10、in，hill之類的直徑或?qū)挾群艽蟮氖挛飼r，只能用high。表示向上方伸展的空間或與地面有一定距離的高度時，只能用high。例如： Huashan is a very high mountain. 華山是座非常高的山。2. 1) meet 相當于漢語中的“集合；見面；碰頭；聚集”。例如： Lets meet at the school gate tomorrow at eight. 讓我們明天八點在校門口集合。 2) right 表示“對嗎；是吧”，用來對此前陳述內(nèi)容進行確認或核實。全句為Is that right? 口語中常用不完整的句子表達意見或想法。3. a little這里作副詞，意思是“略微; 有點兒”，修飾后面的形容詞。例如： Im a little tired. 我有點累了。 The price is a little too high. 價格太高了點。 a little 表示肯定，意思是“一點”
