2、.2 閃蒸罐(V0201V0206)273.2.3 換熱器(E0201E0211)333.23.2.4反應(yīng)工段483.3 全裝置48第一章 物算簡(jiǎn)介1.1 概述物算是確定化工生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中物料比例和物料轉(zhuǎn)變的定量關(guān)系的過(guò)程,是化工工藝計(jì)算中最基本、最重要的內(nèi)容之一。在化學(xué)工程中,設(shè)計(jì)或改造工藝流設(shè)備,了解和控制生產(chǎn)操作過(guò)程,核算生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,確定主副產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)率,確定原材料消耗,確定生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的損耗量,便于技術(shù)對(duì)現(xiàn)有的工藝過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析,選擇最有效的工藝路線,確定設(shè)備容量、數(shù)量及主要尺寸,對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行最佳設(shè)計(jì)以及確定最佳操作條件等都要進(jìn)行物算。毫不夸張的說(shuō),一切化學(xué)工程的開發(fā)和放大都是以物在化工過(guò)程中,

3、物料平衡是指在算為基礎(chǔ)的。時(shí)間內(nèi)進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)(體系)的全部物料質(zhì)量必定等于離開該系統(tǒng)(體系)的全部物料質(zhì)量再加上損失掉的與累積起來(lái)的物料質(zhì)量。對(duì)物料平衡進(jìn)行計(jì)算稱為物算。物料平衡的理論依據(jù)是質(zhì)量守恒定律,即在一個(gè)鼓勵(lì)體系中不論物質(zhì)發(fā)生任何變化(不包括核反應(yīng))它的質(zhì)量始終不變。通常物算有兩種情況,一是對(duì)已有的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備或過(guò)程利用實(shí)測(cè)的數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算出另一些不能直接測(cè)定的物料量,俗稱生產(chǎn)查定,用此計(jì)算結(jié)果,對(duì)生產(chǎn)情況進(jìn)行分析,做出判斷,提出改進(jìn)措施;二是設(shè)計(jì)一種新的設(shè)備或過(guò)程,由物料求出進(jìn)出各設(shè)備的物料量、組成等,然后結(jié)合能量寸及整個(gè)工藝流程。,確定設(shè)備的工藝尺物算按操作方式則可分為間歇操作、連續(xù)操作以及半

4、連續(xù)操作等三類物算;或者將其分為穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)操作和不穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)操作兩類劃分,可分為單元操作過(guò)程(或者單個(gè)設(shè)備)和全流程的兩類物。如按范圍算?;ぴO(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行的物算是先做單元操作過(guò)程(或單個(gè)設(shè)備)的物算,然后將各個(gè)過(guò)程匯總得到整個(gè)流程的物算,進(jìn)而完成物料流程圖。1.2 物算的目的本項(xiàng)目擬建一套年產(chǎn) 萬(wàn)噸的硫磺裝置,同時(shí)副產(chǎn)二氧化硫氣體等產(chǎn)品。工藝設(shè)計(jì)中,物算是在工藝流程確定后進(jìn)行的。目的是根據(jù)原料與產(chǎn)品之間的定量轉(zhuǎn)化關(guān)系,計(jì)算原料的消耗量,各種中間產(chǎn)品、產(chǎn)品和副產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中各階段的消耗量以及組成,進(jìn)而為熱量、其他工藝計(jì)算及設(shè)備計(jì)算打基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)于已有裝置,物算可以弄清原料的來(lái)龍去脈,找出生產(chǎn)中的薄弱

5、環(huán)節(jié),為改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)、完善管理提供可靠的依據(jù)和明確方向,并可作為檢查原料利用率及三廢處理完善程度的一種。1.3 物算的任務(wù)1、確定硫磺以及副產(chǎn)品的實(shí)際產(chǎn)量以及質(zhì)量指標(biāo);2、確定工藝中的“三廢”排放量等公共經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo);3、各主要單元過(guò)程的物算,并指導(dǎo)工藝設(shè)備的尺寸確定;4、匯總?cè)鞒涛锼?,?shù)據(jù)用于完成物料流程圖等后續(xù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)。1.4 物算的基本步驟1、畫出工藝流程示意圖。2、列出化學(xué)反應(yīng)方程式。3、確定計(jì)算任務(wù)書。4、收集數(shù)據(jù)資料。5、選擇計(jì)算基準(zhǔn)。6、建立物料平衡方程,展開計(jì)算。7、整理并校核計(jì)算結(jié)果。8、繪制物料流程圖、填寫正式物料平衡表。1.5 物算的方法物算是根據(jù)質(zhì)量守恒定律,利用某進(jìn)出化工過(guò)

6、程中某些已知物流的流量和組成,通過(guò)建立有關(guān)物料的平衡式和約束式,求出其他未知物流的流量和組成的過(guò)程。系統(tǒng)中物算一般表達(dá)式為:系統(tǒng)中的積累=輸入-輸出+生成-消耗式中生成或消耗項(xiàng)是由于化學(xué)反應(yīng)而生成或消耗的量;積累量可以是正值,也可以是負(fù)值,當(dāng)系統(tǒng)中積累量不為零時(shí)稱為非穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)過(guò)程;積累量為零時(shí),稱為穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)過(guò)程。穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)過(guò)程時(shí),可以簡(jiǎn)化為:輸入=輸出-生成+消耗對(duì)無(wú)化學(xué)反應(yīng)的穩(wěn)定過(guò)程,又可表示為:輸入=輸出第二章 工藝概述本項(xiàng)目以總廠在云南省安寧市草鋪鎮(zhèn)安寧工業(yè)園區(qū)中的催化裂化裝置脫下的煙氣和雙脫裝置的硫化氫為原料,經(jīng)過(guò)煙氣吸收后富集得到二氧化硫與硫化氫進(jìn)行反應(yīng),產(chǎn)生液態(tài)硫磺,再將液態(tài)硫磺直接
