India and China are making their mark in the IT sector; while Chinahas excelled in the hardware manufacturing arena, India has become the preferred destination for global offshore outsourcing. IT cooperation and partnership between the two countries are also

15、on an upswing, with a number of Indian software and services companies investing in China and entering its relationships with leading Chinese enterprises.
