38、geandsurfaceofthedisk.Unauthorizedaccesstothisplanordisclosureitscontenttoexternalorganizationorcompanystuffirrelevanttoshipsecurityisstrictlyforbidden.Nonecanviolatetheaboveproceduretopresumechangingcontentandformatoftheplanwithoutauthority.船舶在接受PSC僉查時(shí)，除特定的情況外，本計(jì)劃一般不向檢查官員出示，若PSC檢查官一定要查看船舶的保安計(jì)劃，必須得到
