1、六年級上冊數(shù)學教學總結（2008-2009學年度第一學期）大克小學 盧 陽本學期，我從各方面嚴格要求自己，結合本班學生的實際情況，認真開展各項教育教學活動，使教學工作力爭有計劃、有組織、有步驟地開展，圓滿地完成了教學任務。立足現(xiàn)在，放眼未來，為使今后的工作取得更大的進步，現(xiàn)對本學期教學工作作出總結： 一、在本學期教學工作開始之際，我仔細地分析了教材，確定本冊教材的教學、編寫思路和教材的主要特點：教材的主要教學目的是激發(fā)學生學習英語的興趣，使學生樹立學習英語的自信心；培養(yǎng)學生的英語語感，為日后的英語學習打好語音、語調、閱讀和書寫等方面的基礎；具有以下一些特點：強調語言的運用，注重能力的培養(yǎng)，突出

2、興趣的激發(fā)，重視雙向交流，融合學科內容，得視靈活擴展，實現(xiàn)整體設計，提供多媒體的配套材料，把知識學習與意識、情感培養(yǎng)結合在一起，如培養(yǎng)學生的愛國情感、環(huán)保意識等情感。經(jīng)過這一系列分析后，結合本學期的畢業(yè)自查準備工作擬定了教學工作計劃，并根據(jù)教學計劃逐步實施教學工作。在本冊教材教學過程中，根據(jù)它的特點與學生的年齡特征，學習風格與興趣愛好，選擇了一些教學方法，如情景教學法、游戲法、歌曲法、表演法、交際法等等，收到了良好真的不掉線嗎？、？的教學效果。二、虛心請教其他老師。在教學上，有疑必問。在各個章節(jié)的學習上都積極征求其他老師的意見，學習他們的方法，同時，多聽老師的課，做到邊聽邊講，學習別人的優(yōu)點，

3、克服自己的不足，并常常邀請其他老師來聽課，征求他們的意見，改進工作。特別是這個學期我校舉行了“教師全員培訓人人行動”的教研活動，從中我收獲不淺，教學能力有所提升。 三、認真批改作業(yè)，布置作業(yè)有針對性，有層次性。對學生的作業(yè)批改及時，認真分析并記錄學生的作業(yè)情況，將他們在作業(yè)過程出現(xiàn)的問題做出分類總結，進行透切的講評，并針對有關情況及時改進教學方法，做到有的放矢。本學期作業(yè)習慣較差的學生有：李勤凱、翁啟育、吳開志等，對于這些同學我及時檢查，適當講評，效果不錯。四、做好課后輔導工作，注意分層教學。在課后，為不同層次的學生進行相應的輔導，以滿足不同層次的學生的需求，同時加大了對后進生的輔導的力度。對

4、后進生的輔導，并不限于學生知識性的輔導，更重要的是學生思想的輔導，提高后進生的成績，首先解決他們的心結，讓他們意識到學習的重要性和必要性，使之對學習萌發(fā)興趣。這樣，后進生的轉化，就由原來的簡單粗暴、強制學習轉化到自覺的求知上來。五、認真搞好期末總復習。本學期的復習，有相當?shù)姆萘?，內容較多，任務也相對繁重。本學期的復習先擬定了復習計劃，掌握了真的不掉線嗎？、？目的要求，明確了重難點及關鍵，擬定好了課時分配情況。然后按照計劃進行復習，同時又靈活運用，對復習了的知識，又編了相應的練習題，讓學生練習，力爭人人掌握，做到了一課一得，個個過關。 六、取得了較好的成績。本學期，期末考試六年級數(shù)學學科平均分為

5、良，合格率達到了70%的好成績。尖子生參加中心校舉行的學科比賽，也取得了不錯成績，其中翁啟堯和林丹陽同學獲得了全鎮(zhèn)的三等獎。存在的不足是，高分生不多，優(yōu)秀生源少。學生的知識結構還不是很完整，小學的知識系統(tǒng)還存在很多真空的部分。與家長的聯(lián)系不夠，缺乏溝通。這些都有待以后改進。本學期工作圓滿結束，總的來說，在其中，我積累了不少經(jīng)驗，也獲得了一定的成績。但這遠遠不夠，教學是漫無邊際的，在以后的教學工作中，我將繼續(xù)發(fā)揚優(yōu)點，克服不足，總結經(jīng)驗教訓，繼往開來，以促進教學工作更上一層樓。 2009年1月4日 真的不掉線嗎？、？英語人稱代詞及其用法1.his （物主代詞） 2.her (物主代詞） 3.Lu
