3、高壓除氧器與除氧水箱組成，用于電站鍋爐給水的除氧。在正常工作下，利用汽輪機(jī)抽汽或壓力得到控制且具有安全瀉放裝置的汽源作為加熱蒸汽，將進(jìn)入除氧器的水加熱到與除氧器運(yùn)行壓力相對應(yīng)的飽和蒸汽溫度，根據(jù)道爾頓定律，將溶于水的氧與二氧化碳等非凝結(jié)氣體除去，達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的除氧水，儲(chǔ)存在除氧水箱中，隨時(shí)準(zhǔn)備供給用水的需要。1). Construction and Function1、高壓除氧器按水流方向，由上而下，分為排汽區(qū)段，空間區(qū)（除氧區(qū)）和填料區(qū)段。主凝結(jié)水及補(bǔ)給水，以及各處合格的疏水進(jìn)入除氧器水室內(nèi)，在壓差的作用下，經(jīng)多只彈簧噴嘴，在壓差的作用下形成射流噴射，形成傘狀的水膜裙，加熱蒸汽由淋水盤填料層側(cè)面進(jìn)入，在淋水盤間折流穿行，與入口水逐級相遇，進(jìn)行熱質(zhì)交換。將入口水加熱到與除氧器運(yùn)行壓力相對應(yīng)的飽和蒸汽溫度，溶解于水中的氧氣及不凝結(jié)氣體，自水中逸出，經(jīng)除氧器（頭）上部的汽水分離裝置和排汽管匯集管，排入大氣，排氧門可以根據(jù)出水含氧量指標(biāo)的變化，及時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整開度，以保證在出水含氧

14、量達(dá)標(biāo)的情況下節(jié)能。入口水在空間區(qū)內(nèi)完成一次除氧，在淋水盤層完成二次除氧。除氧水由除氧器自流而下，經(jīng)下水管自由下落，匯集于除氧水箱內(nèi)。除氧器端部還設(shè)有高加疏水管，為減少高加疏水對除氧器內(nèi)件的沖擊，設(shè)有不銹鋼擋板，對進(jìn)入的高加疏水進(jìn)行汽水分離。這種除氧器的傳熱系數(shù)較高，可在較短的時(shí)間內(nèi)將水加熱到要求的狀態(tài)，達(dá)到除氧效果。1). 21、xygenation and heating effect.2、除氧水箱由臥式筒體和兩個(gè)封頭焊制而成，水箱兩端設(shè)有兩個(gè)供檢修和維護(hù)用的人孔。筒體內(nèi)設(shè)有多道T型加強(qiáng)圈，以保證水箱的強(qiáng)度和剛性。除氧水箱內(nèi)設(shè)不銹鋼再沸騰輔助加熱管，啟動(dòng)時(shí)或需要時(shí)，加熱蒸汽通過沸騰管上的小孔，沸騰鼓泡，將水箱內(nèi)給水進(jìn)行再加熱升溫。水箱底部設(shè)有3個(gè)除氧水（下水管）出口，下水管頂部設(shè)有特殊的防旋渦裝置，防止出水在給水泵處產(chǎn)生汽蝕。水箱側(cè)面設(shè)有高位排水（溢流）管，當(dāng)水箱水位超過高水位時(shí)，由DCS發(fā)出信號，開啟氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥進(jìn)行高水位放水，以保證設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行。在水箱上部還設(shè)有設(shè)有給水再循環(huán)接管，該管深入水箱上部空間，給水由管上諸

29、eoxygenating equipment1、本設(shè)備的安裝，應(yīng)符合固定式壓力容器安全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程，GB150-1998鋼制壓力容器，電站壓力式除氧器安全技術(shù)規(guī)定，JB/T10325-2002鍋爐除氧器技術(shù)條件及電力建設(shè)施工及驗(yàn)收技術(shù)規(guī)范（汽輪機(jī)機(jī)組篇）的規(guī)定。油漆，包裝，運(yùn)輸按JB/T4711-2003壓力容器涂敷與運(yùn)輸包裝執(zhí)行。1). Design, fabrication, inspection, test and acceptance criteria of this equipment shall comply with the requirements of GB150-1998

32、g, Packing And Transportation Of Pressure Vessels".2、現(xiàn)場組裝的焊縫應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)圖紙（設(shè)備系統(tǒng)圖）技術(shù)要求中的規(guī)定。2). 33、留有足夠的膨脹間距。滑動(dòng)支座的地腳螺栓應(yīng)采用兩個(gè)螺母，第一個(gè)擰緊后，倒退一圈。再用第二個(gè)螺母鎖緊。3). 43、 manual is only for reference.運(yùn)行方式要點(diǎn)：The main points of its operation modes:1、啟動(dòng)。1,start. 在初次啟動(dòng)和經(jīng)過較長期停用后啟動(dòng)，水箱內(nèi)空洞無水，應(yīng)首先經(jīng)管道輸入化學(xué)除鹽水或凝結(jié)水。啟動(dòng)時(shí)，必須以打循環(huán)的方式加熱存水。從水箱流出的水經(jīng)過管道流向?qū)Ｓ玫脑傺h(huán)泵，升壓后流向除氧器，打開備用汽源，在除氧器內(nèi)加熱再循環(huán)水，加熱后此水流入水箱，如此往復(fù)，水箱內(nèi)存水逐步加熱升溫，在除氧器內(nèi)壓力由大氣壓上升到0.147MPa.a時(shí)，可以做定壓運(yùn)行。啟動(dòng)時(shí)，適當(dāng)開啟除氧器上部排汽門、水位計(jì)、及平衡容器操作閥門，其它閥門暫時(shí)關(guān)閉
