirmedbythedepartmentdirector,approvedbythevicegeneralmanager.AlsothelistshouldbesenttothePMCdepartmentforsignatureandtothepurchasingdepartmentforpurchasing.研發(fā)工程師在提交包裝材料的《新物料需求表》時(shí)，需提交產(chǎn)品內(nèi)外包裝材料的規(guī)格書(shū)，規(guī)格書(shū)包含但不限于：技術(shù)圖紙、加工工藝文件，承認(rèn)書(shū)封面，供應(yīng)商依據(jù)新物料規(guī)格書(shū)的要求進(jìn)行資料的處理和樣品的制作，并完善新物料規(guī)格書(shū)，增加物料檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告、詳細(xì)的材質(zhì)講明和環(huán)保認(rèn)證資料等內(nèi)容。TheR&Dengineersshallprovidethespecificationoftheinside-outsidepackagematerialstogetherwiththe<newmaterialdemandlist>ofthepackagematerials.Thespecificationincludethefollowbutnotlimitto:technologydrawing、processingtechnicsfiles、acknowledgementcoveretc..Thevendorsshouldhandletherelatedfilesandmanuf華為XXurethesampleaccordingtothespecificationrequirementofthenewmaterials,andupdatethespecificationofthenewmaterials,providetheinspectionreport、detailinformationspecificationandenvironmentalprotectionspecificationofthenewmaterials.塑膠、五金類材料分為自主設(shè)計(jì)外形，自主開(kāi)模的物料和購(gòu)買市場(chǎng)上現(xiàn)成的物料（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物料）。Plasticandmetalmaterialsinclude:self-designedappearance、self-moldedpartandexitingmaterialpurchasingfromthemarket(StandardMaterial).5.2.3.1自主設(shè)計(jì)外形，自主開(kāi)模的塑膠、五金類物料的需求，研發(fā)工程師依照產(chǎn)品的外形及結(jié)構(gòu)要求，完成產(chǎn)品塑膠件、五金件的結(jié)構(gòu)圖設(shè)計(jì)，通過(guò)內(nèi)部評(píng)審及外部（物料的供應(yīng)商）評(píng)審后，即可進(jìn)行模具的制作。Regardingtotheself-designofthestructure、theself-moldedoftheplasticandthemetalmaterial,theRDengineershallcompletedthestructuredesignoftheproductplasticpartandmetalpartbasedontherequirementoftheappearanceandstructure,andonlytheinternal-reviewandexterior-reviewhavebeenpassed,canmanuf華為XXuretherelatedmould.研發(fā)工程師對(duì)供應(yīng)商的開(kāi)模樣品進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸及各結(jié)構(gòu)件的整體裝配性進(jìn)行確認(rèn)，確認(rèn)通過(guò)后，受控最新版2D圖和3D圖，并通知采購(gòu)安排承認(rèn)。TheR&Dengineersshallvalidatethestructuredimensionandcompletedassemblyofthemoldedsampleprovidedbythevendor.Ifthevalidationhaspassed,thenewversion2Dand3Ddrawingshouldbecontrolledbythedocumentdepartmentandthepurchasingdepartmentshouldarrangetheacknowledgement.5.2.3.3購(gòu)買市場(chǎng)上現(xiàn)成的物料（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物料）的承認(rèn)，研發(fā)工程師依照項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)和產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)的需求，填寫(xiě)《新物料需求表》經(jīng)部門主管簽字確認(rèn)，主管副總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后提交給打算部簽收并交采購(gòu)部采購(gòu)。Fortheacknowledgementofthestandardmaterial,theR&Dengineersshallfillinthe<newmaterialdemandlist>accordingtotherequirementsofprojectexploitationandproductimprovement,andthelistshouldbeconfirmedbythedepartmentdirectorwithsignature,thenapprovedbythevicegeneralmanagerandbesenttothePMCdepartmentwithsignatureandtothepurchasingdepartmentforpurchasing.PCB板的需求，研發(fā)工程師依照項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)和產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)的需求，結(jié)合產(chǎn)品的功能、性能要求，完成產(chǎn)品的PCB圖設(shè)計(jì)，通過(guò)內(nèi)部評(píng)審后，即可受控下發(fā)工程部，工程部依照項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的要求將PCB圖外發(fā)供應(yīng)商制作PCB樣品。