33、稱廣中江高速公路項(xiàng)目第TJ03合同段會(huì)議主持林師灼交底單位廣中江高速公路TJ03合同段項(xiàng)目部接受單位騰澤大橋PHC管樁作業(yè)隊(duì)交底部位騰澤大橋PHC管樁交底日期2014年11月8日樁基施工安全技術(shù)交底內(nèi)容：一、工程概況本工程項(xiàng)目采用管樁基礎(chǔ)的橋梁為騰澤大橋和東炮臺(tái)河大橋，每個(gè)橋墩的PHC管樁基礎(chǔ)數(shù)量為20個(gè)，左右幅各10個(gè)。騰澤大橋的起止里程：K11+220K11+873，共有PHC管樁基礎(chǔ)360根，總長(zhǎng)度6940m；東炮臺(tái)大橋的起止里程K11+873K14+583.636，共有PHC管樁基礎(chǔ)1440根，總長(zhǎng)度32860m。全線采用管樁基礎(chǔ)的橋墩共計(jì)90個(gè)，其中騰澤大橋18個(gè)，東炮臺(tái)河大橋72個(gè)

34、。二、施工工藝流程施工準(zhǔn)備 場(chǎng)地平整、測(cè)量放樣 樁機(jī)就位、調(diào)整垂直 復(fù)核樁位 吊樁插樁 樁身對(duì)中調(diào)直 錘擊沉樁 接樁 再錘擊沉樁 送樁至要求深度及貫入度 終止沉樁 截樁 檢測(cè)驗(yàn)收 填芯鋼筋安裝 填芯混凝土澆筑。管樁運(yùn)輸和存放當(dāng)PHC管樁強(qiáng)度達(dá)到100%時(shí)方可運(yùn)輸，運(yùn)輸采用平板拖車，通過公路、鄉(xiāng)道及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工便道運(yùn)達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，管樁在運(yùn)輸過程中支承應(yīng)滿足堆放的要求，下層支墊底楞頂面應(yīng)位于同一平面，樁身兩側(cè)加墊梯形墊塊，以穩(wěn)定底層管樁，底層以上各層管樁采用大方木底楞V型加墊，上下層間支墊必須位于同一垂面。為了防止管樁在運(yùn)輸過程可能出現(xiàn)滾動(dòng)滑移，在管樁頂面使用粗鋼絲繩加手拉葫蘆與車廂連接加固，另外還應(yīng)注意層

35、間留出足夠的間隙，以利起吊鋼絲繩的捆綁。（1）管樁吊運(yùn)要求 單節(jié)管樁用專用釣鉤鉤住管樁兩端內(nèi)壁直接進(jìn)行水平起吊，吊繩與管樁夾角大于45。 在吊運(yùn)過程中，輕吊輕放，避免劇烈碰撞。（2）管樁現(xiàn)場(chǎng)堆放要求 堆放場(chǎng)地平整堅(jiān)實(shí)，排水條件良好。 管樁堆放在擬使用的墩臺(tái)附近，按不同長(zhǎng)度及施工流水順序分別堆放，盡量較少管樁的二次搬運(yùn)。 在場(chǎng)地條件的允許下，堆放層數(shù)不超過2層。 疊層堆放管樁時(shí)，在垂直與管樁長(zhǎng)度方向的地面上設(shè)置2道墊木，墊木支點(diǎn)分別位于距樁端0.2倍樁長(zhǎng)處，兩支點(diǎn)間不得有突出地面的石塊等硬物；底層最外緣的管樁應(yīng)在墊木處用木楔塞緊，以防滾動(dòng)。（3）取樁要求 疊層堆放的管樁超過2層或單節(jié)長(zhǎng)度12m的

36、管樁堆放為2層時(shí)，用吊機(jī)進(jìn)行取樁，嚴(yán)禁拖拉取樁；單層堆放在地面時(shí)，采用打樁機(jī)自行拖拉取樁，對(duì)樁的拖地段用廢輪胎等彈性材料加以保護(hù)，同時(shí)避免取樁時(shí)管樁受到撞擊。 拖拉取樁時(shí)，時(shí)刻關(guān)注打樁機(jī)自身的穩(wěn)定性。 四、吊樁、插樁（1）管樁疊層堆放超過2層時(shí)，吊樁必須采用吊車進(jìn)行取樁，嚴(yán)禁采用拖拉取樁；堆放高度不超過2層時(shí)，可采用打樁機(jī)（除三點(diǎn)支撐履帶自行式打樁機(jī)外）自行拖拉取樁。（2）拖拉取樁時(shí)，時(shí)刻注意保持打樁機(jī)的穩(wěn)定。（3）管樁采用平板拖車運(yùn)輸，裝卸采用吊車作業(yè)，做到輕吊輕放。（4）單節(jié)管樁專用釣鉤鉤住管樁兩端內(nèi)壁直接進(jìn)行水平起吊，吊繩與管樁夾角大于45；起吊采用2點(diǎn)吊的起吊方法，吊樁時(shí)用長(zhǎng)繩索拉住管

37、樁，避免碰撞。（5）管樁吊起后，緩緩地將一端送入樁帽中，待管樁放入樁機(jī)夾樁箱內(nèi)扶正就位后，根據(jù)需要焊接樁尖，然后將樁插入土中0.51.0m深度后，用2臺(tái)全站儀雙向控制垂直度，同時(shí)輔以線錘吊垂直度進(jìn)行控制。 （6）第一節(jié)管樁遇上表層厚度較大的淤泥層或松軟的回填土?xí)r，用不點(diǎn)火（空錘）的方式施打。沉樁（1）管樁沉樁設(shè)備采用80#型柴油機(jī)，試樁設(shè)計(jì)樁長(zhǎng)24m，配樁為三節(jié)9m管樁，總長(zhǎng)度27m，施打順序?yàn)閺囊欢讼蛄硪欢送七M(jìn)，減少擠土效應(yīng)。（2）沉樁前在每根單樁樁身上以米為單位做好標(biāo)識(shí)，以便觀察樁的入土深度及記錄錘擊數(shù)，在送樁器上做好最后一米及最終送樁深度標(biāo)記，通過水準(zhǔn)儀進(jìn)行控制。（3）第一節(jié)管樁起吊就位

