2、ess.編制和適用范圍本文件由生產(chǎn)控制組負(fù)責(zé)編制，適用于進(jìn) 口件，國(guó)產(chǎn)件，自制件，零星國(guó)產(chǎn)化以及過(guò)時(shí)零件回用的生產(chǎn)試運(yùn)行。.術(shù)語(yǔ)生產(chǎn)試運(yùn)行(PTR)新零件或更改過(guò) 的零件投入到制造系 統(tǒng)前的受控的先期試生產(chǎn)。PTR小組和小組長(zhǎng)PTR小組為實(shí)施某一特定PTR而設(shè)立 的非常設(shè)機(jī)構(gòu)。成員由車(chē)間，質(zhì)量，產(chǎn)品工 程，供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)控制組等部門(mén)的人員組 成。是否需要小組會(huì)由 PTR小組成員負(fù)責(zé)向組長(zhǎng) 申請(qǐng)。PTR組長(zhǎng)由生產(chǎn)控制組 規(guī)格控制工程師 擔(dān)任。.責(zé)任組長(zhǎng)根據(jù)申請(qǐng)召集PTR小組會(huì)；與生產(chǎn) 車(chē)間商定PTR時(shí)間；簽發(fā)PTR通知單；采 購(gòu)PTR零件；對(duì)PTR有關(guān)文件進(jìn)行編號(hào)管 理和分發(fā)；pc&l向loc

3、發(fā)放CKD件和自制件 PTR標(biāo)簽；將PTR物料及時(shí)送到線旁，除非另作 安排。生產(chǎn)車(chē)間負(fù)責(zé)在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)為PTR做準(zhǔn)備工 作；為ptr提供設(shè)備和工藝的 決策依據(jù)； 配 合生產(chǎn)控制組 協(xié)調(diào)ptr時(shí)間與零部件數(shù)量； 配合質(zhì)量工程師跟蹤ptr在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)施， 參與評(píng)估ptr結(jié)果，簽署意見(jiàn)。質(zhì)量控制組負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤PTR在相關(guān)區(qū)域 的Preparation and applicabilityThe procedure is initiated by Production Control and Logistics. Whether to establish the team or not should be initiated to team leader by PTR team members.The Specs control engineer of PC&L takes the responsibility of PTR team leader.ResponsibilitiesThe team leaderis responsible for: calling a PTR team meeting;

6、 coordinating PTR timing with manufacturing; Issuing PTR notification; scheduling PTR material; numbering and distributing PTR documentation; distributing PTR tag of CKD part and in-house part to RDC; delivering the PTR material to line side at right time unless alternative arrangement are made.Manu

9、通知書(shū)；發(fā)放國(guó)產(chǎn)外購(gòu)件PTR標(biāo)簽； 及時(shí)向PTR小組提供PPAP進(jìn)度；向供應(yīng)商 反饋PTR結(jié)果。采購(gòu)應(yīng)全程跟蹤國(guó)產(chǎn)件PTR過(guò)程。規(guī)定以下三種情況的零部件被投入制造系 統(tǒng)時(shí)須實(shí)施PTR新零件：因工程更改而引入生產(chǎn)的 零件（帶新零件號(hào)）。修正過(guò)的零件：因新供應(yīng)商或供應(yīng)商 工藝更改等而須進(jìn)行PPAP的零件過(guò)時(shí)零件：經(jīng)授權(quán)回用于正常生產(chǎn)的過(guò)時(shí)零 件原則上，PTR零件應(yīng)已通過(guò)PPAP.未通過(guò) PPAP的零件申請(qǐng)PTR需PAA授權(quán)。PTR程序的啟動(dòng)申請(qǐng)所有 進(jìn)口零 件和自制件 的PTR由工程組 提 出。所有國(guó)產(chǎn)外購(gòu) 零件的PTR由供應(yīng)商質(zhì) 量提出。所有過(guò)時(shí)零件的PTR由生產(chǎn)控制組提 出。在PTR成功結(jié)束前

10、，不能啟動(dòng)物料斷點(diǎn) 流程以避免在PTR失敗后無(wú)法采購(gòu)到舊零 件。年度國(guó)產(chǎn)化零件的試生產(chǎn)走年度國(guó)產(chǎn)化生產(chǎn)Quality Engineering are responsible for overseeing the implementation on floor relevant area; assessing PTR result and providing relevant report.Product engineering is responsible foreplying the details of change to PTR team, providing temporary tec

11、hnical documents 3 days before PTR and providing technical support to the team during PTR implementation period.Supplier Quality is responsible for providing production part approval status notice of local out sourcing part; distributing PTR tag of local out sourcing part to supplier; monitoring the

ProvisionA PTR should be performed when one of the following parts are introduced:New part/component: the part/component (with new part number)

13、which is released by engineering change.Revised part/component: include new supplier, or process change etc. within supplier requiring PPAP submission.Obsolete part:the obsolete part which is reused to normal production with authorization .In principles, all PTR parts should be qualified by PPAP. 15、r.PTR標(biāo)簽國(guó)產(chǎn)外購(gòu)PTR零件的標(biāo)簽由供應(yīng)商質(zhì) 量在PTR物料發(fā)運(yùn)前，發(fā)放給供應(yīng)商。交貨時(shí)還需攜帶PPAP文件。進(jìn)口和自制件PTR零件的標(biāo)簽由生產(chǎn)控 制組物流管理 于PTR兩天前 發(fā)放給LOC或車(chē) 間。自制件的PTR標(biāo)簽由車(chē)間在零件上懸掛。PTR實(shí)施時(shí)間及數(shù)量原則上，每天每個(gè)區(qū)域最多1個(gè)PTR。原則上PTR必需進(jìn)行三輪，具體輪數(shù)和數(shù)量 由生產(chǎn)車(chē)間決定PTR只能開(kāi)始于日班，允許在夜班結(jié)束。在實(shí)施PTR前，PE必須根據(jù)EWO要求進(jìn)行 ETR。首輪PTR開(kāi)始時(shí)，SQE、QE和PE必須到生產(chǎn) 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。PTR文件申請(qǐng)人負(fù)責(zé)填寫(xiě)PTR通知單”，并負(fù)責(zé)獲得“同意執(zhí)行/不執(zhí)行PTR”的所有簽名。同意不執(zhí)行的P