TheR&DengineershallcompletethePCBdesignaccordingtotherequirementsofprojectexploitationandproductimprovementandproductfunctionandperformance,andthedesignshouldbereviewinternally.Ifthereviewhasbeenpassed,therelatedfilesshouldbecontrolledbythedocumentdepartmentandthensentouttotheengineeringdepartment.TheengineeringdepartmentshouldsendoutthePCBdrawingtothevendorsformanuf華為XXureaccordingtotheschedulerequirement.采購(gòu)部依照新物料需求的情況，組織進(jìn)行新物料供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)和新供應(yīng)商的初期考察工作；當(dāng)采購(gòu)過(guò)程中發(fā)生困難時(shí)，及時(shí)向申請(qǐng)人提供實(shí)時(shí)情況，并主動(dòng)與其進(jìn)行溝通協(xié)商解決。Thepurchasingdepartmentshallorganizetheinitialreviewofthenewmaterialexploitationandthenewvendorsaccordingtothenewmaterialrequirements.Andshouldcommunicationwiththeapplicantandprovidetheinformationintimeifsomedifficultyhappenedduringthepurchasingprocess.新物料的承認(rèn)Acknowledgementofthenewmaterial依照物料的類型不同，分為電子料、輔助材料、塑膠、五金類材料、包裝材料、PCB板類材料。Thematerialisdividedintoelectronicmaterial,assistantmaterial,plasticandmetalmaterial,packagematerialandPCBmaterialaccordingtothedifferenttypeofthematerial.電子料、塑膠、五金類材料及包裝材料的承認(rèn)由研發(fā)工程師和工程部CE共同完成，PCB板類材料的承認(rèn)由研發(fā)工程師完成。Theacknowledgementofelectronicmaterial,plasticandmetalmaterial,packagematerialshallbefinishedbytheR&DengineersandCEengineerstogether.AndtheacknowledgementofPCBmaterialshallbefinishedbytheRDengineer.采購(gòu)員收到新物料樣品時(shí)，首先要對(duì)供應(yīng)商提供的樣品、承認(rèn)書(shū)、環(huán)保認(rèn)證資料等進(jìn)行初步確認(rèn)，確認(rèn)無(wú)誤后，方可填寫(xiě)《樣品承認(rèn)表》并將承認(rèn)書(shū)和環(huán)保認(rèn)證資料及新物料交由品質(zhì)部進(jìn)行環(huán)保認(rèn)證資料的再次審核和RoHS測(cè)試。Thebuyershallmakeainitialconfirmtothesample、acknowledgementandenvironmentalprotectionspecificationprovidedbythesupplierafterthenewmaterialshavebeenreceived.Onlytheconfirmationhasbeenpassed,thebuyercanfillinthe<Sampleacknowledgement>.Andshallprovidetheacknowledgement、environmentalprotectionspecificationandnewmaterialstothequalitydepartmentforthere-reviewandRoHStestoftheenvironmentalprotectioncertification品質(zhì)部依照RoHS測(cè)試結(jié)果，及環(huán)保認(rèn)證資料的審核結(jié)果在《樣品承認(rèn)表》簽署確認(rèn)的結(jié)論。Thequalitydepartmentshallsignthe<Sampleacknowledgement>withtheconclusionaccordingtotheRoHStestresults.采購(gòu)部將RoHS測(cè)試OK且環(huán)保認(rèn)證資料有效的物料及承認(rèn)書(shū)和《樣品承認(rèn)表》交由新物料需求人進(jìn)一步確認(rèn)物料的要緊規(guī)格參數(shù)、物料的封裝等，若物料的要緊規(guī)格參數(shù)及封裝滿足產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)要求即可在需求人欄內(nèi)簽名確認(rèn)；若需求的物料為安規(guī)物料，則應(yīng)交由安規(guī)工程師確認(rèn)其物料的安規(guī)資料是否合格，并在安規(guī)資料確認(rèn)欄中簽名確認(rèn)。ThepurchasingdepartmentshallprovidetheRoHStestresultthatisok、materialswhichhavetheenvironmentalprotectioncertification、acknowledgement、and<Sampleacknowledgement>totheapplicantsforthefurtherconfirmation,includingthemainspecificationparameterandmaterialencapsulationetc.Ifthefurtherconfirmationhasbeenpassed,theapplicantshouldsignintheconfirmationcolumn.Iftherequiredmaterialsarecertificationmaterials,thoseshouldbeprovidetothecertificateengineerforconfirmationandsignatureintheconfirmationcolumn.