1、PAGE 第28頁第28頁摘 要本設(shè)計為年處理能力3.00Mt/a礦區(qū)型煉焦煤廠。選煤廠工作制度為每年生產(chǎn)330天,每天16小時,兩班生產(chǎn),一班檢修。本設(shè)計先對煤質(zhì)資料進(jìn)行審查、分析、校正、計算,分析原煤的可選性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過幾個可能的選煤工藝流程,對其進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品預(yù)測和技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)比較,選出最佳方案:原煤預(yù)先篩分經(jīng)檢查性手選后,+50mm入動篩跳汰機分選,分選出精煤,矸石。分選后精煤破碎與50nn篩下物進(jìn)三產(chǎn)品重介旋流器分選出精煤、中煤、矸石三種產(chǎn)品。煤泥水采用煤泥直接浮選作業(yè),浮選精煤經(jīng)加壓過濾機脫水,濾餅作為最終精煤產(chǎn)品,尾煤先經(jīng)濃縮機濃縮,濃縮機底流用壓濾機壓濾,濾液和濃縮機的溢流作為循
2、環(huán)水使用。方案確定后,進(jìn)行介質(zhì)、數(shù)質(zhì)量流程計算。依據(jù)計算結(jié)果,進(jìn)行設(shè)備選型。設(shè)備選型時,在滿足工藝要求的前提下,優(yōu)先采用技術(shù)先進(jìn)、性能可靠、效率高、能耗低、成熟可靠的設(shè)備。在工藝布置時,做到生產(chǎn)流程通暢,設(shè)備布置緊湊,并便于安裝、操作和檢修。在總平面布置上,對輔助生產(chǎn)設(shè)施進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃,兼顧了環(huán)保的要求。按生產(chǎn)方案生產(chǎn),產(chǎn)品指標(biāo)如下:精煤:產(chǎn)率,54.06%;灰分,7,50%;中煤:產(chǎn)率,14.22%;灰分,23.00% ;矸石:產(chǎn)率,17.93%;灰分,85.10%;煤泥:產(chǎn)率:13.78%;灰分,26.50%;關(guān)鍵詞: 選煤廠設(shè)計 動篩跳 汰 三產(chǎn)品重介旋流器3.00Mt / a Chaili

10、煤炭洗選工程設(shè)計規(guī)范GB50359-2005的規(guī)定,本選煤廠的工作制度為年工作330d,每天工作16h。二班生產(chǎn),一班檢修。1.3、礦區(qū)及廠址概況本選煤廠坐落在巨野煤田的中南部,廠址設(shè)在山東省市巨野縣境內(nèi),東距巨野縣 20km、濟(jì)寧市65km。西距菏澤市40km。經(jīng)礦區(qū)專用鐵路東可經(jīng)兗州與京滬和兗石鐵路相接,西可至菏澤、新鄉(xiāng)與京九、京廣鐵路相通 ,交通極為便利。1.4、原料煤礦井概況井田面積 180平方公里,含可采煤層6層,其中主采煤平均厚度8.82米,煤種以1/3焦煤為主,屬低灰、低硫、低磷、高發(fā)熱量的優(yōu)質(zhì)煉焦煤。全井田地質(zhì)儲量16.831.5、選煤工藝柴里選煤廠擬采用A礦與B礦坑口原煤57
11、%:43%入洗,根據(jù)原始煤質(zhì)資料及用戶要求的灰分級別,原煤可選性屬難選。經(jīng)過2種洗選工藝的比較,本廠采用動篩跳汰排矸末煤三產(chǎn)品重介質(zhì)旋流器分選煤泥直接浮選工藝。原煤經(jīng)過50mm分級篩分,+50mm經(jīng)檢查性手選后入動篩跳汰機排矸后進(jìn)行破碎至-50mm,與篩下物合并后,進(jìn)入三產(chǎn)品重介旋流器分選,產(chǎn)出精煤、中煤及矸石,精煤泥由分級旋流器分級后,進(jìn)入礦漿準(zhǔn)備器進(jìn)行浮選。最終精煤由末精煤、粗精煤泥以及浮選精煤合并組成,最終中煤由末中以及中煤泥合并組成;矸石即三產(chǎn)品重介旋流器二段分選矸石,尾煤泥經(jīng)煤泥晾干場晾干后作為煤泥產(chǎn)品。1.6、產(chǎn)品品種及用途柴里選煤廠精煤產(chǎn)品主要用于煉焦配煤,亦可廣泛用于冶金、化工
