“Music”課例分析2018級2班張丹學號:28281117121(Lessonanalysis)Atthebeginning,theteachermakesstudentdodailyreportasusual,thenstudentdothataccordingtoteacher,thoughstudentmakessomegrammaticalmistakesduringtheprocessofdoingdailyreport,theteacherdidn'tpointthemout,insteadof,hepraiseshimandcontinuestheclass.Andheexplainsthedailyreporttostudentsinordertohavestudentsunderstandthereportwell,hejustgivehisencouragementtostudents,tobeabraveperson,andalwayskeepconfident,henotonlyteachesthestudentsknowledge,butalsocultivatetheirthinkingquality.Theteacherorganizesstudentsdothedailyreportinordertoimprovestudents'spokenabilityanddrilltheirwritingabilities.Besides,itcangivestudentsfreetimeandspacetoletthemstudyindependently.(Whoseturntodothedailyreporttoday?)Afterthereport,theteacherbeginteaching.Fromthedailylifeofstudents,fromwhattheyalwaysdo,theteachersaid:"youknow,allofuslikemusic".Itaimsatdrawingstudents'attentionandinterests.Bydoingso,leadstudentsintothestudytopic.Followingthat,theteachertellsstudentshisthoughtsaboutmusic,thenhecomesupwithdifferentnamesofmusicandasksstudentstoguess.Askingstudentsquestionsmaycertainlygivesstudentsopportunitytothinkandgettheminvolvedintheclassactivity.Buthere,thegoodthingisaskingstudentstoguessthenameofmusic,itcanbeagoodwaytoletstudentstakeactivepartintheactivity,thebadoneistheteacherdidn'tgivestudentsfreedomtochoosetoanswerornot,somestudentsknowthenamesofmusic,theyareactive,butforotherpersons,theydon'tknowaboutmusic,lhey'11beimpatientandnotinterestedintheclassactivity,sotheykeepsilenteveniftheyareaskedtoanswerquestions.Afterhearingstudents'answers,theteacherevaluatestheiranswers,heretheteacherisregardedasanestimatorwhenstudentsareright,healwayspraisesthem,butwhentheycan'tdothat,hecan'twaitbuttoaskotherstudents,itisnotgoodforwhomcan'tanswerquestionatonce.Hedidn'tsayanythingbutaskotherstoanswer,fromthepointofstudents,theirheartsandconfidencearchurtbytheteacher.Supposehesaid:{OK,itdoesn'tmatter),studentswillbewillingtolistentohislesson.Thenhecontinuestoletstudentsanswermanyquestionsandbasedonthem,heasksmoreandmorequestions.Bydoingthat,canstimulatestudents'mindandactivatestudents'associationthinking.Whenstudentsintroducesomemusiciansandtheirsongs,theteachercatchestheopportunitytomakestudentsshowtheminfrontofstudents,itcanletstudentsbebravepersonandprompttherelationshipbetweenstudentsandstudents.Itisagoodwaytoenhanceintcipcrsonalemotions.Later,hepraisesstudentandhissinging.Thenheasksotherpersontosingsongsforeveryoneintheclass.Endingthat,theteacherhasashortconclusionaboutwhattheyhavelearnedandtalkedabout.Following,theteacherhasstudentslearnadialogue,closetheirbooksandlistentothetape,here,bydiscussingandquestioningandanswering,studentsknowsomethingaboutmusic,thenthistime,whentheyhearthelisteningmaterial,theycanunderstandthematerialwellthanbefore.Afterthelisteningdrill,theteacherguidestudentstolearnlanguagepoints,hereheusesPPP(Presentation,PracticeandProduction)model,butnoteachofitemhehasusedinhisteaching.Atthebeginning,hepresentsthelanguagepointsandphrasestructurestostudentsandparaphrasesthemonebyone,andthenheshowsthemsomeexamplesonthebasisofthelanguagepointssothatstudentscanknowthepointsandapplytheminthesentence.Abetterthingisbyparaphrasingthelanguagepoints,theteachermakesstudentsmakesentencesbyusingwhathetaught.Fromthispoint,wecanseethatthebestwaytolearngrammarandlanguagepointsistoparaphrasetheminEnglishandlearnthemintheconcretecontext,besides,weshouldalsousethemtomakesentencesasmuchaswecan,becauseonlyinthatway,canwemastertheminagoodmemoryandagoodapplication.Itisdifficulttolearngrammarpointswithoutcontext.Butfromthetcachcrs,teachingprocedure,hepresentsthelangugcpointstostudents,studentsdidnotpractice,andthentheteacherdirectlyasksthemtousethelangugepointstomakesentences,itisfastforthem,sometimesstudentsmaycannothaveagoodunderstandingonthem,andsuddenlybeaskedtomakesentencesisabadthing.Sofromthisprocedure,itcanbepredictedtheteacherdoesnothaveacleargrammaticalteachingmodel.Lead-inatthebeginningofalessonisaveryusefulprocedureasitdrawstheattentionofthestudentsandleadsthemintothestudyofthethemeofthelesson.Asforthetopicofthislesson,Imaysuggestthat,first,theteacherstartstheclassbyaskingstudentsiftheyhaveeverheardofsomesongs,theterm-Music.Andthencontinuetellingthemthatmusicisagoodthingforeveryoneintheworld.Peoplelistentomusicwhentheyworkhardinordertomaketheirlivingorenjoytheirlife.Inthisway,theteacherwouldputtogetherthelearningoflanguagewithmusicwhichisthesoulofaperson.Afterthat,theteachermayaskstudentswhattheirfavoritemusicareintheirlife.Studentsareputintothecenterofthelessonsincetheyarethinkingabouttheirfavoritemusicandthentheymayhavesomespecificfeelingsonmusic.Itismuchbetterthanaskingthemtoguesstheteachers1favoritemusic,itcanmakestudentsbeinterestedintheclassactivity.Somethingisworse,duringtheprocessofqueslioningandanswering,althebeginning,theteacherdidn'tresponsestudentsthosewhocan'tanswerherquestions,foeexample,(T:Ok,whocanguess?WangCheng,canyou?WangCheng:Oh,sorry.Thentheteacherjustsaid:Whoknowsthenameofthemusic?)Thesameexamplearefollowingarethesameasit.Sofortrueanswersfromstudents,hepraisesthem,butforfalseanswersfromstudents,hejustaskotherpersonsandthengoesonhisteaching,whichwillmakestudentslosetheirheartsinlearningthislesson,italsoviolatesthatteachersshouldtreatstudentsinthesameway,weshouldn,tevaluatethemmainlyontheirlevel.Apartfromtheweaknessinthislesson,therearcquitealottospeakhighof.First,theteacheristalkative,positiveandattentive.ShespeaksEnglishallthroughtheclass.Thisservesasasourceforspeaking.Hekeepsencouragingstudentsandasksasmanyquestionsaspossibletostudentstoanswer.Andhetalkswithstudentsveryeasily.Hecontrolstheclasswellandthestudentsareactively.Hehasaclearpurposethatstudentsaresupposedtolearntotalkaboutmusicbyknowingaboutdifferentkindsofmusicandwords.Second,andheknowstoshowstudentstheimportantlanguagepointsandexamplesforthelanguagepoints.Fromthewholepart,therearemoreusefulthingsforustostudy,thislessoncouldbeasuccessfullesson,andweknowitisnoteasytoteachaperoidoflessonwell.Teachingactivityofthisperoidoflessoncanpromptbilateralactivitiesofteaching,namely,teachersteachandstudentslearn.What'smore,wecanseemostofstudentsinthisclasshaveahighlevel,theycantalkabouttheirfavoritemusicandmusiciansalot,andusemanywordstospeakouttheirminds.Evenbetter,theycanunderstandeachquestiontheteachercomesupwiththem.Butsomethingwillgowronginthesamewayofteaching,supposetheteacherfacesdifferentleviesofs