采購(gòu)部將需求人確認(rèn)OK的新物料及承認(rèn)書(shū)和《樣品承認(rèn)表》一起交到工程部進(jìn)行更進(jìn)一步的物料承認(rèn)。Thepurchasingdepartmentshallprovidethenewmaterial,acknowledgementand<Sampleacknowledgement>confirmedbytheapplicantstotheengineeringdepartmentforfurtherconfirmation.塑膠、五金及包材類需要簽樣的物料，在承認(rèn)過(guò)程中，各相關(guān)部門在承認(rèn)書(shū)（承認(rèn)表）簽名時(shí)同時(shí)對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行簽名。Therelateddepartmentsshallconfirmthesampleandsigntheacknowledgementfileduringtheacknowledgeprocessregardingtotheplasticandmetalmaterialswhichneedtobeconfirmedandaccepted,電子料的承認(rèn)Acknowledgementoftheelectronicmaterial采購(gòu)部負(fù)責(zé)按《新物料需求表》需求，要求供應(yīng)商提供樣品、一式三份的樣品承認(rèn)書(shū)（在供應(yīng)商無(wú)承認(rèn)書(shū)封面時(shí)，由我司提供格式）和一份樣品承認(rèn)書(shū)電子檔，承認(rèn)書(shū)必須包含的內(nèi)容參照《供應(yīng)商樣品評(píng)估治理規(guī)范》的要求執(zhí)行，并要求供應(yīng)商相關(guān)責(zé)任人簽字并蓋章。Thepurchasingdepartmentshallrequestthesuppliertoprovidethesample,tripletsampleacknowledgement(Providetheformalcovertothesupplierbyourselvesifnot)andaelectronicfileaccordingtothe<newmaterialdemandlist>.Thecontentsintheacknowledgementshallbeexecutedaccordingtothe<Evaluationandmanagementregulationsforthesuppliersample>requirement,andshouldbesignedandchoppedbythesupplier.采購(gòu)部收到樣品及承認(rèn)書(shū)后，依照《新物料需求表》中的承認(rèn)要求，填寫(xiě)《樣品承認(rèn)表》經(jīng)部門主管核準(zhǔn)，并確認(rèn)該樣品是否收費(fèi)，若為免費(fèi)樣品則將樣品和承認(rèn)書(shū)一并送交品質(zhì)部進(jìn)行環(huán)保資料的確認(rèn)及樣品RoHS的測(cè)試，若品質(zhì)判定合格再送交工程部；若為收費(fèi)樣品則辦理入研發(fā)倉(cāng)庫(kù)手續(xù)并將承認(rèn)書(shū)及樣品一并送交品質(zhì)部進(jìn)行環(huán)保資料的確認(rèn)及樣品RoHS的測(cè)試，若品質(zhì)判定合格再送交工程部。Thepurchasingdepartmentshallfillinthe<Sampleacknowledgement>accordingtotherequirementofthe<newmaterialdemandlist>afterthesampleandacknowledgehavebeenreceived.Thelistshouldbeapprovedbythedepartmentdirector,andshallconfirmthesamplecharge.Ifthesampleisfree,thepurchasingdepartmentshouldprovidethesampleandacknowledgementtothequalitydepartmentfortheconfirmationoftheenvironmentalprotectioncertificationandthesampleRoHStest.工程部文員收到承認(rèn)書(shū)和樣品（收費(fèi)樣品需辦理領(lǐng)料手續(xù)）后對(duì)其規(guī)格、數(shù)量及相關(guān)資料要求進(jìn)行確認(rèn)無(wú)誤后在《樣品承認(rèn)表》“簽收人”欄中簽字并轉(zhuǎn)交CE測(cè)試。Theengineeringdepartmentshallconfirmthespecification、quantitiesandrelatedfilesifhavereceivedtheacknowledgementandsample(Thechargedsampleshouldbeapprovedbythewarehouse),andshouldsignthe<sampleacknowledgement>inthe“Receiver”column,thenforwardtotheCEdepartmentforthetest..CE在測(cè)試過(guò)程中遇到困難或無(wú)法對(duì)某些項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行測(cè)試，及時(shí)反饋相關(guān)研發(fā)人員、供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行溝通協(xié)商，在征求研發(fā)人員或其他相關(guān)人員同意的情況下可不進(jìn)行測(cè)試，待條件成熟后再對(duì)此進(jìn)行測(cè)試。WhenthetestfacethedifficultyorcannotbeimplementedbytheCEdepartmentinthetestprocess,TheCEdepartmentshallsendthefeedbackinformationtotheR&Ddepartmentandcommunicationwiththesupplier.ThetestcouldnotbedoneuntiltherelatedtestconditionsarepermittediftheR&Dpersonnelorotherrelatedpersonnelagreewith.CE依照樣品承認(rèn)書(shū)對(duì)樣品規(guī)格、性能參數(shù)、可靠性相關(guān)試驗(yàn)等項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全面性測(cè)試OK后,應(yīng)及時(shí)出具樣品<零件測(cè)試記錄表>或在<樣品承認(rèn)表>上工程部欄填寫(xiě)相關(guān)測(cè)試內(nèi)容及結(jié)果和相關(guān)測(cè)試專項(xiàng)報(bào)告，轉(zhuǎn)給部門主管級(jí)以上人員審核及批準(zhǔn)后,再將其一同送交相關(guān)部門評(píng)估、確認(rèn)。