12、、鑄造等行業(yè)。中煤供附近的電廠,矸石主要用于附近的矸石磚廠或鋪路,煤泥主要銷售給附近居民或供場內(nèi)鍋爐房使用。1.7、供水、供電1.7.1 水源生活及消防用水取自廠外生活及消防給水管網(wǎng),其水量、水質(zhì)、水壓都能滿足生活用水要求;生產(chǎn)用水可取自處理后的礦井井下來水,也可來自水源井,水量、水質(zhì)都能滿足生產(chǎn)用水要求。1.7.2電源廠區(qū)設(shè)有變電所,電源引至10kVA高壓電網(wǎng)。經(jīng)廠區(qū)變電所將其變成動力用電、生活用電等級后供廠區(qū)生產(chǎn)、生活使用,因而電源有可靠保證。2 選煤工藝2.1煤質(zhì)資料分析及可選性研究建一座現(xiàn)代化煤炭洗選廠,對煤質(zhì)進(jìn)行分析和評述就是對煤進(jìn)行“號脈診斷”。設(shè)計就是依靠入洗原煤基礎(chǔ)資料,進(jìn)行透
13、徹煤質(zhì)分析,準(zhǔn)確把握原煤特性,設(shè)計出適合于入選原煤的實際特性工藝流程,為選煤廠洗選加工創(chuàng)造出更大的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。眾所周知,由于成煤環(huán)境和成煤條件不同,形成了煤炭賦存狀況方面的差異。因而不同煤田、不同礦區(qū)的煤質(zhì)千差萬別,有時候即便同屬一塊煤田,但在不同的井田,甚至不同的采區(qū),不同的層位,其煤質(zhì)的變化和區(qū)別也非常大。如何將被選原煤的“脈”號準(zhǔn),是搞好選煤工藝設(shè)計必須重視的基礎(chǔ)問題。所以,建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化選煤廠,至關(guān)重要的問題是選煤工藝設(shè)計必須符合不同礦區(qū)的不同煤質(zhì)特性。為了進(jìn)一步了解煤的內(nèi)在性質(zhì),以制定合理的選煤工藝流程,下面將原煤資料進(jìn)行如下分析:2.1.1煤質(zhì)資料的審查及分析一、資料可靠性分析對原煤資料
14、的分析,首先要特別重視煤質(zhì)資料的代表性。用不具代表性或代表性差的篩分、浮沉資料提供設(shè)計,是對設(shè)計的誤導(dǎo),后果是嚴(yán)重的。因此,對煤質(zhì)資料的代表性問題應(yīng)該引起高度重視?,F(xiàn)將原煤資料可靠性分析如下:1、原煤礦樣是該廠設(shè)計入洗的蔣莊礦及柴里礦的煤質(zhì)資料,沒有用相鄰礦井和其它地質(zhì)資料作代資料,故該礦樣具有高度的代表性。2、該礦樣是經(jīng)過采樣,試驗,制樣,化驗,計算等工序完成的,各工序都可能產(chǎn)生誤差。如果誤差超過一定限度,不僅影響資料的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性,甚至判定該資料不能使用,所以篩分、浮沉試驗都要按國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T477-1998煤炭篩分試驗方法、GB478-87煤炭浮沉試驗方法和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)MT-93煤粉篩分
15、試驗方法、MT57-93煤粉浮沉試驗方法進(jìn)行審查。1)、試驗過程中試樣重量損失的審查:對篩分或浮沉試驗資料,試驗前后煤樣的重量的差值比不得超過2%。即 A礦煤樣 1=(煤樣總質(zhì)量-毛煤質(zhì)量)/煤樣總質(zhì)量=(5061-4997)/5061=1.3%2% 小于規(guī)定的重量損失百分?jǐn)?shù),資料可用。B礦煤樣 2=(煤樣總質(zhì)量-毛煤質(zhì)量)/煤樣總質(zhì)量=(5870.3-5852.1)/5870.3=0.3%2% 小于規(guī)定的重量損失百分?jǐn)?shù),資料可用。 2)、試驗結(jié)果的灰分差值:篩分試驗前總樣灰分與試驗后各粒級產(chǎn)物灰分的加權(quán)平均值的差值,以及浮沉試驗前煤樣灰分與試驗后各密度級產(chǎn)物灰分的加權(quán)平均值的差值,按其灰分不
