21、,目標可以是goal , 沒有 mission 這種使命感給人感覺更強烈;4、職位:(posting) 顯然應該是position5、工作說明:(job description)譯成職位描述或許更加,HR專業(yè)術語中我們稱其為JD6、行政秘書:(executive secretary) 應該是執(zhí)行秘書,“執(zhí)行秘書”比一般的“行政秘書”更高一級,基本等同主管級員工;7、地區(qū)服務經(jīng)理助理:(assistant district service manager) 這個詞組對一般企業(yè)來說基本沒有意義,應該只是某個特定公司設置的特定職位。8、人力資源計劃:(Human Resource Planning,
22、HRP) 譯成“人力資源規(guī)劃”更佳;9、戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃:(strategic planning) 其實 strategy 一詞足以;10、要求預測:(requirement forecast) 需求預測11、員工申請表:(employee requisition) 我認為中英文在這里容易產(chǎn)生歧異:如果是部門需要招聘,需填寫招聘申請表(recruiting application form );如果是應聘者應聘填寫的表格,通常的稱謂是(job application form );這里的“員工申請表 :(employeerequisition) ”我不太明白是何種情況。12、試用期應該是很多企業(yè)用到的
23、名詞,我添加一下(probation );13、加上“輔導”一詞(coaching ),很常用的;14、經(jīng)營管理策略:(business games) games 如果是 strategy 會更專業(yè);15、角色扮演:(role playing) 不要說語法了,就應該是role play ,沒有 ing , role play這里就是名詞一個;16、工作輪換:(job rotating) job rotation ;17、質(zhì)量圈:(quality circles) 品質(zhì)圈,或品管圈,這樣更貼切在任何企業(yè)中,品質(zhì)的含義都比質(zhì)量更高;18、職業(yè)動機:(career anchors) 中文極不準確,應
