1、內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)耕地利用效益評(píng)價(jià)研究摘 要耕地作為一種生產(chǎn)要素，對(duì)人類生存發(fā)展具有舉足輕重的作用，影響了自然和社會(huì)的前進(jìn)。耕地的合理有效利用得到了重視，我國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義農(nóng)業(yè)要持續(xù)推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)，必須重視耕地。隨著生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的提升，我國(guó)糧食產(chǎn)量逐漸提升，但我國(guó)仍然面臨嚴(yán)重的糧食資源供給不足的問(wèn)題，且逐年嚴(yán)重。當(dāng)前，我國(guó)每年需要大量盡快谷物，已然成為最大的谷物進(jìn)口國(guó)。城市化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn)，大量的耕地被占用且得不到及時(shí)補(bǔ)償，土地質(zhì)量下降進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致糧食產(chǎn)量下降等問(wèn)題逐漸凸顯，所以解決這些問(wèn)題成為重中之重。本論文以內(nèi)蒙古東部農(nóng)村的耕地作為研究主體，系統(tǒng)分析了耕地資源的利用效率以及這些資源的變動(dòng)趨勢(shì)、空間分布等，

2、進(jìn)而為該地區(qū)更好的利用耕地資源提供了建設(shè)性意見(jiàn)。本論文首先調(diào)研了大量的學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)，根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和生態(tài)三方面選擇13個(gè)耕地利用效率的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。同時(shí)結(jié)合多因素綜合評(píng)估模型和協(xié)調(diào)評(píng)估模型分析內(nèi)蒙古東部49個(gè)自治區(qū)(旗)市(含)20072016年的耕地綜合利用情況，從而明確內(nèi)蒙古東部土地利用效率的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。關(guān)鍵詞：耕地利用效益； 影響因素； 指標(biāo)體系； 內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)ABSTRACT As a kind of production factor, cultivated land plays an important role in human survival and development, and a

4、grain production is gradually increasing, but China is still facing a serious problem of insufficient supply of food resources, which is serious year by year. At present, China needs a large amount of grain every year, and has become the largest grain importing country. With the continuous progress

5、of urbanization, a large number of cultivated land is occupied and not compensated in time, and the decline of land quality leads to the decline of food production and other problems are gradually prominent, so solving these problems has become the top priority. This paper takes the cultivated land

6、in the eastern rural areas of Inner Mongolia as the research subject, and systematically analyzes the utilization efficiency of cultivated land resources, the change trend and spatial distribution of these resources, so as to provide constructive suggestions for the better use of cultivated land res

This paper first investigates a large number of academic literature, according to the economic, social and ecological three aspects to select 13 cultivated land use efficiency evaluation index. At the same time, combined with the multi factor comprehensive evaluation model and

8、coordination evaluation model, this paper analyzes the comprehensive utilization of cultivated land in 49 autonomous regions (banners) and cities (including) in eastern Inner Mongolia from 2007 to 2016, so as to clarify the development trend of land use efficiency in eastern Inner Mongolia.Key words：Arable land use efficiency; Influ