Iftheoveralltestforthesamplespecification、performanceparametersandreliabilityhavebeenfinishedbytheCEdepartmentaccordingtothe<Sampleacknowledgement>,TheCEdepartmentshallprovidethesample<Parttestrecordtable>orfillinthe“Engineeringdepartment”columnofthe<Sampleacknowledgement>withtherelatedtestcontentsandresultsorprovidetestspecialreport.Therelatedfilesshouldbecheckedandapprovedbythedirectororabovepersonnel,andthenforwardtotherelateddepartmentforevaluationandvalidation.研發(fā)工程師或新物料需求人依照工程部提供的相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)報(bào)告、承認(rèn)書(shū)對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行結(jié)論性評(píng)估,并由項(xiàng)目工程師確認(rèn)，若有疑問(wèn)或需供應(yīng)商改善事項(xiàng)可在《樣品承認(rèn)表》中簽署改善意見(jiàn)，由采購(gòu)責(zé)成供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行改善（改善后承認(rèn)流程同上），若無(wú)疑問(wèn)則在《樣品承認(rèn)表》中簽署確認(rèn)意見(jiàn)，報(bào)總工程師批準(zhǔn)后交工程部，工程部維護(hù)K3資料(包括將研發(fā)確認(rèn)欄“N”（表示未承認(rèn)狀態(tài)）改為“O”(表示未試產(chǎn)狀態(tài)))和在承認(rèn)書(shū)封面上填寫(xiě)相關(guān)內(nèi)容OK后再轉(zhuǎn)交文控受控下發(fā)。TheR&Dengineerortheapplicantofthenewmaterialshallmaketheconclusionevaluationtothesampleaccordingtotherelatedtestreportsandacknowledgementprovidedbytheengineeringdepartment,andtheconclusionevaluationshouldbeconfirmedbytheprojectengineer.Iftherearesomequestionsortheitemneedthesuppliertoimprove,theimprovementopinionsshouldbefilledinthe<Sampleacknowledgement>.Andthepurchasingdepartmentshallrequestthevendorstoimprove(Theimprovedacknowledgementprocess,pleaseseetheaboveprocess).Iftherearenotanyquestions,theconfirmationopinionshouldbefilledinthe<sampleacknowledgement>,andtherelatedfilesshouldbeapprovedbythegeneralengineerandthenforwardtotheengineeringdepartment.TheengineeringdepartmentshallmaintaintheK3system(includingchangetheconfirmationcolumnfrom“N”(Meaningun-acknowledgementstatus)to“O”(Meaningun-trialproduction)),andshouldfillintheacknowledgementcoverandthenforwardtothedocumentdepartmentfordelivering.輔助材料的承認(rèn)Assistantmaterialacknowledgement輔助材料的承認(rèn)分兩大類處理：針對(duì)同一品牌（生產(chǎn)廠商）的物料采納系列承認(rèn)方式。Theassistantmaterialacknowledgementdivideintothefollowingtwopart:Theacknowledgementmeasuretothesamebrand(Manuf華為XXurer)materials.第一類：EMI輔助材料（如：導(dǎo)電泡棉、導(dǎo)電布、銅箔紙、鋁箔紙等）、EVA墊、麥拉片、雙面膠類、膠帶類；Partⅰ:EMIassistantmaterial(suchasconductivesponge、conductivecloth、coatedpaperandaluminumfoil華為XX.)、EVAmat、Mylarfilm、double-sidedtapes、adhesivetape.此類物料在第一次導(dǎo)入使用時(shí)，依照5.4的要求進(jìn)行承認(rèn)。在第二次使用此類物料時(shí)，由采購(gòu)部以內(nèi)部聯(lián)絡(luò)單的形式通知工程部修改K3系統(tǒng)資料（去掉研發(fā)確認(rèn)欄內(nèi)的“N”）。Thiskindofthematerialsshallbeexecutedaccordingtotheclause5.4iftheyareimportedtouseforthefirsttime.Whenusingthekindofthematerialssecondly,thepurchasingdepartmentshouldinformtheengineeringdepartmenttomodifytheK3systemdatawiththe<Internalcommunicationform>(Removethe“N”fromtheR&Dconfirmationcolumn).第二類：套管類、跳線、焊錫（錫線、錫條）、各類化學(xué)用品（洗板水、天那水、助焊劑、黃膠、紅膠、白膠、）。