eoilit).驅(qū)動(dòng)氣瓶：壓力充足，閥頭刀活絡(luò)有效，驅(qū)動(dòng)氣缸內(nèi)活塞密封良好、活絡(luò)有效。Drivengascylinder:thepressureissufficient,headofvalveknifeactivateeffectively,innerpistonofdrivencylindersealsgoodandmoveseffectively.管系：Pipesystem總閥、分路閥、開關(guān)方向標(biāo)志鮮明，閥開關(guān)活絡(luò)。Signofmainvalve,shuntvalve,switchdirectionshouldbedistinct,valveswitchshouldbeflexible.噴嘴應(yīng)為黃銅制品，防變形、防堵塞、霧化片完好。Nozzleshouldbebrassproducts,preventdeformationandblocking,atomizationsliceisintact.管道無嚴(yán)重銹蝕，紅色油漆鮮明。若須修理，只可用螺紋連接不可焊接，或整根換新。Thereisnoseriouscorrosiononpiping,paintthepipewithbrightredpaint.Ifitneedtoberepaired,shouldonlybethreadedconnectionsorrenewed,.保養(yǎng)記錄：Maintenancerecord:三副應(yīng)記錄每個(gè)鋼瓶的水壓試驗(yàn)期限，對(duì)不符合要求的，應(yīng)及時(shí)提請(qǐng)換新。3/Oshallberecordedeachcylinderhydrostatictestperiod,whichisnotinconformitywithrequirements,shouldtimelychangenew.每季度檢查記入船舶維護(hù)檢修記錄表。Quarterlyreviewtheshiprepairandmaintenancerecord.每二年CO2瓶稱重（液位測(cè)量）必須取得相應(yīng)證明，由三副負(fù)責(zé)，并將稱重報(bào)告交船長(zhǎng)審核、保存。WeightingCO2bottleseverytwoyears(liquidlevelmeasurement)mustobtaincorrespondingproof,itisinchargeofthirdofficer,andsenttheweightingreporttothecaptainforauditingandfiling.所有檢查、試壓均由三副負(fù)責(zé)，結(jié)果由大副記入航海日志重大記事欄中，報(bào)機(jī)務(wù)部存檔，并應(yīng)記在船舶維護(hù)檢修記錄表。Allinspection,testingareinthechargeofthirdofficer,theresultsshouldberecordedinthemajorchroniclecolumnoflog,senttothemaintenancedepartmentforfiling,andwritteninshipmaintenancerepairlogsheets.證明：Certification:CO2鋼瓶換新時(shí)，三副必須檢驗(yàn)鋼瓶上的鋼印，確認(rèn)三個(gè)月內(nèi)做過壓力試驗(yàn)，并有瓶?jī)?nèi)滅火劑足夠數(shù)量的證明，否則退瓶。WhenrenewtheCO2steelcylinders,thirdofficermustverifythesteelsealonthecylinder,confirmpressuretestinghasbeendonewithinthreemonths,andhavequantitycertificationofsufficientextinguisherinthecylinder,orrefundit.手提式、推車式滅火器保養(yǎng)須知Portable,carttypeextinguishermaintenanceguidelines保養(yǎng)周期：手提式滅火機(jī)（輕水泡沫）、推車式泡沫滅火器每三個(gè)月檢查一次。修船后大風(fēng)浪之后和重大節(jié)假日之前，以及發(fā)生火警之后均應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次保養(yǎng)。Maintenanceperiod:checktheportableextinguisher(light-waterfoam),carttypefoamfireextinguishereverythreemonths.Maintainitonceaftership-repair,stormywaves,fireandbeforemajorholidays.保養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：Maintenancestandard:數(shù)量：滿足船級(jí)社的規(guī)定要求。Quantity:meettheprescribedrequirementsofclassificationsociety.存放：位置及其編號(hào)應(yīng)做到，標(biāo)志清晰，有固定的存放架，防止搖動(dòng)傾斜和撞擊。周圍通道暢通，以便提取使用，不應(yīng)有妨礙提取之物。防止過熱或曝曬，泡沫滅火器防曬、防凍。Storage:positionanditsnumbersshouldbemarkedclearly,thereshouldbefixedstorageracktopreventshakentiltingandimpact.Itshouldbecleararoundthechannelinordertoextractanduse,thereshouldnotbeobjectsinterfereextraction.Preventoverheatingorsolarization,freezeandsolarizationshouldbepreventedforfoamfireextinguishersunscreen.清潔：無積灰及油污，外殼無銹斑，標(biāo)志鮮明。Cleaning:noaccumulationsofdustand,shellwithoutrustyspot,andsignsaredistinct.釋放裝置：噴嘴暢通，保險(xiǎn)銷無銹，活絡(luò)。Releasedevice:nozzleunblocked,Safetypinisflexiblewithoutrust.滅火劑：Extinguishant:CO2滅火器的凈重不低于原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的90%，泡沫液在有效期內(nèi)。NetweightofCO2fireextinguisherisnotlessthan90%oftheoriginalstandard,foamfluidshouldbewithinthevalidperiod.有壓力表者，壓力表指針不得低于綠色區(qū)域。Forwhichequipmenthaspressuregauges,theshouldnotbelowerthanthegreenarea.使用過的滅火器,不論滅火劑是否用完,均應(yīng)以新的滅火器替換,或重新填充滅火劑。