2、商務(wù)溝通的能力。通過(guò)模擬商務(wù)情景對(duì)話(huà),角色扮演, 視頻音頻聽(tīng)力訓(xùn)練等課堂活動(dòng),使學(xué)生了解商務(wù)聽(tīng)說(shuō)的性質(zhì)特點(diǎn),熟悉常用的商務(wù)交際用語(yǔ)、 掌握商務(wù)活動(dòng)情景對(duì)話(huà)中的語(yǔ)言要點(diǎn)以及相關(guān)的專(zhuān)業(yè)詞匯,為提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)奠定一個(gè)良 好的基礎(chǔ)。.對(duì)接培養(yǎng)崗位能力本課程對(duì)接的崗位能力附屬于“畢業(yè)要求3、5、6”,對(duì)接的指標(biāo)點(diǎn)為“3.1、3.2、5.2、6.1、6.2。崗位能力包括:(1)扎實(shí)的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力能力;(2)扎實(shí)的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力;(3)對(duì) 文化差異的理解、適應(yīng)和溝通等能力;(4)企業(yè)組織架構(gòu),熟悉商務(wù)辦公領(lǐng)域中英語(yǔ)表達(dá)和習(xí) 慣用語(yǔ)的能力;(5)能夠進(jìn)行跨文化商務(wù)溝通的能力三、課程教學(xué)目標(biāo)本課程的教學(xué)目標(biāo)表
