9、體系11本工程施工圖12本工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 工程概況總體工程概況工程名稱(chēng)地理位置建設(shè)單位設(shè)計(jì)單位勘察單位監(jiān)理單位本項(xiàng)目為二期四棟雙層倉(cāng)庫(kù),其中,3號(hào)庫(kù)房22306.02m2, 4號(hào)庫(kù)房23455.28 m2 ,5號(hào)庫(kù)房23382.10 m2,6號(hào)庫(kù)房24066.46 m2,倉(cāng)庫(kù)為錘擊樁、承臺(tái)基礎(chǔ),一、二層為框架結(jié)構(gòu),屋面及墻面等維護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)為輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)。局部區(qū)域設(shè)置有辦公及設(shè)備夾層。一層倉(cāng)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)層高為11.00m,二層倉(cāng)庫(kù)結(jié)構(gòu)層高為10.00m。施工場(chǎng)地差不多概況為滿(mǎn)足施工進(jìn)度及運(yùn)輸要求,每一個(gè)庫(kù)預(yù)備投入2臺(tái)QTZ6013塔吊,一共8臺(tái)塔吊。以及其他加工設(shè)備(見(jiàn)設(shè)備及功率明細(xì)表)?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)布置8個(gè)鋼筋加
10、工車(chē)間和2個(gè)木工加工車(chē)間,每2棟倉(cāng)庫(kù)統(tǒng)一設(shè)置一個(gè)一級(jí)配電柜。電源接駁點(diǎn)概況本工程電源接駁點(diǎn)分不位于場(chǎng)地南側(cè)七庫(kù)外側(cè)的800KVA的配電房,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)可提供本工程臨時(shí)用電量容量為800KVA。本工程按項(xiàng)目總的進(jìn)度打算結(jié)合本方案第五章第一條第7點(diǎn)和第14點(diǎn)和17點(diǎn)計(jì)算結(jié)果,到最高峰時(shí)的用電量為497.58KVA,滿(mǎn)足施工需求。本工程采納三級(jí)配電,從總配電室到各一級(jí)配電柜,一級(jí)配電柜到各二級(jí)配電箱,各庫(kù)二及配電箱至各用電點(diǎn)三級(jí)開(kāi)關(guān)箱。 施工部署總體目標(biāo)質(zhì)量目標(biāo):合格,一次驗(yàn)收合格率100%。安全目標(biāo):堅(jiān)持“安全第一、預(yù)防為主”的工作方針,確保無(wú)重大工傷事故,輕傷頻率操縱在4以?xún)?nèi)?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)用電部署:三級(jí)配電
11、二級(jí)愛(ài)護(hù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)在變壓器旁設(shè)置總配電室各一級(jí)配電柜各棟分不設(shè)置3個(gè)二級(jí)配電箱各設(shè)備專(zhuān)用插座箱、照明專(zhuān)用箱為三級(jí)箱;本工程分期建設(shè):一期有1號(hào)、2號(hào)庫(kù)區(qū)及配套用房;二期有3號(hào)、4號(hào)、5號(hào)、6號(hào)四棟庫(kù)區(qū)及配套用房,本方案為二期施工用電方案。在3號(hào)庫(kù)、4號(hào)庫(kù)之間設(shè)置1#一級(jí)配電柜、5號(hào)庫(kù)、6號(hào)庫(kù)之間設(shè)置2#一級(jí)配電柜、辦公區(qū)和生活區(qū)設(shè)置專(zhuān)用3#一級(jí)配電柜。依照總進(jìn)度打算安排,每棟庫(kù)房之間開(kāi)始施工的時(shí)刻順序相差十天;一套基礎(chǔ)錘擊樁所使用的設(shè)備需用70KW,按三套設(shè)備同時(shí)施工共有210KW,錘擊樁設(shè)備施工的時(shí)候,其他如鋼筋、模板加工設(shè)備還沒(méi)有投入使用,塔吊也沒(méi)有完全投入使用,同時(shí)三套錘擊樁的負(fù)荷小于基礎(chǔ)主體
12、施工時(shí)期用電設(shè)備的負(fù)荷,因此在施工臨時(shí)用電負(fù)荷計(jì)算的時(shí)候,不考慮錘擊設(shè)備的用電負(fù)荷。主體施工時(shí)期及裝飾裝修期間用電高峰是塔吊、鋼筋加工、模板加工設(shè)備同時(shí)使用的時(shí)期,因此最大負(fù)荷要緊考慮各樓層施工機(jī)具、照明、模板加工,塔吊運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及鋼筋加工的用電。擬從配電房設(shè)置一個(gè)主線(xiàn)路到總配電室;3號(hào)4號(hào)庫(kù)共用1#一級(jí)配電柜,5號(hào)6號(hào)庫(kù)共用2#一級(jí)配電柜、辦公區(qū)和生活區(qū)共用3#一級(jí)配電柜;各一級(jí)配電柜分不設(shè)置4條線(xiàn)路至固定二級(jí)配電箱(鋼筋加工場(chǎng)地配電箱和塔吊配電箱)和2條線(xiàn)路至各棟物流庫(kù)樓層的移動(dòng)二級(jí)配電箱(樓層用電配電箱)。從二級(jí)箱引出線(xiàn)至三級(jí)箱及專(zhuān)用設(shè)備操縱箱,實(shí)現(xiàn)一機(jī)一閘一漏。組織機(jī)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目成立項(xiàng)目施工用電總