16、同、粒度不同有不同的規(guī)定。3)、篩分試驗的審查:大篩分資料的審查:煤樣灰分小于20%時,相對誤差不得超過10%,即 ;煤樣灰分大于或等于20%時,絕對差值不得超過2%,即 。A礦煤樣 =24.46%, =24.65%,絕對誤差為0.19%符合要求。B礦煤樣 =28.59%, =28.46%,絕對誤差為0.13%符合要求;小篩分資料的審查:煤樣灰分小于10%時,絕對差值不得超過0.5%,即 ;煤樣灰分10-30%時,絕對差值不得超過1%,即 ;煤樣灰分大于30%時,絕對差值不得超過1.5%,即 。A礦 自然級: =23.07%, =23.37%,絕對誤差為0.30% 符合要求。 破碎級: =45
17、.67%, =46.29%,絕對誤差為0.62% 符合要求B礦 自然級: =23.64%, =23.24%,絕對誤差為0.4% 符合要求; 破碎級: =28.15%, =28.24%,絕對誤差為0.09% 符合要求4)、浮沉資料的審查:對于浮沉資料,粒度大于或等于25mm時,煤樣灰分20%,相對差值不超過10%;煤樣灰分20%,絕對差值不超過2%;最大粒度小于25mm時,煤樣灰分0.2時,采用調(diào)整各密度級的數(shù)量,各密度級的灰分不變,使其實驗前后的灰分相等。=100(A后-A前)/(A+1.8-A-1.8) (2-4)式中:為調(diào)整的數(shù)量,%A前校正前灰分,%A后校正后灰分,% A+1.8+1.8
18、密度級灰分,%A-1.8-1.8密度級灰分,%在A后A前的情況,為負(fù)值,即+1.8密度級減量,而-1.8累計的密度級增量。在計算出以后,還應(yīng)該用比例關(guān)系分別計算出-1.8每一個密度級調(diào)整后的數(shù)量百分?jǐn)?shù)n=n(1-/-1.8) (2-5)式中:n-1.8中的某密度級n調(diào)整后的數(shù)量百分?jǐn)?shù),%n-1.8中的某密度級n調(diào)整前的數(shù)量百分?jǐn)?shù),%-1.8-1.8所有密度級數(shù)量百分?jǐn)?shù)的累計數(shù),%2.1.3煤質(zhì)資料的分析 為了采用合理正確的工藝方法,將煤質(zhì)資料的數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)律和分析內(nèi)容與選煤方法的選擇、工藝環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)置、流程的制定、甚至與產(chǎn)品的定向定位結(jié)合起來,為下一步工藝設(shè)計做基礎(chǔ),現(xiàn)將煤質(zhì)特征分析如下:1 原煤工業(yè)

26、0mm含量少,占16.15%,說明該煤較硬。(3)各粒級的質(zhì)量分析:原煤的灰分隨著粒度的減少而降低,說明煤較脆。-0.5mm級的灰分比原煤和相鄰粒度級的灰分均低,說明矸石不易泥化。綜合以上分析,兩種煤樣牌號相同,都屬1/3焦煤,根據(jù)目前煤炭工業(yè)對煤炭的綜合利用,該煤種的揮發(fā)分中等偏高有較強的粘結(jié)性,它既能單獨煉焦也是良好的配煤煉焦的基礎(chǔ)煤。且性質(zhì)基本相近,硫分含量懸殊3、原煤浮沉資料分析根據(jù)前面所述的原煤浮沉資料的審查,該資料準(zhǔn)確可信,對指導(dǎo)設(shè)計有很大的作用,下面將兩礦的浮沉資料分析如下:表2-1-5 A礦自然級500.5mm級浮沉試驗結(jié)果綜合報告表篩分5025mm2513mm136mm63m

34、密度級的含量增多,綜上可以發(fā)現(xiàn),該煤樣的密度分布是“兩頭多中間少”,可以粗略的判斷出,該煤樣在灰分要求不低的情況下可選性較好。在具體的灰分要求下,用0.1鄰近密度物含量法來判定煤的可選性。(2)浮沉煤泥灰分略高于其他3-0.5mm級灰分,也高于相鄰每個粒級的總灰分,煤泥量不大,說明矸石稍有泥化現(xiàn)象。(1)50-0.5mm級可以看出該礦的主導(dǎo)密度級為1.30-1.40kg/L,占該礦樣的50-0.5mm級的44.34%,占該礦全樣的32.38%。小于1.4kg/L多占全礦樣的71.87%,+2.0kg/L密度級的含量較相鄰的密度級稍有增加;(2)浮沉煤泥灰分高于其他3-0.5mm級灰分,也高于相
