4、ease contact with our corporate business sector.2.2 安裝環(huán)境的要求和管理2.2 Requirements and Management of Installation Environment 安裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng) Installation Field安裝變頻器的地點(diǎn)應(yīng)滿足通風(fēng)散熱和操作的要求。變頻器背面離墻的距離不小于600mm，正面離墻的距離不小于1.5米。變頻器頂部（從風(fēng)機(jī)頂部算起）到屋頂?shù)木嚯x不小于500mm。 The site of installing drive should satisfy the requirements of venti

5、lation, heat dispersion and operation. The distance between back face of drive and wall should not be less than 600mm, the distance between front face of drive and wall should not be less than 1.5m. The distance between top of drive (calculated from the top of fan) and ceiling should not be less tha

6、n 500mm.2.2.2 環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Environment Standard變頻器安裝在電氣室內(nèi)，工作環(huán)境溫度為040oC。由于工作中變頻器將散發(fā)出大量熱量（約電動(dòng)機(jī)每100KW散發(fā)出3.5KW熱量），電氣室要配備通風(fēng)或空調(diào)裝置。 Drive is installed in electric room with operation environment temperature 040oC. Because the drive will give off much heat (approximately, motor gives off 3.5kw heat per 100KW during

7、) operation, electric room should be equipped with ventilation or air-conditioning device.環(huán)境濕度最高為相對(duì)濕度90%，要避免凝露，例如在潮濕季節(jié)，特別是當(dāng)變頻器不工作時(shí)，不要將室內(nèi)溫度降得太低。 The maximum environment humidity is relative humidity 90%; condensation should be avoided, for example in damp season, especially when drive does not work,

8、does not lower the temperature to much.安裝高度應(yīng)小于或等于海拔1000米，若超過1000米應(yīng)降容使用，請(qǐng)咨詢本公司。 The installation height should be less than or equal to 1000m, when exceeding 1000m, reduce capacity for use, please consult with our company.安裝地點(diǎn)應(yīng)無明顯的振動(dòng)，室內(nèi)僅允許有少量干燥、非導(dǎo)電塵埃，不得有過量灰塵、腐蝕或爆炸性氣體或?qū)щ妷m埃。 The installation site shoul

9、d not have obvious vibration, only little dry and non-conducting dust is allowed in room, there should be no too much dust, corrosion or explosion gas or conducting dust.2.2.3 防范措施 Safeguard Measures安裝作業(yè)時(shí)，請(qǐng)將變頻器蓋上防塵罩，防止鉆孔等產(chǎn)生的金屬碎片落入變頻器內(nèi)部，安裝結(jié)束后，請(qǐng)撤去防塵罩。 When installation operation, please cover dust shi

10、eld on drive, prevent mental fragments produced by drilling from dropping into inside of drive, after finishing installation, please remove dust shield.各電氣柜底部四角都有地腳螺釘孔，可用來固定柜體。 There are screw down bolt holes at four corners of every electric cabinet, which are used to fix cabinet body.如果地面不平整，變頻器柜外

11、殼可能發(fā)生變形，由于柜跨距較大，可能導(dǎo)致門發(fā)生錯(cuò)位，甚至無法正常開關(guān)。 If the floor is not level, distortion of drive cabinet shell may emerge, because the span of cabinet is great, which may cause malposition of door, and the door can not be opened or closed normally.2.3 施工安裝方案2.3 Construction and Installation Scheme 設(shè)備的安裝尺寸 Install

12、ation Dimension of Equipment變頻器的外形尺寸由本公司提供，如下圖所示： The appearance dimension of the drive provided by our company follows as below figure:圖2-1Fig2-1A、控制柜 Control CabinetB、功率柜 Power CabinetC、變壓器柜Transformer CabinetD、旁路柜Bypass Cabinet變頻器設(shè)備安裝時(shí)，考慮通風(fēng)散熱及操作空間的需要，整套裝置背面離墻距離不得小于1000mm，裝置頂部與屋頂空間距離不得小于1000 mm，裝置

13、正面離墻距離不得小于1500 mm。 When installing drive equipment, please take the demand of ventilation, heat dispersion and operation space, the distance between back face of the whole device and wall should not be less than 600mm, the distance between top of device and ceiling should not be less than 500mm, the

14、 distance between front face of device and wall should not be less than 1.5m.所有柜體應(yīng)牢固安裝于基座之上，并和廠房大地可靠連接。變壓器屏蔽層及接地端子PE也應(yīng)接至廠房大地。各柜體之間應(yīng)相互連接成為一個(gè)整體。 All cabinets should be installed on base fast and connected with workshop ground reliably. The shield layer of drive and grounding terminal should be connect

16、an 30.2.3.2 安裝電纜 Installation Cable電氣安裝主要包括柜體到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的輸入輸出高壓電纜、柜體之間的連接線、柜體和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的控制及信號(hào)線的配線。 The electric installation mainly includes high-voltage cable from cabinet to field, connecting line and wiring of cabinet, on-site control and signal line. 定子電源電纜 Stator Power Cable調(diào)速電機(jī)主繞組電纜，該電纜的一端接至旁路柜，另一端接至調(diào)速電機(jī)定子繞組

19、age Interlock Cable高壓聯(lián)鎖電纜是控制柜控制高壓的合閘、分閘、高壓合閘狀態(tài)檢測(cè)等對(duì)高壓開關(guān)的操作。其電纜的規(guī)格見安裝施工示意圖。 High-voltage interlock cable is used for what that control cabinet controls switchingin and opening of high-voltage, high-voltage switchingin status inspection and other operation for high-voltage switch. Refer to Installation & Construction Diagram for specification of the cable. 上位機(jī)模擬信號(hào)上傳電纜 Upper Machine Analogue Signal Uploading Cable將調(diào)速系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行中的調(diào)速電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速信號(hào)通過該電纜由控制柜中的端子排傳至上位機(jī)DCS系統(tǒng)，供DCS系統(tǒng)采集監(jiān)控。