38、插入地面后，認(rèn)真檢查樁位及樁身垂直度偏差。樁位偏差不得大于20mm。樁身垂直度用兩臺(tái)全站儀在互為90方向上進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，校正后的垂直度偏差不得大于0.3%，必要時(shí)，宜拔出填砂后重插。（4）沉樁過程中，宜重錘低擊，適當(dāng)控制錘擊數(shù)，以防樁身疲勞破壞。（5）在沉樁開始階段，沉樁速度不能過快，應(yīng)根據(jù)地質(zhì)報(bào)告地質(zhì)情況進(jìn)行確定沉樁速度，一般以2m3m/min速度為宜。在初期23m的沉樁范圍內(nèi)重點(diǎn)觀察樁身、機(jī)架垂直度，垂直度控制應(yīng)重點(diǎn)放在第一節(jié)樁上。（6）在沉樁過程中，隨時(shí)觀察樁的進(jìn)尺變化。沉樁前將地表下的障礙物探明并清除干凈，以免樁身移位傾斜。如出現(xiàn)“假極限”、“吸入”、“上浮”現(xiàn)象時(shí)，應(yīng)進(jìn)行復(fù)打。（7）沉樁

39、應(yīng)確保樁錘、樁帽或送樁器與樁身或送樁器在同一豎軸線上，并隨時(shí)檢查樁的垂直度；當(dāng)樁尖進(jìn)入硬土層后，嚴(yán)禁用移動(dòng)樁架等強(qiáng)行回扳的方法糾偏。（8）復(fù)打和送樁時(shí)，事先檢查管樁內(nèi)是否充滿水，若管樁內(nèi)孔充滿水，應(yīng)抽去部分水以后才能施打。（9）認(rèn)真分析地質(zhì)資料，施工時(shí)宜控制錘擊能量，防止樁身出現(xiàn)過大的拉應(yīng)力；在軟硬相間土層中沉樁，當(dāng)樁尖將進(jìn)入軟土層時(shí)，可采用間斷錘擊，控制錘擊能量；如出現(xiàn)溜樁現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)立即停錘。（10）每根樁的總錘擊數(shù)不超過2200擊；最后1m的錘擊數(shù)不宜超過250擊。六、接樁（1）下節(jié)樁宜露出地表0.51.0m，以方便接樁焊接作業(yè)。下節(jié)樁的接頭處宜設(shè)導(dǎo)向措施，錯(cuò)位偏差不應(yīng)大于2mm。如下節(jié)樁身

40、略有傾斜（垂直度偏差小于1%），上節(jié)樁身應(yīng)與下節(jié)樁身保持順直，兩端面應(yīng)緊密貼合，不得在接頭處出現(xiàn)間隙，嚴(yán)禁在接頭間隙中填塞鐵片、鐵絲、焊條頭等雜物。（2）管樁的接長(zhǎng)采用樁頂端板圓周坡口槽焊接或機(jī)械嚙合接頭連接，宜采用電焊接頭方法。做好防風(fēng)圍護(hù)措施后可采用CO2氣體保護(hù)焊，否則應(yīng)采用手工電弧焊。手工電弧焊采用E4303或E4316電焊條，電焊條具有出廠合格證，其質(zhì)量滿足碳鋼焊條規(guī)范規(guī)范要求。第一層焊接時(shí)，電焊條直徑不得大于4mm。采用CO2氣體保護(hù)焊時(shí)，焊絲采用ER50-6型，其質(zhì)量符合氣體保護(hù)電弧焊用碳鋼、低合金鋼焊絲的規(guī)定。（3）焊接時(shí)，管樁對(duì)接前上下端板表面用鐵刷子清刷干凈，坡口處刷至露出

41、金屬光澤。焊接時(shí)間不宜過短也不宜過長(zhǎng)，兩個(gè)焊工對(duì)焊時(shí)，正常情況下所用時(shí)間在2228min。（4）焊接層數(shù)宜為3層，不得小于2層。內(nèi)層焊渣必須清理干凈后方可在外層施焊。焊縫應(yīng)飽滿連續(xù)，焊接部分不得有咬邊、焊瘤、夾渣、氣孔、裂縫、漏焊等外觀缺陷。（5）施焊時(shí)，先在坡口周邊先行對(duì)稱電焊46點(diǎn)，再分層施焊，施焊由兩個(gè)持證上崗的電焊工對(duì)稱進(jìn)行。（6）位于中腐蝕土中的接頭，焊縫加強(qiáng)層寬度及高度均應(yīng)滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求，設(shè)計(jì)無明確要求時(shí)，增加焊縫厚度，其腐蝕富余量不應(yīng)少于2mm。（7）出現(xiàn)下列情況時(shí)應(yīng)采取防護(hù)措施或停止施工：A、電弧焊接時(shí)，風(fēng)速大于等于8m/s；B、氣體保護(hù)焊時(shí)，風(fēng)速大于等于2m/s；C、相對(duì)濕度大于90%；D、下雨。（8）焊好的樁接頭須在自然冷卻的情況下方可繼續(xù)壓樁，手工電弧焊的自然冷卻時(shí)間不少于5min；二氧化碳?xì)怏w保護(hù)焊的自然冷卻時(shí)間不少于3min。七、收錘