Partⅱ:Bushing、jumperwire、solderingtin(SolderWire、Solderbar)、allkindsofthechemistrymaterials(board-washwater、thinner、assistantsolder、yellowgum-water、redgum-water、whitegum-water).針對(duì)同一規(guī)格的此類物料在第一次導(dǎo)入使用時(shí)，依照5.4的要求進(jìn)行承認(rèn)。在第二次使用時(shí)，工程部依照BOM初始資料的要求直接增加物料編碼，且不需要在研發(fā)確認(rèn)欄內(nèi)標(biāo)注“N”。Thesamestandardmaterialswhichareimportedtouseforthefirsttimeshallbeexecutedaccordingtotheclause5.4.Whenusingthematerialssecondly,theengineeringdepartmentshouldaddthematerialcodedirectlyaccordingtotherequirementoftheBOMinitialdata,andcouldnotmark“N”intheRDconfirmationcolumn.塑膠、五金類物料的承認(rèn)Plasticandmetalpartacknowledgement塑膠類結(jié)構(gòu)件的承認(rèn)分為中性結(jié)構(gòu)件的承認(rèn)和客制化結(jié)構(gòu)件（帶客戶LOGO和表面處理的客制化外殼）的承認(rèn)。Theplasticacknowledgementincludes:Neutralstructureacknowledgementandclientstructureacknowledgement(Logowiththedesignatedcustomerand).中性結(jié)構(gòu)件的承認(rèn)由CE和研發(fā)工程師一起完成，客制化結(jié)構(gòu)件由研發(fā)、品質(zhì)、銷售一起完成。TheneutralstructureacknowledgementshallbefinishedbytheCEdepartmentandRDengineerstogether,andtheclientstructureacknowledgementbytheRD、qualityandsalesdepartmenttogether.中性結(jié)構(gòu)件的承認(rèn)要緊包含以下內(nèi)容：材質(zhì)特性；物料的可靠性實(shí)驗(yàn)；物料關(guān)鍵尺寸的測(cè)量；整套物料的整體組裝效果；結(jié)構(gòu)件的外觀（縮水、批風(fēng)等）。Theneutralstructureacknowledgementincludesthefollowing:materialchar華為XXeristic,thematerialreliabilitytest,materialmeasureofthekeydimension,integralassembleeffectofthecompletesetofthematerials,appearanceofthestructure.5.6.3.1采購(gòu)員收到新物料樣品及一式三份的樣品承認(rèn)書(shū)后，填寫(xiě)《樣品承認(rèn)表》經(jīng)部門主管核準(zhǔn)，將樣品和承認(rèn)書(shū)一并送交工程部；Thebuyershallfillinthe<Sampleacknowledgement>ifhavereceivedthenewmaterialsampleandsampleacknowledgementintriplicate.The<Sampleacknowledgement>shouldbeapprovedbythedepartmentdirector,andshallbeforwardedtotheengineeringdepartmenttogetherwiththesample.5.6.3.2工程部文員收到承認(rèn)書(shū)和樣品（收費(fèi)樣品需辦理領(lǐng)料手續(xù)）后對(duì)其規(guī)格、數(shù)量及相關(guān)資料要求進(jìn)行確認(rèn)無(wú)誤后在《樣品承認(rèn)表》“簽收人”欄中簽字并轉(zhuǎn)交CE測(cè)試。Theengineeringdepartmentshallconfirmthesamplespecification、quantitiesandotherrelateddataifhavereceivedtheacknowledgementandthesample.Andshouldsignthe<Sampleacknowledgement>in“Signature”column,andthenforwardtotheCEdepartmenttotest.5.6.3.3CE收到物料樣品及物料承認(rèn)書(shū)后，同研發(fā)工程師一起參考物料的承認(rèn)書(shū)、《塑膠件檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)書(shū)》和產(chǎn)品零件部的結(jié)構(gòu)圖對(duì)塑膠件樣品尺寸規(guī)格、性能參數(shù)、可靠性試驗(yàn)等項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全面測(cè)試，測(cè)試OK后，應(yīng)及時(shí)出具樣品《零件測(cè)試記錄表》（《零件測(cè)試記錄表》經(jīng)部門主管級(jí)以上人員審核及批準(zhǔn)后）或在《樣品承認(rèn)表》上工程部欄填寫(xiě)相關(guān)測(cè)試內(nèi)容及結(jié)果，再將其一同送交研發(fā)部評(píng)估、確認(rèn)。Whenhavingreceivedthesampleandmaterialacknowledgement,theCEdepartmentshalltogetherwiththeRDengineersdotheoverallteststotheplasticsampleitems,suchasdimensionspecification、performanceparameterandthereliabilitytest華為XX.,accordingtothereferencematerialacknowledge、<Inspectionstandardforplasticmaterial>andproductpartstructuredrawing.Ifthetestsareok,theCEdepartmentshouldprovidethe<Parttestrecordtable>thatneedtobecheckedandapprovedbythedirectororabove,orfillintheengineeringdepartmentcolumnofthe<Sampleacknowledgement>withthetestcontentsandresults.ThetableortheacknowledgementshouldbeforwardedtotheRDdepartmenttoevaluateandconfirm.5.6.3.4承認(rèn)樣品的簽核確認(rèn)通過(guò)后即進(jìn)行簽樣，簽樣數(shù)量許多于三套，分不由品質(zhì)部、工程部、供應(yīng)商保存。