5、d interaction relationship between teachers and students . 建構(gòu)師生平等互動(dòng)關(guān)系促進(jìn)教育教學(xué)煥發(fā)生命的活力 Promote the teaching and education with living energy by constructing equality and interaction relationship between teachers and students1Abstract 師生關(guān)系是現(xiàn)代學(xué)校教育過程中人與人之間最基本、最重要、最活躍的關(guān)系。在社會(huì)發(fā)展的不同時(shí) 期, 師生關(guān)系的性質(zhì)及其處理方式發(fā)生了顯著變化, 存

6、在著諸多差異。 如今人類社會(huì)正在進(jìn)入信息化時(shí)代, 教師在文化知識(shí)傳遞、信息傳播上的統(tǒng)治地位動(dòng)搖了。單一的、授受式的師生關(guān)系限制了學(xué)生主動(dòng)地、愉 悅地學(xué)習(xí),同樣也制約了教師教育思想的解放和教學(xué)創(chuàng)造力的發(fā)揮。本文從研究知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下如何建立 新型師生關(guān)系出發(fā),認(rèn)為平等互動(dòng)是師生關(guān)系的核心要素,建立師生之間平等互動(dòng)的關(guān)系對(duì)建設(shè)現(xiàn)代小學(xué) 新型教師隊(duì)伍,創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的、適應(yīng)素質(zhì)教育發(fā)展的學(xué)校文化氛圍具有一定的理論價(jià)值。 Teacher-student relationship is the most basic, most important and most active relations among

7、people in modern school education. In the different stages of social development, the nature of teacher-student relationship and its treatment methods have changed significantly and there are many differences in it. Nowadays, the human society is entering into the era of information, so that the tea

8、chers dominant position in the cultural knowledge transfer and information dissemination is shaken a lot, for the single and traditional tell-listen teaching relationship between teachers and students constraint students initiative and joyful learning, moreover, it also hampers the emancipation of t

9、eachers teaching thoughts and the play of teaching creation. This paper starts from how to establish a new relationship between teachers and students under the study context of knowledge-based economy, it thinks that the equality and interaction are the core factors of teacher-student relationship;

10、it thinks that the establishment of the equal and interactive teacher-student relationship is of certain theoretical value to build a modern teaching force in elementary schools and create a cultural atmosphere of good and quality-oriented education development.Keywords: teacher-student relationship

11、, equality, culture, teaching. 當(dāng)前小學(xué)師生關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀與解析 The situation and analysis of current teacher-student relationship in elementary school 3. 對(duì)師生關(guān)系的調(diào)查與分析 The investigation and analysis on teacher-student relationship 為了對(duì)當(dāng)前師生關(guān)系有更準(zhǔn)確、 更深入的了解, 筆者采用問卷的形式對(duì)小學(xué)教師及學(xué)生進(jìn)行抽樣調(diào)查, 并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。 In order to get more accurate

15、t by teachers”, thus, it establishes a student value that student is “independent and significant person”. 在認(rèn)為影響構(gòu)建師生和諧關(guān)系的最主要的因素方面,排在前三位的分別是:教師 52.6、社會(huì) 26.9、 學(xué)生 20.5。一方面反映出教師對(duì)自身價(jià)值和作用的肯定,另一方面也反映出當(dāng)今影響師生和諧關(guān)系的社 會(huì)因素比較突出。 The top three factors among the main factors in affecting the construction of a harmo

16、nious teacher-student relationship are: teacher is 52.6, society is 26.9 and student is 20.5. On the one hand, it reflects teachers affirmation in their value and functions, and on the other hand, it also reflects that social factor in affecting harmonious relationship between teachers and students

17、is prominent. 在對(duì)待體罰問題上,認(rèn)為”只要教育得法,根本不用體罰學(xué)生”僅占 33.3,這里有幾個(gè)問題必須引起共 識(shí):首先,體罰是錯(cuò)誤的做法。其次,正確區(qū)分”體罰”與”懲罰”的界限。再次,要引導(dǎo)教師積極探討有效 的教育方式,倡導(dǎo)和諧教育和發(fā)展教育。 When teachers deal with the corporal punishment issue, only 33% of them think, “ The punishment is never needed as long as the education method is proper enough”. There

18、are some issues that must be paid attention to: firstly, the corporal punishment is wrong; secondly, correctly distinguish the boundaries between “corporal punishment” and “punish”; thirdly, to guide teachers actively explore the effective education methods and advocate a harmonious and development

21、4.8強(qiáng)調(diào)教師講學(xué)生聽的師生互動(dòng)形式最不受歡迎。絕大多數(shù)小學(xué)生不選擇第一類課堂。The form that emphasizes on tell-listen teaching is the most unpopular one and the vast majority of students do not choose the first-type class. 以師問生答為主的師生互動(dòng)形式得到少部分學(xué)生的認(rèn)同。The teacher-student interaction, which is dominated mainly with questions and answers, rec

22、eives the recognition of a small number of students. 教師引導(dǎo)、師生研討的雙向式師生互動(dòng)形式最受學(xué)生青睞。有 72.7%的三年級(jí)學(xué)生和 74.8%的五年級(jí) 學(xué)生選擇第三類課堂,其中有一位學(xué)生同時(shí)選了 1、2、3 類課堂師生互動(dòng)形式。 The bilateral teacher-student interaction form of teacher guidance and teacher-student discussion is most welcomed by student. 72.7% of students in grade thr

26、process in a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. 師生雙方共同參與的互動(dòng)形式和內(nèi)容。 調(diào)查表明有 85%和 89%的學(xué)生希望教師與他們一起參加學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng) 和課外活動(dòng),這說明以實(shí)踐活動(dòng)為前提展開學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng),被廣大學(xué)生認(rèn)可和喜愛。 The interactive form and content participated by both teachers and students.
