1、4.14.1安裝WRL系列耐磨熱電偶WRDLSeriesWear-resistantthermocouple安裝使用說明書安裝使用說明書InstallationManual上海辰心儀表有限公司ShanghaiChenxinInstrumentsCo.,Ltd概述WRDL系列耐磨熱電偶，與二次儀表配套，可實現(xiàn)對高壓、高流速的酸性或堿性介質的溫度進行測量和控制。耐磨熱電偶（簡稱“耐磨偶”）分普通型和隔膜型兩種。隔爆型的防爆等級為dIIBT4。主要技術指標測溫范圍及允差值品種分度號測溫范圍允差值鎳鉻一銀硅K0-8002.5或0.75%t鎳鉻硅一鎳硅N鎳鉻一銅硅E0-600常溫絕緣電阻長度L1m時，1

2、00M。試驗電壓：50050VDC時間常數(shù)T0.5W180S。工作原理及特點工作原理1.1測溫原理利用塞貝克效應進行測溫。.2隔爆原理間隔隔爆原理特點當耐磨頭損壞時，可立即關閉切割閥，陰止被測介質泄漏。安裝和使用普通型耐磨偶的安裝（1）應避免安裝在下列場所：爐門旁邊;與加熱物體過近外;強磁場處。（2）接線盒不可碰到被測介質的容器壁，參比端（即接線盒端）的溫度不應超過100，并盡量保持其穩(wěn)定。（3）耐磨偶浸入被測介質的長度150200mm。補償導線從接線盒的出線孔的橡膠塞內引出，并擰緊穿線螺栓，極性不可接反，不得有曲折遷回現(xiàn)象。為保護補償導線不受外來機械損傷和由于外磁場而造成對電子顯示儀表的影響

3、，應對其加以屏蔽。4.1.2隔爆型耐磨偶的安裝對于隔爆型耐磨偶，在安裝時除按普通型耐磨偶的安裝外，還應注意如下事項：（1）安裝環(huán)境條件（GB3836.1規(guī)定）A溫度：-2040相對溫度：W80%大氣壓力：0.080.11Mpa（2）隔爆型耐磨偶只能用于可燃性氣體場所，不能用于粉末場所，且限于1區(qū)、2區(qū)危險場所，切不可在0區(qū)使用。使用時，應符合GB3836.1對相應防爆等級的規(guī)定。4.2耐磨偶的使用耐磨偶在使用過程中應注意如下事項：不得隨意關閉切斷閥。一旦關閉，熱電偶絲即被切斷。當耐磨頭損壞時，應立即將切斷閥關閉，即將閥芯旋轉90。對于隔爆型耐磨偶，還應注意：斷電源后，方可打開接線盒蓋防止熱流引

5、無指示耐磨偶斷路.將感溫元件取出，若是測量端斷路，重新焊接。.若因變質斷路，則剪去變質部分，重新焊接測量端或重新更換新的感溫元件。3儀表指示值不穩(wěn)定（儀表本身無故障的情況下）.接線盒內感溫元件和補償導線接觸不良。.熱電極有斷路續(xù)短路和斷續(xù)接地現(xiàn)象。.耐磨偶安裝不牢而發(fā)生振動。.打開接線盒，重新接好并緊固。.取出感溫元件，找出斷續(xù)短路:E接地的部分，并加以排除。.將耐磨偶牢固安裝。說明產(chǎn)品驗收。收到本產(chǎn)品后，請及時按產(chǎn)品國家標準或我廠標準規(guī)定的出廠檢驗項目驗收。若有質量問題，請于收貨之日起一個月內（以用戶來函郵戳日期為準）函告我廠，我廠將及時受理。逾期則視為已驗收合格。關于熱電勢測試問題。熱電勢

6、是微電壓測試，加上外界影響，溫度偏差控制諸多因素，uV級測試準確十分困難，加之耐磨偶固有熱電勢受溫度、機械振動等多種條件影響很難做到固定不變。請各位用戶在驗收時注意幾個問題：（1）采用相應等級標準監(jiān)測溫度（2）標準偶與被測偶的測量端必須在同一等溫區(qū)（3）保證足夠的浸入深度（4）避免因絕緣體或保護管污染和漏電造成測試誤差（5）測試時必須溫度穩(wěn)定（6）標準偶與被測偶參比端置于同一冰點（7）連接相同等級的補償導線。0.5180.0.5180.I.SummaryWRLseriesofwear-resistantthermocouple,andthesecondinstrumentcomplementa