Ifthe<sampleacknowledgement>hasbeensignedbytherelateddepartment,thesampleshallbeacceptedbythevendorsandcompanyitself.Thequantitiesoftheacceptedsamplearenotlessthantriplicationandarekeptbythequality、engineeringdepartmentandthevendorseparately.研發(fā)工程師在確定結(jié)構(gòu)件的模具已完成后，通知采購(gòu)安排中性結(jié)構(gòu)件的承認(rèn)。Ifthestructuremoldhasbeenfinished,theRDengineershallinformthepurchasingdepartmenttoarrangetheneutralstructureacknowledgement.客制化結(jié)構(gòu)件的承認(rèn)要緊包含以下內(nèi)容：表面處理工藝的可靠性；表面處理工藝的外觀；表面處理對(duì)尺寸的阻礙；環(huán)保要求的符合性；Theclientstructureacknowledgementsmainlyincludethefollowing:thereliabilityofthesurfacehandlingtechnics,theappearanceofthesurfacehandlingtechnics,theinfluencetothedimensionbythesurfacehandlingtechnics,therequirementoftheenvironmentalprotection.5.6.4.1采購(gòu)員收到新物料樣品及一式三份的樣品承認(rèn)書(shū)后，填寫(xiě)《樣品承認(rèn)表》經(jīng)部門主管核準(zhǔn)，在《樣品承認(rèn)表》中需注明尺寸和材質(zhì)同相對(duì)應(yīng)的中性結(jié)構(gòu)件（注明中性結(jié)構(gòu)件的料號(hào)）相同；Ifhavingreceivedthenewmaterialsampleandthe<Sampleacknowledgement>intriplicate,thebuyersshallfillinthe<Sampleacknowledgement>.Theacknowledgementshouldbeapprovedbythedirector,andremarkedthedimensionandmaterialsthatcorrespondtotheneutralstructure(Remarkedtheneutralstructurematerialsnumber).5.6.4.2采購(gòu)員將樣品和承認(rèn)書(shū)一并送交品質(zhì)部，進(jìn)行環(huán)保資料確認(rèn)和表面處理工藝的外觀和可靠性進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，若品質(zhì)判定合格再送交研發(fā)部；Thebuyershallforwardthesampleandacknowledgementtothequalitydepartmentwhoshouldvalidatetheenvironmentalprotectiondata,andinspectionoftheappearanceofthesurfacehandlingtechnicsandthereliability.Onlyifthequalityisok,thosecanforwardtotheRDdepartment.5.6.4.3研發(fā)工程師收到物料樣品及物料承認(rèn)書(shū)后，參考物料的承認(rèn)書(shū)、《塑膠件檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)書(shū)》和受控的結(jié)構(gòu)圖對(duì)塑膠件樣品的關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸和整體組裝性等項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行測(cè)試，必要時(shí)由銷售部提供給客戶進(jìn)行實(shí)物確認(rèn)。OK后，由研發(fā)工程師在《樣品承認(rèn)表》上的研發(fā)評(píng)估欄填寫(xiě)相關(guān)測(cè)試內(nèi)容及結(jié)果，并進(jìn)一步講明物料最終確認(rèn)型號(hào)，研發(fā)部和銷售部在物料承認(rèn)書(shū)上簽名，由研發(fā)部門主管級(jí)以上人員審核及項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)。Ifhavingreceivedthesampleandmaterialacknowledgement,theRDengineershalldotheoverallteststotheplasticsampleitems,suchastheplasticsampleofthekeydimension,integralassembleeffectatc.,accordingtothereferencematerialacknowledge、<Inspectionstandardforplasticmaterial>andcontrolledstructuredrawing.Ifnecessary,thesampleprovidedbythesalesdepartmentshouldbeconfirmedbythecustomer.Ifthetestsareok,theRDengineershouldfillintheRDevaluationcolumnofthe<Sampleacknowledgement>withthetestcontentsandresults,andfurtherconfirmthematerialtype.TheacknowledgementshouldbesignedbytheRDandSalesdepartment,andapprovedbytheprojectmanagerandRDdirectororabove.5.6.4.4針對(duì)測(cè)試通過(guò)的樣品，需由研發(fā)、品質(zhì)和銷售對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行簽樣，在簽樣時(shí)，研發(fā)將對(duì)樣品的整體負(fù)責(zé)：整體組裝效果；關(guān)鍵尺寸；表面處理工藝等方面；品質(zhì)部和銷售部要緊對(duì)樣品的外觀負(fù)責(zé)：是否滿足客戶指定顏色；外觀是否滿足公司產(chǎn)品的接收標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等。