3、：所有學員 拓展訓練實訓 驛站傳書工程名稱：驛站傳書工程性質：團隊挑戰(zhàn)工程工程目標： 展示在團隊內怎樣獲得正確的溝通方法和進行有效的領導，促進學員對溝通的深一步理解；培訓團隊合作精神；制度規(guī)那么的建立和修正。工程介紹： 全隊成員排成一列，你們每個人這時候就相當于一個驛站，到時培訓師會將一個帶有一組數(shù)學或字母的卡片交到最后一位隊員手中，你們要利用你們的聰明才智把這個數(shù)字信息傳到最前面的隊員手中，當這位隊員收到信息以后要在規(guī)定的時間內將傳遞過來的信息寫在紙上，交給培訓師。然后由最后一位隊員大聲讀出卡片上的信息，看是否與紙上所寫的內容相符。比賽總共進行三輪，在信息傳遞的過程當中我們會有一些規(guī)那么來約

4、束。工程規(guī)那么： 工程開始后， 1、不能講話包括有規(guī)律的發(fā)出聲音、移動； 2、不能回頭； 3、后面的隊員的任何部位不能超過前面隊員身體的肩縫橫截面以及無限延伸面； 4、不能傳遞紙條和扔紙條。 每一輪傳遞中都有5分作為準確分數(shù)，如果在傳遞過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)有隊員違規(guī)，警告一次并扣掉一個準確分。在第一輪開始前，給隊員5分鐘的討論時間，以制定溝通密碼方式或流程制度。 第一輪是1個數(shù)字或者字母組成，由培訓師擔任裁判，監(jiān)督隊員是否有違規(guī)現(xiàn)象并給予相應的警告或處分，傳遞結束后給所有隊員8分鐘的討論時間，總結及完善傳遞方式以提高準確率。第二輪是一個帶有兩位數(shù)字或者字母規(guī)那么同上。第三輪是一個帶有三位數(shù)字和字母的混合
