And each day I pay you $100.并展示了一張手繪的鈔票。在一個和平時教學(xué)環(huán)境完全不一樣的教室里學(xué)生很容易就興奮了起來,紛紛舉手要求應(yīng)聘。 我選了十個候選人,要求他們在最快的時間內(nèi)將貨物放到相應(yīng)的買場。并請其他學(xué)生幫我想問題怎么來面試。學(xué)生問了一些很有趣的問題,如 If your boss asks you to work from 8 am to 9 pm, what will you do? If so, can you count numbers from 1 to 10000 in a few minutes? 2、 Do you want to have a VIP card? 經(jīng)過挑選完員工后,開始學(xué)習(xí)新單詞。我準(zhǔn)備了實(shí)物,以提高他們的愛好。并請員工將其放入正確的買場中。在整個過程中顧客并未看全所有的貨物。在此我準(zhǔn)備了個小游戲,借此復(fù)習(xí)7班級學(xué)過的There b
21、e 句型和所有學(xué)過的單詞,給猜對的同學(xué)發(fā)VIP card能有20%折扣。在此過程中學(xué)生不僅用到了很多學(xué)過的單詞,更用到了自己在超市里看到的、自己又不會說的,如在復(fù)習(xí)詢問價格的過程中,我們實(shí)行了估賣的形式。如watermelon首先要員工估量重量和價格,顧客根據(jù)自己去市場的閱歷給個大概的價格和重量,和員工答案最接近者得。 3、 Open! 在學(xué)生最興奮的時候,打開課件!在音樂的伴隨下,超市的圖片展現(xiàn)在顧客面前!我則和一個學(xué)生開始討論即將到來的春游,為本次春游購買所需物品。邊走邊討論,在每個買場前都與員工交談!并討論食物的健康與否!付款時還出示了自己的VIP card!整個過程輕松!給下面的學(xué)生小

25、烈的討論和自由的想象。每個同學(xué)都在如同身臨其境,能夠熟練地運(yùn)用所學(xué)句型互相詢問,相互討論、交談并加上已學(xué)過的一些寒暄、問候的話語,自主地完成了比較精彩的小對話。 四、評析 本堂課師生之所以能夠獲得良好的感受,我個人認(rèn)為主要由于以下原因: 1、 教學(xué)中運(yùn)用新課標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的理念。教育的本質(zhì)是引導(dǎo),而不是講和練,教育要求關(guān)注每一個學(xué)生的進(jìn)展。教育目標(biāo)由原來注重知識的傳授而強(qiáng)調(diào)讓學(xué)生形成樂觀主動的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,使其獲得基礎(chǔ)知識與基本技能的過程同時成為他們學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)和形成正確價值觀的過程。 2、 教學(xué)中恰到好處的運(yùn)用了情景教學(xué)的原則。情景教學(xué)法要求教學(xué)要以情景為基本原則,重點(diǎn)放在學(xué)習(xí)活動的成功開展上。讓學(xué)生在恰當(dāng)?shù)?/p>
26、情境中學(xué)會用英語溝通,從而獲得學(xué)習(xí)的成就感。 3、從學(xué)生熟悉、感愛好的話題入手。不論是為春游做準(zhǔn)備還是當(dāng)上了營業(yè)員,對學(xué)生來說都是很有趣且很新奇的。當(dāng)學(xué)生們用英語將自己的真實(shí)想法表達(dá)出來時,心中又會有怎樣的喜悅呢? 4、恰當(dāng)?shù)那榫盀閷W(xué)生拓展了充分的想象和制造性思維的空間,老師在其中只起了引導(dǎo)作用,體現(xiàn)了了新課標(biāo)下課堂教學(xué)中以學(xué)生為主體的教學(xué)原則。 5、老師教學(xué)以人為本,呼喚人的主體精神,教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)要由重傳授向重進(jìn)展轉(zhuǎn)變;為每一個學(xué)生的進(jìn)展需要我們討論學(xué)生的差異,以便找到因材施教的科學(xué)依據(jù);由重老師“教”向重學(xué)生“學(xué)”轉(zhuǎn)變;老師在教學(xué)中把教學(xué)的重點(diǎn)放在過程中,放在揭示知識如何形成的規(guī)律上,從而使
27、學(xué)生在教學(xué)進(jìn)程中思維得到訓(xùn)練,既長了知識,又增了才能。老師在課堂教學(xué)中采納以探究、研討為主的綜合溝通方式,師生共同討論、討論,建立平等和諧的師生關(guān)系;突破傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)模式,勇于創(chuàng)新,形成教學(xué)特色。 小學(xué)五班級上冊英語教案4 Teaching Aims: 1.