Ifthesampletesthaspassed,theRD、qualityandsalesdepartmentshallconfirmthesampleandsigntherelatedfiles.TheRDdepartmentshouldresponsibleforthecompletedsample,suchasintegralassembleeffect、keydimensionandsurfacehandlingtechnics.Thequalityandsalesdepartmentshouldresponsibleforthesampleappearance,forexample,whetherthecoloristhedesignatedcolorofthecustomer,whethertheappearanceconformtotheacceptancestandardofthecompanyproduct.5.6.4.5由研發(fā)部文員將研發(fā)承認(rèn)后的物料承認(rèn)書(shū)和樣品交工程部，由CE再次確認(rèn)規(guī)格型號(hào)，并依5.8.1的要求修改該物料的系統(tǒng)資料，TheRDdepartmentshallforwardthesampleandacknowledgementthatacknowledgedbytheRDdepartmenttotheengineeringdepartment,andtheCEdepartmentshouldconfirmthespecificationandtype,alsomodifythematerialsystemdataaccordingtotheclause5.8.1requirements.樣板簽訂時(shí)，一定要注明,簽樣日期,是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣板,極限樣板,可同意或不可同意，色差樣板要注明色差標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和有效期。只可簽外觀樣板,尺寸以承認(rèn)書(shū)的標(biāo)注為準(zhǔn)。在承認(rèn)過(guò)程中，各相關(guān)部門在承認(rèn)書(shū)（承認(rèn)表）簽名時(shí)同時(shí)對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行簽名，簽樣數(shù)量許多于三套：品質(zhì)部、工程部、供應(yīng)商各一套。Ifthesamplehavebeenconfirmed,thefollowinginformationshallbeattention:thesample-confirmeddate,standardsampleorlimitedsample,acceptabilityorun-acceptability,chromatismsamplewiththechromatismstandardandvaliddate,theexterior-designedsampleshouldbebasedontheacknowledgementremark.Therelateddepartmentshouldconfirmthesampleandsigntheacknowledgementfilesduringtheacknowledgeprocess.Thequantitiesoftheconfirmedandacceptedsamplearenotlessthantriplicationandshouldbekeptbythequality、engineeringdepartmentandthevendorseparately.Whenthesampleisapproved,thesampleapprovaldateshallbemarkedclearly,alsomarkthestandardsample,limitedsample,acceptablesample,notacceptablesample.Thecolordifferencesampleshallmarkthecolorstandardandvaliddate.Theapprovedsampleistheappearancesample.Thedimensionswillfollowtheacknowledgement.五金類物料的承認(rèn)Metalpartacknowledgement5.6.6.1采購(gòu)員收到新物料樣品及一式三份的樣品承認(rèn)書(shū)后，填寫(xiě)《樣品承認(rèn)表》經(jīng)部門主管核準(zhǔn)，將樣品和承認(rèn)書(shū)一并送交品質(zhì)部進(jìn)行確認(rèn)資料及樣品RoHS測(cè)試，待品質(zhì)判定合格后再送交工程部；Ifhavingreceivedthenewmaterialsampleandthe<Sampleacknowledgement>intriplicate,thebuyersshallfillinthe<Sampleacknowledgement>.The<sampleacknowledgement>shouldbeapprovedbythedepartmentdirectorandforwardedtothequalitydepartmentfordataconfirmationandsampleRoHStest.Onlythetestisok,theacknowledgementcanforwardtotheengineeringdepartment.5.6.6.2工程部文員收到承認(rèn)書(shū)和樣品（收費(fèi)樣品需辦理領(lǐng)料手續(xù)）后對(duì)其規(guī)格、數(shù)量及相關(guān)資料要求進(jìn)行確認(rèn)無(wú)誤后在《樣品承認(rèn)表》“簽收人”欄中簽字并轉(zhuǎn)交CE測(cè)試。