1、緒論?設(shè)計(jì)目的空調(diào)課程設(shè)計(jì)是暖通空調(diào)課程的重要教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)之一,通過(guò)這一環(huán)節(jié)達(dá)到 了解空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容、程序和基本原則,學(xué)習(xí)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算的基本步驟和方法, 鞏固 暖通空調(diào)課程的理論知識(shí),培養(yǎng)獨(dú)立工作能力和解決實(shí)際工程問(wèn)題的能力。同時(shí),利用與之相關(guān)的軟件,增強(qiáng)應(yīng)用與創(chuàng)造能力。如用于輔助設(shè)計(jì)的CAD用于編寫文檔的WORD用于數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)的EXCEL都是幫助我們高效工作的工具, 故此,此次課程設(shè)計(jì)不僅是對(duì)空調(diào)工程的專業(yè)知識(shí)的應(yīng)用,也是對(duì)當(dāng)代的我 們應(yīng)用各種計(jì)算機(jī)軟件的一個(gè)考驗(yàn)。?設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)要求完成恒溫車間(一層)的空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)。應(yīng)將設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果整理成設(shè)計(jì) 計(jì)算說(shuō)明書,其中包括:原始資料、設(shè)計(jì)方案、計(jì)算公式、數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源

13、調(diào)冷負(fù)荷的計(jì)算冷負(fù)荷系數(shù)法是建立在傳遞函數(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,是便于在工程上進(jìn)行手工計(jì)算的一種簡(jiǎn)化方法。 此設(shè)計(jì)即采用冷負(fù)荷系數(shù)法來(lái)計(jì)算空調(diào)冷負(fù)荷。1、圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)冷負(fù)荷的計(jì)算(1)通過(guò)內(nèi)墻、內(nèi)門、吊頂、地面的傳熱而形成的冷負(fù)荷內(nèi)圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的冷負(fù)荷:當(dāng)鄰室為通風(fēng)良好的非空調(diào)房間時(shí),通過(guò)內(nèi)墻和樓板的溫差傳熱而產(chǎn)生的冷負(fù)荷可按計(jì)算。當(dāng)鄰室與空調(diào)區(qū)的夏季溫差大于3c時(shí),宜按下式計(jì)算:CL=KF(t Is-tNx )Tls =twp + ATLs式中Tls鄰室計(jì)算平均溫度 Tls鄰室計(jì)算平均溫度與夏季空氣調(diào)節(jié)室外計(jì)算日平均溫度的差值(r)(2)通過(guò)外墻和屋頂傳熱而形成的冷負(fù)荷公式在日射和室外氣溫綜合作用下,外墻和屋頂瞬
