3、教育教學改革工程的通知”（教高【2001】1號）精神，我司決定實施新世紀網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程建設(shè)工程。在現(xiàn)代遠程教育工程中，網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)是基礎(chǔ)，資源建設(shè)是核心，教學建設(shè)是目的。網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程是網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學的基本單元，是網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育學院的重大支撐條件。新世紀網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程建設(shè)工程是現(xiàn)代遠程教育工程的主要內(nèi)容，是推動我國現(xiàn)代遠程教育工程發(fā)展的重要舉措，各有關(guān)高等學校要給予高度重視，積極組織申請?，F(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項通知如下：一、新世紀網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程建設(shè)工程的目標新世紀網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程建設(shè)工程的目標是：用大約2年的時間，建設(shè)200門左右的基礎(chǔ)性網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程、案例庫和試題庫。新世紀網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程建設(shè)工程將建設(shè)一批既可供學生遠程學習，有可供教師在課堂教學中輔助教學的網(wǎng)絡(luò)