13、承包治理機(jī)構(gòu),治理機(jī)構(gòu)如下:圖略組長(zhǎng):副組長(zhǎng):組員:組長(zhǎng)XX負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目施工用電的方案審核、施工及治理工作;副組長(zhǎng)項(xiàng)目技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人XX負(fù)責(zé)施工用電方案的編制及方案流程報(bào)審,各分包單位用電方案的審核,并對(duì)方案進(jìn)行交底和技術(shù)核定;各組員XX負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工用電的施工、檢查及施工用電總承包治理;XX要緊依照方案編制要求及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況對(duì)施工用電布置進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)及檢查,中期要緊對(duì)項(xiàng)目設(shè)備施工用電進(jìn)行維護(hù)及治理,后期要緊進(jìn)行施工用電總承包治理。XX負(fù)責(zé)施工用電材料的采購(gòu);XX負(fù)責(zé)施工用電的施工及治理;質(zhì)檢員負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工用電質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)督治理并進(jìn)行相關(guān)報(bào)驗(yàn)工作安全總監(jiān)、安全員要緊負(fù)責(zé)施工用電的安全治理;同時(shí)施
14、工用電總承包治理機(jī)構(gòu)各成員均需對(duì)施工用電的安全進(jìn)行治理。技術(shù)預(yù)備組織各崗位治理人員學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)范、圖紙,經(jīng)考核合格后持證上崗,杜絕無(wú)證上崗現(xiàn)象。召開(kāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)交底會(huì)議,就現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨電工程施工技術(shù)要求對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)機(jī)管員、電工、操作工人進(jìn)行交底,使其施工前作好充分預(yù)備。對(duì)勞務(wù)隊(duì)伍全體人員進(jìn)行進(jìn)場(chǎng)前安全文明施工教育及治理宣傳。對(duì)專(zhuān)門(mén)工作作業(yè)人員去專(zhuān)業(yè)的機(jī)構(gòu)培訓(xùn),考核合格取證后方可上崗。施工作業(yè)人員入場(chǎng)教育施工用電作業(yè)人員先必須通過(guò)項(xiàng)目安全員、主管工長(zhǎng)、機(jī)管員、勞資員及保衛(wèi)組織的項(xiàng)目安全常識(shí)系統(tǒng)教育,并建立相應(yīng)的檔案資料。施工用電作業(yè)人員分配到工作面后,應(yīng)由項(xiàng)目機(jī)管員結(jié)合工程的具體情況及特點(diǎn)作專(zhuān)項(xiàng)技術(shù)交

21、各分箱用電設(shè)備配置參數(shù)臨電初步設(shè)計(jì)原則施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)臨時(shí)用電安全技術(shù)規(guī)范(JGJ46-2005)總則中以強(qiáng)制性條文規(guī)定,施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)必須采納三級(jí)配電系統(tǒng)、必須采納TN-S接零愛(ài)護(hù)系統(tǒng)?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)采納380V低壓供電,設(shè)一配電1#一級(jí)配電柜,采納TN-S系統(tǒng)供電。布置位置及線(xiàn)路走向參見(jiàn)臨時(shí)配電系統(tǒng)圖,采納三級(jí)配電,三級(jí)防護(hù)。按照J(rèn)GJ46-2005規(guī)定制定施工組織設(shè)計(jì),接地電阻R4。按照J(rèn)GJ46-2005規(guī)定若為架空線(xiàn)路則“依照機(jī)械強(qiáng)度要求,絕緣銅線(xiàn)截面不小于10mm2,絕緣鋁線(xiàn)截面不小于16mm2”。 臨時(shí)用電計(jì)算用電負(fù)荷計(jì)算1、3-1號(hào)二級(jí)配電箱設(shè)備用電負(fù)荷(1)1#塔式起重機(jī)Kx = 0.7,Cos =
