6、r (the “Service”).If there is anybetn the main body and the Annexes of this Agreement, the Annexes shall prevail.2.2.1Effective, Term and TerminationUnless otherwise provided in Annex 1, this Agreement shall be in full force from the Effective Date till the completion by the Company of the obligatio

No disclosure to any third party is allowed withoutthe disclosing partys consents.6.6.1Liability for BreachIf the Company breaches any terms of this Agreement, the Company will compensate any direct losse ffered by the Customer due to the Companys breaches. Howeve

15、r, in any case, such compensation shall not exceed the Service Fee asso ted with such single ma enance.6.2During the proviof the Servi, if the equipment is damaged due to the Companys default, the Company shall compensate the directlosses suffered by the Customer; in any case, such compensation shal

16、l not exceed the Service Fee assoted with such single ma enance.The Customer will pay the Service Fee to the Company in a timely manner. For any overdue payment, the Company has the right to6.3tpone the proviof the Service. If the overdue payment exceeds thirty (30) days, the Company is entitled to

17、terminate this Agreementimmedia y, and require the Customer to undertake the liquidate damages of 20% of the total amount of this Agreement.Other7.7.1The matters not coveredhis Agreement shall be confirmed by mutual consul ion by the Parties.
