16、Totransfer a r membership members must abide by the following regulations:1.會(huì)員卡必須在會(huì)籍啟動(dòng)后轉(zhuǎn)讓，且只可轉(zhuǎn)讓一次，受讓者不得再次轉(zhuǎn)讓。A membershipcan only be transferred after starting the membership ,the membership can onlybe transferred once .and additional transfer requests will be refused2.轉(zhuǎn)讓手續(xù)費(fèi)為購卡價(jià)格（如本條定義， 如為升級則需加上相關(guān)合約的

17、購卡價(jià)格）的 15%。A transfer fee is 15% of the paid card price is charged for a transfer ofmembership家庭卡（合約上注明可以轉(zhuǎn)讓的卡種）必須整戶按原址轉(zhuǎn)讓，接受人由會(huì)員自行尋找。Family cards (as the contract indicates “ can be transferred ” )Members must find a family to transfer the card to by themselves.被轉(zhuǎn)讓人不享有轉(zhuǎn)讓人購卡時(shí)享有的的特殊優(yōu)惠，包括但不限于贈(zèng)劵，更衣箱等?！百徔?/p>

19、isagreement ,includes membership service.lnitial system card fee,body compositionmeasurements ,gift fees ,health advice etc采購合同簽約注意事項(xiàng)采購合同是公司或其他經(jīng)濟(jì)組織，為了生產(chǎn)和流通的需要，在本地或外地采購某些產(chǎn)品或原料而訂立的合同。與一般的貨物買賣合同相比,它具有標(biāo)的額大、技術(shù)含量高、 期限性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)，且通常采購方在合同中占主動(dòng)地位；尤其是項(xiàng)目采購合同，如果材料或設(shè)備采購出現(xiàn)問題，可能會(huì)影響整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)程，甚至導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目失敗。因此，在審查采購合同時(shí)要特別注意以下事項(xiàng)：

20、一、賣方的資信調(diào)查由于設(shè)備或材料采購合同事關(guān)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)行，在簽定采購合同之前，一定要對賣方的資信進(jìn)行調(diào)查或有所了解，一般不宜選注冊資本低或地處偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的小公司或私人獨(dú)資企業(yè)。建議采購方謹(jǐn)慎選擇賣方，盡可能選擇資信好、近距離的交易對象。二、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)規(guī)范采購合同一般對所要采購的設(shè)備或材料要求比較高，要符合特定的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)規(guī)范，并且將質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)規(guī)范（包括技術(shù)資料和圖紙）細(xì)化作為合同附件，以便減少合同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，達(dá)到交易目的。如果不便細(xì)化，并且有國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的，只需在合同中注明“符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，如各標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之間存在差異，以較高者為準(zhǔn)”即可。三、付款作為采購方，付款是合同的主要義務(wù)。為了順利地達(dá)到交易目的，防止賣方拿到貨款后以各種理由拒不發(fā)貨，我們必須有技巧地設(shè)計(jì)合同的付款條款。較為安全的方式是將付款和賣方履行主要義務(wù)的進(jìn)度和貨物的質(zhì)量掛鉤。我們認(rèn)為采購方可以采取以下付款方式：1 、在合同生效后，可支付給賣方一定的預(yù)付款或定金，預(yù)付款或定金應(yīng)當(dāng)在審查對方資信后付出，如對對方資信不完全確信，建議將預(yù)付款或定金適當(dāng)降低，一般以合同總價(jià)款的10%為宜。2 、貨物全部運(yùn)抵采購方現(xiàn)場指定地點(diǎn), 經(jīng)開箱驗(yàn)收合格后，賣方向采購方出具該合同價(jià)的全額發(fā)票，采購方在十五個(gè)工作日內(nèi)向賣方付至合同總價(jià)款的7
