The Structure of question tagsStructure of

3、 question tags:Positive statement + negative question tagNegative statement + positive question tag陳述部分肯定式+疑問(wèn)部分否定式 ;陳述部分否定式+疑問(wèn)部分肯定式 。This is the fact, isnt it?The news didnt mention anything about the car accident, did it?Shenzhen is a beautiful and modern city, _ it?isntExercisesExercisesIts not a

4、horse, _ it? isThe verbs of the question tagsWe should use the right form of the verbs, such as be verb, auxiliary verbs助動(dòng)詞 like do and have or modal verbs + subject pronouns in the question tags.疑問(wèn)句的動(dòng)詞通常用到:be, 助動(dòng)詞do, have和其他的情態(tài)動(dòng)詞 The verbs of the question tag should agree with that of the statement

5、. We should use the same tense for the statement and the question tag. 疑問(wèn)句的動(dòng)詞,時(shí)態(tài)要和陳述句一致。 Examples1. beArchimedes was a famous scientist, wasnt he?2. Auxiliary verbs 助動(dòng)詞: do, have He didnt make the crown with gold, did he? (the statement uses an action verb行為動(dòng)詞 make, so the tag should use did)Jimmy h