Theusedfireextinguisher,nomatterwhetherthefire-extinguisherchemicalhasbeenrunout,shouldbereplacedwithnewfireextinguisherorrefilled.保養(yǎng)卡完整，清潔，填寫規(guī)范。Maintenancecardsshouldbecomplete,clean,fillednormatively.保養(yǎng)記錄：Maintenancerecord:每只滅火器上的保養(yǎng)記錄卡，記錄該滅火器的歷次檢查日期，劑量及保養(yǎng)人。Maintenancerecordcardoneachfireextinguisher,recordthefireextinguisherallpreviouscheckdates,doseandmaintenancepersononit.保養(yǎng)日期，保養(yǎng)內(nèi)容（換新，補(bǔ)充滅火劑，稱重量等）保養(yǎng)人等情況由三副記入船舶維護(hù)檢修記錄表，作為安全管理記錄并妥善保管。Thesituationsofmaintenancedate,maintenancecontent(renew,supplementtheextinguisher,weightitetc.),maintenancepeopleetc.shouldberecordedonshipmaintenancerecordformbythirdofficer,keepitproperlyassecuritymanagementrecord.檢查：Inspection:各滅火器的保養(yǎng)由三副監(jiān)督，并按保養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢查。Thethirdofficershouldsupervisethefireextinguishermaintenanceandinspectthemaccordingtothemaintenancestandards.清點(diǎn)數(shù)量，核對(duì)編號(hào)及位置。Countquantity,checkthenumberandlocation.統(tǒng)一檢查貯存、外觀、保養(yǎng)記錄卡。Uniformlycheckstorage,appearanceandmaintenancerecordcard.抽查滅火劑量（手提或稱量，查看壓力表等）。Selectivelyexaminefire-extinguishingdoses(portableorweighing,checkpressuregauge,etc.).檢查執(zhí)行情況及檢查結(jié)果，列入安全活動(dòng)日項(xiàng)目之一。Checktheperformanceandtestresults,listitinthesafetyCampaigndayitems.常用消防防護(hù)裝備保養(yǎng)須知Commonfireprotectionequipmentmaintenanceguidelines消防員裝備Fireman’soutfits消防員裝備平時(shí)應(yīng)放在干燥、通風(fēng)處，防止霉變、生銹，每一個(gè)月進(jìn)行一次檢查，確保清潔、光亮完好。Fireman’soutfitsusuallymustbekeptindryandventilatedplace,preventmildew,rust,checkiteachmonthtoensureitclean,smooth.安全帶、安全鉤應(yīng)三個(gè)有拉力載荷檢查；如發(fā)現(xiàn)破損或受高溫、明火、強(qiáng)酸堿等腐蝕，應(yīng)及時(shí)換新；若有污垢應(yīng)用溫水肥皂擦洗，再用清水漂凈晾干，但不允許浸入沸水及爆曬火烤。Safetybeltandsafetyhookshouldpassthreetensionloadinspection;Ifdiscoverthedamagedorcorrosioncausedbyhightemperature,flame,strongacidandalkali,weshouldrenewittimely,Ifthereisdirt,weshouldscrubitwithwarmwatersoap,andthenitafterbleachwash,butitisnotallowedtodipitintotheboilingwater,baskit,androastit.空氣呼吸器Breathingapparatus空氣呼吸器使用后應(yīng)及時(shí)做好清潔、消毒、氣密檢查等保養(yǎng)工作；Breathingapparatusshouldbecleaned,disinfected,inspectedthegastightnesstimelyafteruse.調(diào)換有充足空氣的鋼瓶；Exchangethecylinderwhichhassufficientair;空氣呼吸器不準(zhǔn)受壓、陽光曝曬和毒氣侵蝕；Breathingapparatusshouldnotbapressed,sunlightinsolatedanderodedbypoisongas;每套呼吸器應(yīng)配有備用空氣瓶一只（特殊船舶按特殊規(guī)定配備）；Eachbreathingapparatusshouldbeequippedwithasparebottle(equipthespecialshipaccordingtothespecialprovisions);每月應(yīng)變演習(xí)時(shí)檢查一次：Checkitonetimewhencarryingoutmonthlyemergencyarrangementdrills空氣瓶壓力應(yīng)符合要求、有否備用空氣瓶；Airbottlespressureshouldcomplywiththerequirements,andthereisanyspareairbottlesornot;呼吸器整潔、呼吸器氣密和暢通情況、所有屬具完好情況Breathingapparatusiscleanandunblockedornot,allappurtenancesareintactornot.救生艇、筏保養(yǎng)須知Thelifeboat,raftmaintenanceguidelines檢查維護(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Inspectionandmaintenancestandards救生艇須處于隨時(shí)可用狀態(tài)。平時(shí)應(yīng)注意認(rèn)真檢查和養(yǎng)護(hù)。除經(jīng)常性外觀檢查外，還應(yīng)：Thelifeboatsmustbepracticable.Usuallyweshouldpayattentiontotheinspectionandmaintenance.Besidesregularoutsideinspection,stillshould:救生艇及屬具應(yīng)建立專門帳冊(cè),對(duì)艇的屬具要每一個(gè)月詳細(xì)檢查一次，短缺補(bǔ)充，不合格者予以換新，并做好記錄。Specializedbooksmustbeestablishedforthelifeboatandappurtenances,theappurtenancesshoulddoadetailedexaminationonceeverymonth,complementforthemifshortages,renewtheoneisnotqualified,andmakerecords.
