Area項目概念說明

Project

Description項目位于北京西南二環(huán)的涼水河邊，周邊有遼金城垣博物館、北京大觀園等文娛資源，與亞林上苑、中國璽、昆侖域等較優(yōu)質(zhì)的居住區(qū)共鄰，建筑以疊拼為主力戶型。一座位于內(nèi)城的疊拼花園，注定它的品質(zhì)可貴。地塊極小，大約2780㎡即滿足示范區(qū)前場和實體戶型的展示需求。通勤的市政道路界面良好，但基地開口方向面對右安門醫(yī)院。如何隔離喧囂并解決不利因素，“藏”園于內(nèi)，用何種方式“藏”，是我們要綜合的項目基本輸入條件。要求對空間尺度的控制和對設(shè)計的把控要精準(zhǔn)。The

requiresprecisecontroloverthespatialscaleofthe

ConceptDesign用平實的設(shè)計手法，確定每個空間場地的主旨，做水石、花木的主題，一切都從自然出發(fā)，不刻意創(chuàng)造。前場水庭，寧簡勿繁。后場禪庭，花木扶疏With

Court水最大化拓展視覺張力，也化建筑于鏡中。風(fēng)雨連廊的設(shè)置，著力于看建筑的方式，看樹的角度、框景的墻、配合流動的水，每處視線對景都精心處理。細(xì)微處精工，拿捏尺寸，大簡亦大奢Thestill

Space立足整體空間的思考，將室內(nèi)、外空間更有序的捏合在一起。從觀賞性的延續(xù)到功能性的延伸，都完美呈現(xiàn)出尊貴品質(zhì)的禮序空間?，F(xiàn)代東方主義的氣質(zhì)，將空間鎖定在簡約與內(nèi)斂中，彰顯未來業(yè)主的儒雅氣質(zhì)。It

space

noble

quality

Space院以流水，禪石，茶亭為元素，規(guī)整嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)。后院是放松的草坪空間，花木點綴其間，清新自然。小院功能與建筑聯(lián)動整合，形成一個戶外的天然起居室，滿足屋主亭下會友的功能需求，家人一起暢享天倫。The

a

good

backyard

interspersing

courtyards

buildings,creatinga

naturalliving

demands

space上疊小院融合室內(nèi)的精裝風(fēng)格，在保持東方韻味的基礎(chǔ)上更加具有當(dāng)代感。受通道條件所束，東側(cè)入院對于院落空間存在窗井干擾、動線過長等弊端。通過格柵、種植屏蔽等手段，以“竹”的清雅脫俗為界，進行空間整合，保證入門禮儀、亭下休憩、花木小徑的遞進式觀感體驗。竹子的綠，楓樹的紅，襯以爵士白的大理石材，小院仿佛一幅雅致清幽的扇面畫，人行其中，如在畫中游。The
