11、Basis of Financial Statement PreparationThe financial statements have been prepared in accordanee with the China Accounting Stan dards for Busin ess En terprises, the China Acco un ti ng System for Busin ess En terprises and other related regulati ons.Fiscal YearThe Company adopts the calendar year

12、as its fiscal year, from January 1 to December 31.Basis of AccountingThe Company adopts the accrual basis for its accounting treatments. The financial statements have bee n prepared on the historical cost basis of acco un ti ng.Reporting CurrencyThe Renminbi (RMB) is the reporting currency of the co

13、mpany. Transactions recorded in foreig n curre ncies are con verted into RMB at the mid of market excha nge rate at the transaction date. The foreign currency balances of each foreign currency account are con verted into RMB at the end of market excha nge rate of the bala nee sheet date. The differe

14、nce between the amount translated at the closing rate and the carrying amount should be treated as excha nge gai n or loss in the curre nt period.Recognition of Cash equivalentsThe cash equivale nts refer to an asset characterized by its short term, easy tran sformati on to cash and low risk in valu
