3、stomer satisfaction. Ensure adequate supply of stationary is available in the Reservations Office at all times. 標準:預訂部銷售文員應對自己工作區(qū)域的干凈和整齊負責,以便為大家提供安靜健康的工作環(huán)境并提高客人對服務的滿意度。并確保預訂部辦公室隨時保證有充足的辦公室用品。Procedure:Reservation Sales Agents should stay in the reservation office only during the working time period.

4、 Keep the office quiet to prevent unnecessary disturbance to telephone conversations. Adequate supply of stationery will be available in the Reservations department at all times. It is the duty of all Reservations Sales Agents to utilize office supplies and equipment responsibly and to monitor consu

5、mption to avoid unreasonable wastage. Recycle waste paper and other material whenever possible to contribute to the protection of environment.Reservation Sales Agents will have their own stationery supply at their workstations for easy access and quick referral. All reservation agents must ensure th

6、at they have adequate supply of stationery for the day and during their shift including:Pens / notepaper / Report printer paperBlank Reservation Form / message formsReservation log bookStapler and staplesOn the White Board of the office, various information relating to Special Rates, F & B promotion

7、s, news on the Hotel, its activities and or any other information or concern will be posted.The shift leader will control extra supply of stationery.Stationary requisition will be made on Tuesdays and Fridays by submitting the applicable requisition form to the Reservations Manager for approval.No f

8、ood or beverage is allowed at the workstations. Scheduled or approved breaks will be taken in the Associates Canteen.程 序 :1.預訂銷售文員在上班時間方可留在預訂部辦公區(qū)域內。2.預訂區(qū)域應盡量保持安靜,以確保不對他人的電話交談造成不必要的打擾。3.預訂部銷售文員有權使用辦公室的設施和備品并有責任控制不必要的浪費,4.對廢紙和其他資源盡可能的再利用,并有環(huán)保意識。5.預訂銷售文員在工作臺上應備齊辦公用品以備方便快速使用,參考。所有預訂部銷售文員要確保在每天開始上班之前有各自充足的文具。包括:筆/便箋/報告打印紙空白預訂單/留言單預訂交班記事本訂書機及釘6.在辦公室酒店特殊價格,新聞,餐飲促銷,集團的各種活動及其他相關的各種信息都會被貼到白板上。7.備用的文具用品將