Theengineeringdepartmentshallconfirmthesamplespecification、quantitiesandotherrelateddataifhavingreceivedtheacknowledgementandthesample.Andshouldsignthe<Sampleacknowledgement>in“Signature”column,andthenforwardtotheCEdepartmenttotest.CE收到物料樣品及物料承認(rèn)書(shū)后，同研發(fā)工程師一起依照五金件的樣品參考物料的承認(rèn)書(shū)、《五金材料(BACKPANEL)檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)書(shū)》和產(chǎn)品零部的結(jié)構(gòu)圖對(duì)樣品規(guī)格、性能參數(shù)、可靠性相關(guān)試驗(yàn)等項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行全面性測(cè)試OK后,應(yīng)及時(shí)出具樣品<零件測(cè)試記錄表>或再<樣品承認(rèn)表>上工程部欄填寫(xiě)相關(guān)測(cè)試內(nèi)容及結(jié)果和相關(guān)測(cè)試專項(xiàng)報(bào)告，轉(zhuǎn)給部門主管級(jí)以上人員審核及批準(zhǔn)后,再將其一送交相關(guān)部門評(píng)估、確認(rèn)。確認(rèn)通過(guò)后即進(jìn)行簽樣，簽樣數(shù)量許多于三套：品質(zhì)部、工程部、供應(yīng)商各一套。Whenhavingreceivedthesampleandmaterialacknowledgement,theCEdepartmentshalltogetherwiththeRDengineersdotheoverallteststothemetal-partsampleitemssuchasdimensionspecification、performanceparameterandthereliabilitytest華為XX.,accordingtothereferencematerialacknowledge、<Inspectionstandardformetal-partmaterial>andproductpartstructuredrawing.Ifthetestsareok,theCEdepartmentshouldprovidethe<Parttestrecordtable>thatneedtobecheckedandapprovedbythedirectororabove,orfillintheengineeringdepartmentcolumnofthe<Sampleacknowledgement>withthetestcontentsandresults.Thetableortheacknowledgementshouldbeforwardedtotherelateddepartmenttoevaluateandconfirm.Ifthetableortheacknowledgementhasbeenacceptedbytherelateddepartment,thesampleshallbeacceptedbythevendorsandcompanyitself.Thequantitiesoftheacceptedsamplearenotlessthantriplicationandshouldbekeptbythequality、engineeringdepartmentandthevendorseparately.包裝材料的承認(rèn)Packagingmaterialacknowledgement包裝材料的承認(rèn)分為：中性包裝（不帶指定客戶LOGO或標(biāo)識(shí)）和客制化包裝（帶指定客戶LOGO或標(biāo)識(shí)），Thepackagingacknowledgementincludes:Neutralpackagingacknowledgement(Logoormarkwithoutdesignatedcustomer)andclientpackagingacknowledgement(Logoormarkwiththedesignatedcustomer).客制化包裝的承認(rèn)要緊由研發(fā)部和銷售部完成；TheclientpackagingacknowledgementshallbefinishedbytheRDandsalesdepartmenttogether.5.7.2.1銷售部接到客戶資料，經(jīng)內(nèi)部評(píng)審?fù)ㄟ^(guò)后受控下發(fā)研發(fā)部。Thecustomerdatashallbereviewinternallyifthesalesdepartmenthasreceived.Onlybepassedandcontrolled,thedatacouldbedeliveredtotheRDdepartment.5.7.2.2研發(fā)部收到客戶提供的圖紙和工藝要求后，將資料進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化為公司內(nèi)部的技術(shù)資料并受控下發(fā)采購(gòu)部，由采購(gòu)部外發(fā)打樣。轉(zhuǎn)化后的技術(shù)資料由物料承認(rèn)書(shū)封面、生產(chǎn)工藝文件、圖紙組成。Ifhasreceivedthedrawingandtechnicsrequirementprovidedbythecustomer,theRDdepartmentshalltransformtherelatedfilesintothecompany’sinternaltechnologyfileswhichconsistoftheacknowledgementcover、productiontechnicsfilesanddrawing.Thetechnologyfilesshouldbecontrolledbythedocumentdepartmentanddeliveredtothepurchasingdepartment,andthepurchasingdepartmentshallrequestthevendorstomanuf華為XXurethesample.5.7.2.3采購(gòu)收到受控資料后，轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)到供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行打樣，同時(shí)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)一步完善該物料的承認(rèn)書(shū)，在承認(rèn)書(shū)中增加檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告、材質(zhì)文件和環(huán)保認(rèn)證資料，供應(yīng)商
